I honestly didn't expect the bathrooms to be shared, as I thought each room would have its own private bathroom. But it's okay. Thankfully, my family and I were safe throughout our stay here. Although the bathroom are share, the cleanliness is always well maintained. The rubbish bins are also cleaned regularly, so there was no unpleasant smell around the outside of the rooms. I appreciate that. Thank you. However, what was very disappointing was the owner's and way of communicating with guests. On the first day, the fan and light in my room were not functioning properly. I needed to do some office work, but I had to use my phone flashlight because the room light was not working properly. The light was very dim, since the room also had no window, it was quite dark. That morning I called the number that had contacted me before my check-in date. I thought it was the accommodations service number,so I called it directly. However,tthe owner became angry with me. Eventually,I was moved to Room Aiman 2. Unfortunately,there were also some issues with the second room. The floor was wet and the mattress had not yet been properly prepared,perhaps because the previous costumer had just checked out. I contacted the service number through WhatsApp,but there was no response. When I returned night,I called the number directly. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding in the way the information was communicated,and as a costumer,I may also have misunderstood something. I can accept that.However,what really upset me was the owners rude choice of words and the accusation that I did not know how to read. What was even more offensive was the remark, ”Are you Indonesian?Don't you know how to read?”.I am Malaysia ok. That statement was inappropriate and made me feel as though I was being judged based on my nationality. As a business owner,I believe it is important to be careful and respectful when communicating with customers. There was nothing wrong with simply saying, ”Oh,I'm sorry,ma'am. I let my staff come and have a look at it shortly.”A simple and polite response like that would have made a big difference. As customers,we would also leave with a good impression and wish the owner well. I don't travel very often,but whenever I stay in other people's place,I always try to be respectful when dealing with others,whether by phone or face-to-face. This was the first time I experienced this kind of treatment. I hope other customers will not have to experience the same thing. For my next trip,I would not recommend this place. The owner really needs to improve the way they communicate with customers. Having a strategic location is not enough if the communication with customers is rude or disrespectful. Peace, no war. I read a lot of bad reviews, but when I stayed there myself it was not as bad as I imagined. The room was ok, but the sheets and towels were a little dirty. The shower water was strong enough, and the staff service was pretty good.

쿠칭의 Hotel Dormani에 두 번째로 머물렀는데, 장단점이 있었습니다. 우리는 운이 좋게도 싱글 침대 두 개가 있는 방을 RM80 이하에 예약했는데, Masjid Bandaraya Kuching과 가까운 것을 감안하면 꽤 싼 값이었습니다. 우리가 이 호텔을 선택한 주된 이유는 모스크까지 걸어서 갈 수 있어서 Eid Adha 기도에 쉽게 참석할 수 있었기 때문입니다. 하지만 우리 방은 문제가 없는 것은 아니었습니다. 침대 린넨은 실망스럽게 더러웠고, 여러 군데에 눈에 띄는 혈흔이 있었습니다. 창틀은 먼지가 묻어 있어 철저한 청소가 부족했음을 보여주었습니다. 게다가 제공된 타월 중 하나가 찢어져서 불편했습니다. 긍정적인 측면에서, Hotel Dormani의 직원들은 우리가 머무는 동안 내내 매우 친절하고 세심했습니다. 그들은 우리의 우려 사항을 재빨리 해결했고, 단점에도 불구하고 우리의 경험을 편안하게 만들기 위해 최선을 다했습니다. 결론적으로, 이 호텔은 쿠칭을 방문하는 사람들에게 훌륭한 가치와 편의성을 제공하지만, 청결을 유지하고 편의 시설의 상태를 개선해야 합니다.

1. 연락하기 어렵습니다. WhatsApp, 이메일에 전화를 시도했습니다. 응답이 전혀 없거나 읽은 후에 남았습니다. 체크아웃 전에 가방을 내려줄 수 있는지 알고 싶습니다. 의무적인 서비스가 아니라는 것을 알고 있으므로 경우를 대비하여 묻고 싶습니다. 그러나 우리가 그들에게 도달 할 수 없기 때문에 우리는 여정을 제대로 계획 할 수 없습니다. 도착한 후 마침내 그들은 우리의 전화를 받고 우리가 짐을 떨어 뜨릴 수 없다고 말했습니다. 그래서 우리는 10am-2pm에서 가장 가까운 카페에서 기다려야했습니다. 우리가 가방을 일찍 내려놓을 수 없다는 것을 알았다면 그날 차를 빌릴 수도 있습니다. 그러다가 오후 2시에도 연락하기가 어려웠습니다. 2. 일반적으로 셀프 체크인에 대한 모든 세부 사항은 체크인 시간 전에 제공됩니다. 그러나 우리는 그들이 암호를 제공하기 위해 먼저 그들에게 연락해야했습니다. 다시 우리는 호텔 밖에 좌초되어 기다리고 있었지만 몇 분 동안만 기다렸습니다. 4-5pm 호텔 앞에 서있는 다른 손님을 만났고, 우리에게 암호를 얻는 방법을 묻습니다. 그 사람이 자정까지 기다리면 호텔도 기다릴까요? 연락 할 수 없다면 적어도 체크인 시간 전에 적극하십시오. 3. 다른 방에서 나오는 샤워 소리는 견딜 수 있습니다. 하지만 연기 냄새??? 다른 방에서 연기를 맡을 수 있는 환기 시스템은 어떤 것입니까? 내 방에 창문이 없기 때문에, 예, 나는 깨어있는 동안 숨을 쉴 시간이 어렵고 잠들 때 갑자기 깨어납니다.

전반적인 방은 깨끗하고 에어컨은 잘 작동합니다. 편의 시설의 경우 객실당 2 개의 비누 만 제공됩니다.

Bed is comfortable. Location is good. Near airport. There is a restaurant downstairs. Cockroaches are visible the moment I entered the room. I killed few of them myself. There are no shampoos provided (only 1 soap) so, bring your own shampoo. Towel is available. Hair dryer is available at request at counter for 1-hour use only. Wifi is available. Just ok for this price.

Loved it! The room is not all swanky but it's suitable with AC as we were out and about all the time. Clean room. Comfy bed. From the time we arrived Benarat proved its worth. They came to collect us at the airport, We arrived at the lodge and our itinerary was already planned and  explained to us. Amazing, everything worked like clockwork, Shout out to Anil, the manager. He welcomed us, told us what the next 2 days would involve then we met our guide, the very awesome and great sense of  humor  David the Great. We really loved our two day excursions with him. He not only made the tour informative but fun as well and was an Allstar.. We still think of him with fondness. He made our MuLU experience that much more special. The pool was great after a day of touring the caves. Anil, the manager dropped us back to the airport and made our check in sooo easy. He did all for us. Give the man a raise please. He was amazing and took away the stress of planning because he made sure arrangements were met, when he said the car will collect us at a certain time from the park it arrived EXACTLY on time!!!  we look back on Mulu and the lodge with fondness and great memories. STAY HERE. We will definitely choose it again for the adventure rock climbing tour. David, Anil and the other guides and restaurant staff, thank you for the great memories . 

This hotel is overall fine for a short stay. However, the room was quite small, even for a single traveler. Additionally, some of the facilities are quite dated and could use some renovation.
