I first stayed here in April 2017 and came back again in June 2026. I'm happy to see that the ambience and service is still excellent after all these years, with friendly and professional staff. Beds were comfortable. The location is great—just a short walk to the Clock Tower. The chilly night walks were especially enjoyable. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, although most close around 9–10 pm, and there's also a small mini mart within walking distance. The breakfast is nice, but I hope to see more variety in the breakfast spread. Overall, I had another enjoyable stay and would gladly return. I love their garden the most!

이 방은 6인 가족에게 정말 좋은 패밀리룸이었어요. 테마파크 갈 때 호텔 엘리베이터를 타면 두 걸음이면 도착해서 아주 편리했어요. 집으로 돌아가는 길에 저희는 20분 정도 산을 내려가서 파항 주 캄풍 부킷 팅기, 벤통으로 20분 더 가서 점심을 먹었어요. 이 식당의 강 물고기는 정말 맛있고 채소는 신선했으며 공기도 너무 좋았어요. 두리안은 엄청 컸고, 가장 비싼 두리안은 1kg에 RM 78이었어요.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at B&J Tioman Dive Resort on Tioman Island, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, it was clear why B&J has built such a strong reputation among divers and travelers alike. One of the first things that impressed me was the cleanliness of the accommodation. The room was well-maintained, comfortable, and spotless throughout my stay. Housekeeping standards were consistently high, making it easy to relax after a day of diving and exploration. The resort grounds were also kept clean and tidy, creating a welcoming and pleasant environment that reflected the professionalism of the entire team. What truly made the experience special, however, was the people. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was assistance at the reception, advice on local activities, or help with dive logistics, the team always greeted guests with a smile. The dive instructors and divemasters deserve particular praise. They were knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about sharing the beauty of Tioman’s underwater world. Their enthusiasm was infectious and helped create a fun and relaxed atmosphere both above and below the surface. As a diver, I greatly appreciated the balance that B&J strikes between enjoyment and safety. Every dive was well-organized and professionally conducted. Safety briefings were thorough, equipment checks were carried out carefully, and the dive guides remained attentive throughout the dives. Despite maintaining high safety standards, the team ensured that the dives remained enjoyable and memorable. Their familiarity with local dive sites allowed us to maximize our underwater experience while feeling secure at all times. It is reassuring to dive with professionals who clearly prioritize guest safety without compromising the fun and excitement of exploring the reefs. Another highlight of staying at B&J was the abundance of delicious food available nearby. The resort’s location provides easy access to a variety of eateries offering local Malaysian dishes, fresh seafood, Western options, and refreshing drinks. After a day spent underwater, it was wonderful to have so many excellent dining choices within walking distance. The combination of great diving and great food made every day on the island something to look forward to. Overall, my stay at B&J Tioman Dive Resort was outstanding. The clean accommodation, warm and friendly staff, professional dive team, strong safety culture, and excellent food options combined to create an unforgettable holiday experience. I would not hesitate to recommend B&J to anyone visiting Tioman Island, whether they are experienced divers, new divers, or simply looking for a relaxing island getaway. 방은 매우 훌륭하고 훌륭했습니다. 나와 가족은 방과 전망을 정말 좋아했습니다. 확실히 돈 가치가 있는 곳이고, 이곳을 다시 방문할 기회가 있기를 바랍니다. 다만, 개선하고 싶은 사항이 몇 가지 있으며, 향후 더 나은 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 개선되길 바랍니다. 1. 체크인에 대한 명확한 지침이 없습니다. 우리는 모든 물건을 들고 다른 건물을 가로질러 걸어가야 했습니다. 결국 호텔 로비에서는 열쇠를 받으려면 예약 시 전화번호로 전화하라고 말했습니다. 게다가 우리는 30분 이내에 입장하기에는 너무 비싼 주차비를 지불해야 합니다. 가족들과 함께 왔기 때문에 오해로 인해 거리를 걷는 것이 매우 번거롭습니다. 2. 보증금 - 방 보증금으로 Rm200이 청구되었는데, 제 생각에는 꽤 터무니없었습니다. RM100만 된다면 정말 좋을 것 같아요. 게다가 열쇠를 받으면 현장에서 보증금을 내야 하는데, 환불이 24시간 안에 처리되는 게 너무 황당했습니다. 고객 경험에 도움이 될 수 있도록 최대 2시간 이내에 처리되기를 바랍니다.

