Everything was top notch.. I checked past midnight but no hassles. I was a bit underwhelmed when they requested me to checkout before 11am citing another booking. I protested as their check out times while booking are 12pm and check in is at 3pm - leaving them ample time for turning around the room.
Rest of the experience was amazing. The room was fantastic and the breakfast spread was to die for.

Lovely hotel in a great location. It's a historic property which means some parts of the room could do with a little refresh. Overall stunning bedrooms with good character. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

My stay at Hyatt Regency was great. I am a female solo traveler. Room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast is very delicious. Staffs are very helpful.

Overall it was a great experience, small gym but good enough. Had some good coffee and other drinks @1st floor cafe. I loved the bar at 7th floor, its great atmosphere with good music, ambience and very friendly staff who treat you special…will visit again.

This lovely hotel has fabulous staff who attend to the minutest details. The rooms are spacious, and the Legacy rooms are beautiful and give you an ultra-luxury feel. The food is fantastic, with an excellent choice of Bengali cuisine besides Indian and Continental options. Good pool and lovely central location

FFranchOur stay in Taj is memorable experience. Young able staff were always courteous helpful and at times went beyond call of duty to assist. Our only request is for Taj keep improving the food and beverage items. Effort is made to blend indian style into far eastern food culture. To strive for authenticity may be considered as the western cuisine is already far ahead in today's hospitality industry. Only India can catch up and bring far eastern, ,middle eastern and other Asian food culture in par with the western food culture prevalent in modern day hospitality. Taj can be leaders in this enterprise. We wish Taj all best. And a Happy New Year!

The tea plantation trek was a highlight, offering breathtaking views and a serene experience. The free yoga classes were a wonderful addition, helping us feel completely rejuvenated. The food was delicious, with a variety of flavorful options to suit every palate. Above all, the staff were exceptional – attentive, warm, and incredibly helpful. It was truly a memorable stay, and we can't wait to return!
