Hotel is nearby birla school, mint o park. Park street and Arselan biryani ( park circus) is walkable distance. Theater road join birla platarium. Rate is quite high on the basis of service. Breakfast is not good. Charging for drinking water. Restaurant was full of hukka lover in the evening. Smoke is everywhere in restaurant.

Cleanliness is very good in the guest house. Ac and other facilities are also food. The location of the guest house is not so good. But inside the guest house very clean. Only thing, I request owner to improve the quality of lobby area near office and plate washing area. CLEANLINEAS IS VERY IMPORTANT IM THAT ARES

I saw the stay on google map and decided to visit, I asked on the counter if they have any room available and then they show me the room, we decided to stay here. Receptionist asked us to book on mmt for cheaper prices and we got the room for just 600 for two.

I stayed at your hotel for 3 days. I stayed in 2 rooms. I booked online for one day and offline for two days. Room and room service are good. But hotel manager behaviour is not friendly. He is a very angry man.He was talking with me with extra attitude.

The room was smaller than expected. Not cleaned. Spot on bedsheet. No towel, handwash. Mirror is also expired it's useful life. Geyser is not working. In the wardrobe, lots of untidy pillows are dumped.

Close to airport whenever you visit Kolkata recommend this property…very helpful staff .

I recently stayed at this hotel and was left feeling underwhelmed. The room was extremely compact, which was manageable, but the real issue was the non-functional water heater. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to report the issue as I had an urgent flight to catch. What really took the cake was the exorbitant charge of ₹300 for airport dropping. I was shocked to find that I could hail a cab just a minute's walk from the hotel on the main road for a maximum of ₹200. This felt like a clear case of taking advantage of guests. While the hotel's location is convenient, the overall experience was marred by these issues. I hope the management takes steps to address these concerns and provides better value for money. Recommendation:* Consider other options in the area that offer better amenities and more reasonable prices.
