Reasonable rate for a room over the Easter bank holidays in a good location for the train station and to get food. Generally clean comfortable room and bed. Would stay again.

I always use this hostel for work from another city because I love the easy assess to the Hospital and train station. Lovely staff who go beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. Highly recommend.

The site is a bit far away from train station but kind of close to the city centre with only 15 mins walk. The staff and services there were great, the breakfast was luxurious and delicious. Just there were some stains on the pillow cover, and the temperature of bath cannot be adjust accurately. The water was either too cold or too hot.

The room description was incorrect. The room was really tight for 5 person. We booked for 1 double bed, 1 single bed & 1 bunk bed, but we get 1 double bed bunk bed & another 1 bunk bed. It's difficult for elderly to climb up the bunk, we ended up pay for another 2 single beds in a separate room. The gave us a little discount for it.

환경: 아름다운 전통 영국식 빌라. 서비스: 직원분들이 매우 친절하고, 지도를 설명하는 데에도 인내심을 갖고 친절하게 대해주셨어요. 😄 시설: 조금 오래되었지만, 사용에는 전혀 지장이 없었습니다. 청결도: 모든 곳이 매우 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있었습니다. 👍 기회가 된다면 며칠 더 머물고 싶어요. ❤️❤️ 영국식 아침 식사도 정말 맛있었습니다. 😋

We stayed in Room18. Landlady was very helpful, polite and let my kids play on the pool table. Abit of a pain with the parking but allowed me to use their personal car space which was very kind, even offered to pay for my parking ticket to start with. Hallways are warm and well lit. I would stay here again. Thank you

The room was really well presented as was the rest of the building. Had a good size tv with all the smart apps you need. Cooking facilities worked well with enough to cook dinner and breakfast. Communication was really good with clear instructions and easy remote access. Would visit again.

I love all the amenities, in the hotel. It was very clean. The toilet and the bathroom was right next door to my room. I really liked that I had a wash basin in my room. It was great to have a kettle. The manager was very friendly and helpful I definitely come again.

Clean cozy lots of amenities perfect location comfy bed nice bathroom nice and  warm tea coffee  facilities hairdryer and iron  Everything needed in one room thank you we will stay again
