저는 그 호텔을 좋아하지 않았습니다. 처음에는 테라스나 발코니가 있는 객실을 예약했는데, 그런 게 없었어요. 둘째, 불편합니다. 셋째, 사진에서는 모든 것이 실제보다 더 크고 편안해 보입니다. 곰팡이 냄새와 흡수성이 없는 수건. 이 상황을 구할 수 있는 유일한 것은 5점 만점을 주는 직원들입니다. 모든 문제는 빠르고 쉽게 해결되었지만, 영어가 매우 어려웠고, 통역사가 문제를 해결해 주었습니다.

Really nice and clean. Service from reception and head security was really good. Helped me with the bags all the way to room and could store them for our trip to the jungle.

Had such a lovely stay at Hotel Hilani! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel super welcome — big smiles, quick check-in, and they were always ready to help. One of the staff even greeted me by my name, which honestly gave such a nice vibe ✨ The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed to just relax. I really loved how calm and peaceful the atmosphere was — perfect after a long day. Service stayed great the whole time, and you can tell the team really cares about guests. Overall it was such a smooth, stress-free stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy place with genuinely friendly hospitality 🤍

Upon checking in I  was politely informed that my booking was not registered though I have shown them my booking which was fully paid to Trip.com , in the app and from my emails. Too tired to argue, I just paid for my stay at the counter and got to our room for the night . I then start calling trip the very nx morning complaining about my predicament. I am satisfied with their swift action and had things sorted out . Got my money back , the very next day of  our stay. Happy with trip.com and the hotel .❤️ We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel , their service was commendable.
