From the entrance there are stairs down to reception. Check-in was fast, required a written signature. Receptionist was polite and gave us easy directions to our room and the exits. We got a ground floor room which was up a flight of stairs since reception is in the basement. Vending machines were available in reception. Room door used a physical key lock. Room was clean, minus a few deep stains in the carpet and screw holes in the bathroom from previous fittings. Bathroom was spotless, hot shower with great water pressure (almost too much haha). The double bed was okay; duvet, sheets and pillows were comfortable but the mattress was a bit bumpy. Bring ear plugs! Doors in the corridor slammed quite loud as people were passing through in the morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Price for the room felt a little high at £62 for 1 night, but you're paying for the location. There was a Q-Park car park literally across the road (plus a Tesco and Home Bargains), the hotel is surrounded by bars and venues in Ropewalks, and it's a 10-min walk from Lime Street train station and Liverpool ONE.

I arrived late in the middle of the night from the Liverpool airport and couldn't check-in until around 7-7:30 a.m. I was mostly grateful to just have a place to lay my head down and catch up on some much needed sleep. Thankfully, the family that runs the hostel was very friendly and supportive when I came in. Everyone at the hostel was very nice and I felt ”at home” right away. I appreciated that. I certainly enjoy the feeling of being ”welcomed” rather than feeling uneasy and watched which can happen in many other cities and countries. Like others have mentioned, the overall building could use some renovations but it is sufficient enough for one or two nights. The location is ideal. If you are looking to get a quick glance or preview of the center of the city, it is very convenient to walk to. I was glad to have access to most of the main sites as well as the waterfront (near the Tate and Liverpool Museum) by foot without having to get on a bus.

방은 꽤 크고 호텔 장식은 매우 영국적이며 시설은 매우 오래되었고 노즐은 느리고 내 방의 노즐 체인은 썩었습니다. 이 호텔은 마을에 있으며 도심에서 꽤 멀리 떨어져 있으며 리버풀 시내 중심가까지 택시로 약 25분이 소요됩니다. 객실 시설은 비교적 오래되었고 프론트 데스크는 견고한 주방과 레스토랑 웨이터이며 아침 식사를 30 분 전에 가야합니다. 그렇지 않으면 먹기에 오랜 시간이 걸립니다. 전반적으로 간신히 괜찮습니다.

하룻밤 머물기에 좋은 곳입니다. 기본 시설이지만 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 쉬운 체크인과 친절한 직원. 길 건너편에 저렴한 주차장이 있는 도심과 매우 가깝습니다(24시간 동안 £6). 확실히 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다

Location is great 👍🏼 but room was tired and needs refurbishing, Huge hole in bathroom door where it looks like someone punched it, hotel tried filling it in with filler, looks awful, shower is good 👍🏼 cobwebs everywhere, didn’t really want to have a cup of tea with the kettle provided as it wasn’t very clean. Wall lights have never had a polish and duster near them, and net curtains on window ripped and dirty. Carpet throughout the hotel looked as though its seen better days. Service was ok, for a mid week stay I thought it was quite noisy later on in evening with doors banging etc. Bed was hard and pillows were flat, felt abit nippy so had the heating on most of the night. Probably won’t stay here again unless they have a refurbishment.

멋진 커플 내 친구는 아침에 정말 열악했습니다. 그들은 내가 그를 계단으로 내려갈 수 있도록 도와주고 그를 차에 태우는 데 매우 도움이되었습니다. 나는 그들에게 충분히 감사할 수 없습니다. 여기에 몇 번 머물렀고 방은 정원에 테라스가있어 2 명의 손자와 함께 아침에 밖에서 커피를 마시기에 이상적이었습니다. 사우스포트로 휴가를 갈 때 항상이 호텔을 선택할 것입니다. 오늘 모든 도움과 지원에 대해 소유자에게 다시 한 번 감사드립니다. 플러스이 호텔을 위해 100 % 주어진 정원 방으로 내 방을 바꾸어 주셔서 감사합니다. 소유자 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Our stay at Cozy Place Apartments couldn’t have been more perfect. We can’t thank Julie and Paul enough, they went above and beyond. The apartment was immaculately clean, the choice of snacks and breakfast were amazing and the bed was so comfortable. We also used Tony’s Taxi, (whose number is in the kitchen!) and he was just a pure gentleman. Check in was straight forward and close to the centre. Cozy Place Apartments deserves more than a 10* rating. This will be our only choice for future trips to Liverpool. Thank you SO much.

첫 호스텔 숙박이라 걱정했는데 보안도 철저하고 직원분들도 친절합니다. 깨끗하고 이 가격에 이 정도면 정말 만족합니다! 다음에 또 이용하고 싶은 마음이 있어요. 걸어서 관광지까지도 충분히 왔다갔다 할 수 있는 위치입니다!

Generally a really good hostel with direct access to Anfield, so best fit for anyone coming for the matches. So many good food options just a couple minutes on foot. The place itself feels quite dated, however, so hope the owners can repaint some ceilings, walls and ensure proper pumbling. I enjoyed my stay and the kindness of the staff. Thank you.
