Budget hotel. I spent about rm50 after discount
Water is too slow but heater is functioning well, aircond abit noisy but cold.
Pillow a bit old but not smelly and still bearable
No toileteries provided
Sound proof okay okay....
Overall quite satisfied for budget hotel, had a good sleep before working next day.

I stayed in family room with 5 people which is me, my husband and my 3 children. The room was not really spacious but it was fine for me..there was some space for us to pray. Room with 2 spacious double was very comfort.
Bathroom was ok. Tv with basic chanel of MYTV. The hotel was in front of AEON MALL so it was so good. No lift so no suit if there is senior citizen. No kettle in the room but the hotel provided water filter outside room for each level. Ironing kit was was first floor. Overal was ok, fast check in. Prepare Rm100 for deposit. Cannot checkout late than 12pm. Check in 2pm. Tq

Value for money.
Superb location which is close to many famous Pinji eateries within walking distance. Very friendly front desk. Rental Cheap.
Has underground parking, but my gf felt very uncomfortable when the driver of look at her one kind. She won't dare to stay here if she's alone.
Just like most of the budget hotels, sound proof is bad.
But for me personally, I have nothing to complain for the price I've paid.

Arrived at 1345. Front desk told me could not check in yet but with an extra charges of RM20, room is available. Waited for 20 minutes, she finally checked me in.
Tap water of basin was too low, not sure if it was due to water pressure or choked pipe/tap. Shower with pump was ok.

About 10km from toll bandar bharu. Hotel is clean and bed linen and towel is awesome. Spacious room. Had a problem with wifi connection. Toiletries (toothbrush and shower gel) is provided

Pool tgh maintenance lepstu blik ade lipas. Msuk2 bau masam . Bangunann dh lama. Dinding blik ade kesan2 air leaking dri mood.
Untuk hrga mampu milik nak murah . Hotel ni sesuai. Tpi keselesaan tu kurang.
Yg baiknya nice staff. Mkann breakfast sedp2 dn berdektn dgn bnyk facilities.

1층에 있는 패밀리룸에 7명이 묵었습니다. 5인 가족에게는 너무 넓습니다
칫솔과 샴푸/바디젤이 제공됩니다
단점: 아침 식사 없음
차나 커피 없음(생수와 주전자만 제공)
객실 밖에 다리미 있음(품질이 좋지 않음)

리리뷰어this is the second time i’m staying at this place. the first time was booked via agoda. the room is spacious and nice but floor is dusty. but that isn’t a big deal for me. what has really ruined my mood for the stay was the front desk guy. he is an indian man. he called me 3 times on the morning of my stay but i didn’t pick up because i was driving from KL. when i reach there around 2.30 pm after i had my lunch, i gave a call to the number in the front desk (which was his number who called me earlier) to ask if can check-in now or need to wait until 3pm. he said 3pm and i was okay since it’s just a few more minutes until 3pm anyway. no one was in the premise at that time which is why i call the number written on the whiteboard. during my check-in, he is complaining about why i didn’t pickup the call so he didn’t know what time i’m coming to check in. so unprofessional of him to say that the first thing to a guest. trying to blame me? well first, you’re calling in the morning of my trip and you can’t expect me to pickup the phone when i’m driving? you could have just leave a message on whatsapp if i didn’t pickup the call. everybody is using whatsapp nowadays so what’s so hard to reach me?
second, he asks for RM50 deposit but my mother didn’t hear at first so she asked what the RM50 is for and he said to buy KFC? repeatedly saying to buy KFC. is that suppose to be a joke? we all know he’s just trying to be sarcastic to my mother because that isn’t funny at all to us.
during my first time stay at this place on Dec 2023, Mr Poon whatsapp me A DAY before my trip to confirm my booking and my arrival time. it was pleasant and easy with Mr Poon which is why i choose this place again for my second trip but turns out, the front desk is a different person this time and he really ruined my mood during my stay there because of his unprofessional attitude.

LLangkah NoHiBiHa그 이상이면 여자 기숙사 못 구해서 1박만 했는데 기숙사도 혼성 기숙사랑 또 다른 방이랑 연결되어 있다고 🤔 그런 걸 여자 기숙사라고 부르는 게 이해가 안 돼요.
샤워실과 화장실은 작습니다. 크기는 나에게 중요하지 않지만 손이 닿는 후크를 선호합니다. 135cm의 몸에 비해 너무 높습니다. 각 샤워실에는 히터가 제공됩니다.
아침 식사가 포함되어 있지만 훌륭한 서비스가 제공될 것이라고 기대하지 마십시오. 주로 전자레인지와 뜨거운 물을 이용해 만들 수 있는 빵, 시리얼 등으로 구성되어 있습니다.
전반적인 인테리어 디자인은 사랑스럽고 셀카에 적합합니다. 모기를 불러들이는 녹색 식물과 꽃으로 둘러싸여 있습니다. 인근 상점, 레스토랑, 쇼핑몰. 밤에는 개와 나쁜 사람들을 조심하세요. 조용합니다.

리리뷰어Basic hotel. Reception was nice and polite. Cleanliness was good, bed was clean. Room was carpeted, not sure how clean the carpets were, but it didnt smell bad. Noise was loud from pub just directly opposite, so for lightsleepers, better look elsewhere. Has EV charger at basement car park.
Best for value guest, short overnight stopover.

익익명 사용자First stay at this new hotel in Ipoh and we are pleasantly surprised by the comfort. Location is walking distance to downtown for lots of great food and souvenir shopping. The bed in the room is great for a goodnight sleep. For hotel of this class we didn’t expect much amenities but surprised that most things are provided for comfort of guest. Even bathrobe!
The areas for improvement are:
1. Water leakage from the shower made the toilet floor constantly wet. Design default that I hope can be rectified.
2. Checkout reception was so strict with sop. Late check out. No. Umbrella. No. Everything is a no, don’t think they are properly trained in hospitality management. Management order over guest satisfaction is how they operate. No help with luggage with the guard standing to look on. Not very nice welcome.
3. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room. Had to call at 4pm for cleaning to be done. Reception accused us for putting on the no disturb sign. No apology just mere mention that they will contact housekeeping when we insisted that we switched “please clean room” sign since morning. We met the cleaner who was much nicer than the reception staff.
For a no frill stay, this hotel is nice and quiet but some may not like the fact that it’s beside funeral parlour.
