Excellent value for money. Rooms are clean, and have all the basic creature comforts without over-the-top and unnecessary extras. We had 4 rooms in total, and one of them had an issue with the shower head and drain, which happens and is normal wear and tear, but what was impressive was the hotel’s response time. Fixed in 10 minutes after a simple WhatsApp message. It’s a well-run hotel for a no fuss simple stay. ❤️

저는 1박을 예약했고 도착했을 때 프런트 데스크 직원이 매우 친절했고 제 체크인을 순조롭게 처리해 주었고, 방은 매우 편안했습니다. 에어컨은 전혀 문제가 없었고 차갑고 편안했습니다. 한 가지 언급할 점이 있다면 변기 좌석에 신발 자국이 있다는 것입니다. 전반적으로 이포로 짧은 여행을 가고 싶다면 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다. 강력히 추천합니다.

I stayed just 1 night with my husband and our 2‑year‑old son. The room was for 4 persons, which meant we received an extra bed even though I booked for 3 people. The room was supposed to be without a window, but I got one, which was nice. The air conditioner was old, and there was no kettle to boil water for my son’s milk, so I had to go downstairs to get hot water. However, the location was very convenient—only 3 minutes from the Lost World of Tambun theme park.

시설: 호텔은 오래되었지만 객실은 꽤 넓습니다. 일회용 세면도구의 품질은 보통이고 샤워실도 충분히 넓습니다. 청결: 나쁘지 않고 안심이 됩니다. 주변 환경: 호텔은 신시가지에 위치해 있어 구시가지에서 도보로 10분 거리에 있습니다. 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 서비스: 프런트 데스크 직원은 매우 친절했습니다. 호텔 출입 시 신용카드가 필요하며, 보안이 매우 철저합니다.

Our first time checked-in here, and we were satisfied! Ample parking space, feeling safe and secured. The security guards were friendly and kind. Receptionists also very attentive and took good care of us until check-out. The room were comfy and large , easy to move around. The bed were comfortable, toilet clean. TV was a bonus, with Netflix and Youtube included, my children was totally happy ! Overall, it was a great stay. Hope the hotel can maintain this condition forever. Love it- 5/5!

호텔 위치는 괜찮고, 근처에 식당이나 다른 상점이 없어서 낯선 사람들 때문에 시끄럽지 않았습니다. 주차 공간도 넓고 아주 좋았습니다. 리셉션 직원들도 친절했습니다. 팬트리에 냉온수 디스펜서가 있어서 편리했습니다. 이 호텔 로비와 주차장이 높은 층에 있어서 놀랐는데, 제 방은 낮은 층에 있습니다. 아마 혼자 여행하는 분들은 처음 왔을 때 걱정하셨을 것 같네요. ㅎㅎ 객실 화장실은 넓고 수압도 아주 세게 나옵니다. 다만 칫솔 세트와 헤어드라이어는 제공되지 않습니다. 계단에서 골목길을 지나 객실로 가는 길에 조명이 어두워서 말씀드리고 싶었습니다. 체크인할 때 제 객실 천장 조명 하나가 고장 나서 리셉션 직원에게 문의했더니 새 조명을 가져다주겠다고 친절하게 말씀하셨는데, 그때 갑자기 불이 들어와서 교체해 달라고 요청했지만 거절했습니다. 객실 문 잠금 장치가 고장 났는데, 주인이 고쳐줄 수 있을까요? 단기 투숙에는 적합합니다. 고급스러운 숙박을 기대하신다면 이 호텔은 적합하지 않을 수 있습니다.

프론트 데스크는 체크인과 체크아웃 시 많은 도움을 주었습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 좋았습니다. 가격 대비 방도 괜찮았고, 온 가족이 하룻밤 머물기에 정말 편안했습니다. 슈퍼마켓과 레스토랑이 매우 가깝습니다. 이동하기 쉽습니다. 먹을 곳을 찾아요.

This hotel location is superb, it is just opposite with Aeon shopping mall entrance, so mean you no need to worry about the food, or you need to buy anything for personal care, there is the Chinese hawker just 5 steps from the hotel entrance, dobi within walk distance. If the hotel has lift it would be the best hotel.

Friendly environment, owner took good care of all guests, remembered each one well. Location is within walking distance of eating places. Whole hostel is maintained well by staff, bed is extremely clean. Good place to chill as well after a long walk
