이탈리아 토스카나 소재 5성급 호텔

아주 좋고 깨끗한 곳 잘못된 정보로 예약해서 안타깝네요 우리는 약속으로 인해 다른 것을 사용할 수 없었기 때문에 저녁/밤에 스파를 사용할 수 있다고 믿고 선택했습니다. 대신 목요일과 토요일에만 이용할 수 있는 서비스라는 사실을 발견했습니다. 하지만 지금쯤 우리는 이미 모든 것을 지불하고 계획했습니다.

Location is excellent middle of everything and walking distance to all attractions and museums. Hotel staff are extremely polite nice and helpful as well. We were disappointed with bed sheet last day they put it was yellowish color even though it is the color of the sheet it gives you old and not clean feeling after get used to pure white linensi almost in all hotels. Also we have give the car to valet but it seems they have put 140 km on it. It is a rental car so not big issue but it doesn’t feel good as well.

이 호텔은 우아함과 편안함이 완벽하게 조화를 이루는 매력적인 숙박 시설입니다. 호텔의 로비 디자인은 매우 아름답고 환경은 정원처럼 조용하고 쾌적하여 사람들에게 독특한 이탈리아 스타일을 선사합니다. 도어맨의 따뜻한 서비스와 정중한 인사가 집에 온 듯한 편안함을 더해주고, 체크인 리셉션 역시 각별해 더욱 세심한 배려를 느끼게 한다. 객실의 경우 침대의 편안함과 객실의 청결도 모두 최고 수준입니다. 모든 세부 사항에는 호텔의 높은 청결 기준이 반영되어 있으며, 욕실은 항상 흠집 하나 없이 깨끗합니다. 다만, 샤워실의 디자인이 다소 불편하고 물이 넘칠 수 있으나 전반적으로 숙박 경험에 지장은 없습니다. 6층에 있는 탑 라운지에서는 피렌체의 랜드마크인 산타마리아 델 피오레 대성당을 볼 수 있는데, 정말 아름답습니다. 여름에는 바비큐 시설과 바가 운영됩니다. 아침 식사는 이곳의 하이라이트이며, 다음날 호화로운 아침 식사는 절대 놓칠 수 없습니다. 다양한 서양식 아침 식사 옵션과 절묘한 프레젠테이션이 함께 제공되어 하루를 완벽하게 시작할 수 있습니다. 환경부터 서비스, 식사까지 이 호텔은 여행객에게 잊지 못할 추억을 선사합니다.

Ho recentemente soggiornato presso questa struttura termale e, sfortunatamente, l’esperienza non ha soddisfatto le aspettative a causa di diverse criticità riscontrate. In primo luogo, la camera assegnata non disponeva di aria condizionata, un disagio significativo per me, che soffro il caldo anche a temperature moderate (circa 22 gradi). Inoltre, l’assenza di un estrattore d’aria nel bagno ha causato un accumulo di vapore e calore insopportabile dopo l’uso della doccia o dell’asciugacapelli, costringendomi ad aprire le finestre ogni volta che utilizzavo il bagno e prima di andare a dormire per rendere l’ambiente più vivibile. Un ulteriore problema si è verificato con l’erogazione dell’acqua nella doccia: per un certo periodo, l’acqua era praticamente inesistente, causando notevole frustrazione al mio partner, che si trovava a utilizzare la doccia in quel momento. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, i pancake non erano inclusi nel menu standard e dovevano essere acquistati a parte, . Il bar della piscina della struttura si è rivelato altrettanto problematico, con prezzi elevati e un servizio rallentato dalla presenza di poco personale, il che ha comportato tempi di attesa prolungati. Altri aspetti negativi includono la scarsa varietà di canali televisivi disponibili in camera, che ha limitato le opzioni di intrattenimento, e la presenza di polvere sul retro del letto, indicativa di una pulizia non accurata. In sintesi, l’esperienza è stata deludente a causa di carenze infrastrutturali, organizzative e di manutenzione. Raccomando alla gestione di migliorare le condizioni delle camere, come l’installazione di sistemi di ventilazione adeguati, aumentare il personale nel bar e ottimizzare i servizi offerti per garantire un soggiorno più confortevole ai futuri ospiti.

酒店就在錫耶納老城裡，如果開車進來的話會進入ztl禁行區，如果停在酒店停車場可以簇擁擔心ztl罰金，不想停酒店停車場的話，和前台説一下，開進ztl半個小時內再開出去也沒事。 設施：雖然酒店比較老，但整體設施還比較方便。也挺乾淨

Hotel is in perfect location, have 2 beautiful pools,hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Room was nice , just windows was dirty, full of child hand prints. During the 3 days of our stay, the maid did not vacuum the floor, as the hotel is near the beach and there was quite a lot of sand in the room.

방은 비교적 깨끗하고 시설은 비교적 완벽하며 이탈리아 🇮🇹 장식 스타일로 위치가 훌륭하고 도심에 있으며 도보로 도시의 주요 명소에 쉽게 도달 할 수 있습니다. 높고 직원의 서비스 태도는 비교적 좋습니다. 작은 에피소드 : 밤에 불이 왜 켜져 있는지 모르겠습니다. 호텔 직원에게 알리고 즉시 처리해 주셔서 좋았습니다. 체크인 경험은 괜찮았습니다. 전체적인 느낌은 가격대비 보통 수준입니다. 참고용으로만 사용하세요. 😋