The room was clean, neat, and beautifully maintained. Everything was comfortable, and the facilities were great. I stayed for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience. There was a double-booking issue due to an error from the Trip app, but the owner was very helpful, responsible, and cooperative in resolving the problem. 위치가 근처에 많은 레스토랑과 상점이 있습니다. 하지만 소음은 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 우리가 머무는 동안 근처 교회에서 축제가 있어서 약간 소음이 있었지만 미리 알려드렸습니다. 정원 방은 전망이 좋지 않습니다. 오래된 건물이라 설비의 일부가 낡았고 주로 욕실 구역에 있습니다. 냄새가 나지 않아서 장점입니다. 시설로는 헬스장, 미니 실내 놀이터, 정원, 도서관, 라운지, 레스토랑이 있습니다. 도서관에는 중국어 책만 있었습니다. 정원은 더 잘 관리하면 좋겠습니다. 체크인과 체크아웃 절차는 순조로웠습니다. 방에 들어갔을 때 선풍기를 켜는 방법을 찾을 수 없었습니다. 리셉션에 전화했더니 스위치가 캐비닛 안에 있다고 했습니다(꽤 높은 곳에 있습니다). 나중에 매트리스와 시트가 미끄러웠다는 것을 깨달았습니다(누워 있으면 쉽게 미끄러집니다). 우리는 리셉션에 그 사실을 알렸지만, 그들은 침대가 그렇게 만들어졌다고 말했습니다(얇은 시트 3겹과 담요). 그리고 불행히도 미끄러운 매트리스를 덮을 두꺼운 이불이나 이불이 없습니다. 그런 다음 우리는 하우스키퍼에게 그 사실을 말했고, 그는 친절하게도 매트리스 시트를 제공하겠다고 말했습니다. 하우스키퍼는 우리를 재빨리 돌보고 침구를 조립하는 것을 도와주었습니다. 매우 매우 친절한 하우스키퍼입니다.

I booked the Royal suite but what I get like economy suite. No toiletries except hair shampoo and shower liquid. Slipper, oral care, face towel only sent upon request. Tissue box was empty. Asked soap bar for hand wash, the staff told me not provided. After I complaint the staff sent me a bottle of hand wash which like Belong to someone. My room has pool but only provide 2 bath towels. When request, can give another 2 only. Means I can enter my pool 1x only. If enter more no towel to use. Charge high price but provide below basic services . The reception counter is on top and get wet when raining. Only 1 person on duty, if this person go to toilet. Have to wait for her to come back. Breakfast very basic, less protein, no chicken nor fried or scrambled egg … just hard boiled egg cut into half for Nasi Lemak. Only 1 word: kedekut operator and lack of hospitality skills.

우리는 마침내 서비스를 제공하기 전에 하우스키핑 서비스를 세 번이나 불러야 했습니다. 시설은 전반적으로 양호하지만, 수영장 물이 눈에 띄게 더럽고 쓰레기가 포함되어 있습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 OOTD 사진을 찍을 수 있는 그림 같은 장소가 많이 있습니다. 부드러운 백사장이 있는 해변도 아름답습니다. 주차장은 해변 샬레 전용으로 예약되어 있어 밤늦게 돌아올 때도 문제가 없었습니다. 리셉션 서비스도 매우 좋았고, 시간에 맞춰 방이 준비되어 있었습니다. 아침 식사는 좋았습니다.

나는 Kea Garden Guest House에서 훌륭한 숙박을했습니다. 방은 편안했고 분위기는 사랑스러웠습니다. 위치가 편리하고 전반적인 경험이 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 유일한 단점은 머무는 동안 청소할 룸 서비스가없고 방에 냉장고가 없어서 숙박을 더 좋게 만들었을 것입니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 여전히 머물기에 좋은 곳이며 행복하게 돌아올 것입니다!
