Check in was automatic but worked perfectly fine, no issues. Room was as advertised, small (expected for the price) but clean and had all amenities (AC, shower, towels etc). It is quite noisy so I would suggest earplugs but otherwise perfectly fine.

Some cleanliness issue feedback to owner and they take very fast action and reaponse to help resolved it. Hope it won happen again to others. Owner are responsive and with good attitude to help. Overall stay are good.

Arrived at 1345. Front desk told me could not check in yet but with an extra charges of RM20, room is available. Waited for 20 minutes, she finally checked me in. Tap water of basin was too low, not sure if it was due to water pressure or choked pipe/tap. Shower with pump was ok.

front desk crew need improve PR services. we asking can we cashless payment for the deposit, we do not have cash at that time. the way she answered for the deposit make us feels annoyed.she told us to pay as fast as we can. mcm la kita nak larii😂 dah bayarrr kot nk tdo situ. we came there at night n tired ok. she ok je klu nk explain elok2.

시설: 호텔은 오래되었지만 객실은 꽤 넓습니다. 일회용 세면도구의 품질은 보통이고 샤워실도 충분히 넓습니다. 청결: 나쁘지 않고 안심이 됩니다. 주변 환경: 호텔은 신시가지에 위치해 있어 구시가지에서 도보로 10분 거리에 있습니다. 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 서비스: 프런트 데스크 직원은 매우 친절했습니다. 호텔 출입 시 신용카드가 필요하며, 보안이 매우 철저합니다.

First stay at this new hotel in Ipoh and we are pleasantly surprised by the comfort. Location is walking distance to downtown for lots of great food and souvenir shopping. The bed in the room is great for a goodnight sleep. For hotel of this class we didn’t expect much amenities but surprised that most things are provided for comfort of guest. Even bathrobe! The areas for improvement are: 1. Water leakage from the shower made the toilet floor constantly wet. Design default that I hope can be rectified. 2. Checkout reception was so strict with sop. Late check out. No. Umbrella. No. Everything is a no, don’t think they are properly trained in hospitality management. Management order over guest satisfaction is how they operate. No help with luggage with the guard standing to look on. Not very nice welcome. 3. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room. Had to call at 4pm for cleaning to be done. Reception accused us for putting on the no disturb sign. No apology just mere mention that they will contact housekeeping when we insisted that we switched “please clean room” sign since morning. We met the cleaner who was much nicer than the reception staff. For a no frill stay, this hotel is nice and quiet but some may not like the fact that it’s beside funeral parlour.

호텔 위치는 괜찮고, 근처에 식당이나 다른 상점이 없어서 낯선 사람들 때문에 시끄럽지 않았습니다. 주차 공간도 넓고 아주 좋았습니다. 리셉션 직원들도 친절했습니다. 팬트리에 냉온수 디스펜서가 있어서 편리했습니다. 이 호텔 로비와 주차장이 높은 층에 있어서 놀랐는데, 제 방은 낮은 층에 있습니다. 아마 혼자 여행하는 분들은 처음 왔을 때 걱정하셨을 것 같네요. ㅎㅎ 객실 화장실은 넓고 수압도 아주 세게 나옵니다. 다만 칫솔 세트와 헤어드라이어는 제공되지 않습니다. 계단에서 골목길을 지나 객실로 가는 길에 조명이 어두워서 말씀드리고 싶었습니다. 체크인할 때 제 객실 천장 조명 하나가 고장 나서 리셉션 직원에게 문의했더니 새 조명을 가져다주겠다고 친절하게 말씀하셨는데, 그때 갑자기 불이 들어와서 교체해 달라고 요청했지만 거절했습니다. 객실 문 잠금 장치가 고장 났는데, 주인이 고쳐줄 수 있을까요? 단기 투숙에는 적합합니다. 고급스러운 숙박을 기대하신다면 이 호텔은 적합하지 않을 수 있습니다.

프론트 데스크는 체크인과 체크아웃 시 많은 도움을 주었습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 좋았습니다. 가격 대비 방도 괜찮았고, 온 가족이 하룻밤 머물기에 정말 편안했습니다. 슈퍼마켓과 레스토랑이 매우 가깝습니다. 이동하기 쉽습니다. 먹을 곳을 찾아요.

호텔은 Aeon Mall 바로 맞은편에 위치해 있습니다. 이포 공항과도 가깝습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 괜찮습니다. 주전자는 제공되지 않지만 복도에 물 스테이션이 있습니다. 화장실은 좁고 샤워할 공간이 따로 없습니다. 현지 물건을 현지 가격으로 구입할 수 있는 Lotus 대형마트(이전 Tesco)도 있습니다. 전반적으로 좋은 가치.
