프랑스 노르망디 소재 2성급 호텔

This was our first stay with B&B Hotels, and the first of 5 bidet hotel stays during a two week road trip around France. The B&B hotel in Alençon stood out for several reasons. The availability of EV charging stations was a real bonus and made our journey much easier. The staff on site were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, quite a contrast to our experience of many of the other budget hotels. Staff suggested we ate in neighbouring restaurant where we got a 20% discount. Even though it had gone 9pm. Restaurant were happy to accept us and our discount was applied. Breakfast was another highlight: hot, well-prepared, and consistently replenished, which made for a great start to each day. Our room was also noticeably more spacious than the one we had in Toulouse, and the shower was excellent, with plenty of space, strong water pressure, and reliably hot water. What really made this stay memorable, however, was the staff. Across all five B&B Hotels we stayed in the week, the team here in Alençon were by far the most engaged, attentive, and customer-focused.

Hotel itself is a great place for a night, however despite informing the hotel twice via email and on original booking form, i was given a first floor room, despite requesting a ground floor as i was travelling with my 84 year old mother, who has difficulty in negotiating stairs and no elevator was available, so despite the hotel being great, i won’t be staying there again as it’s unreliable to honour requests, very disappointing.

방, 침대 및 벽 사이의 통로, 샤워 실, 싱크대, 화장실, 아침에 차 컵, 아침 식사 트레이 등 모두 작습니다! 이것은 예상됩니다. 그러나 호텔은 깨끗하고 리셉션 직원은 친절하며 주차장은 넓습니다. 아침 식사 선택은 풍부하지만 품질은 평균이며 맛이 없다고 생각합니다. 다른 이비스 호텔에서 더 나은 아침 식사를 한 것 같습니다.

장점: 직원들은 매우 친절하고 환영합니다. 우리는 1층에 방을 가지고 있었는데 호텔에 엘리베이터가 없어서 매우 편리했습니다. 그러나 배낭만 가지고 여행하는 경우 문제가 되지 않아야 합니다. 호텔은 비교적 저렴하지만 매우 아늑하고 편안합니다. 우리는 큰 침대 1개와 작은 침대 2개, 넓은 욕실 등 3개의 침대가 있는 방에 머물렀습니다. 호텔에서 슬리퍼를 제공하지 않지만 물병을 요청할 수 있습니다. 단점: 수건은 이미 회색과 마모로 보이기 때문에 더 잘 청소할 수 있습니다. 그리고 둘째 날에는 하우스 키핑 직원이 깨끗한 수건만 가져오고 침대를 만들지 않았습니다.

La reception é disponibile solo in orari stabiliti e durante il weekend non rispondono alle email. Ho avuto problemi ad effettuare il check-in poiché non mi sono state fornite le istruzioni per il check-in automatico. Quindi ho dovuto attendere fino alle 09:00 del giorno successivo per avere la camera disponibile per sole tre ore. Si tratta di appartamenti attrezzati, sono molto puliti, abbastanza silenziosi e il parcheggio esterno é gratuito. Purtroppo, non é consentito l'accesso al garage video-sorvegliato. Tutto sommato, la struttura offre un rapporto qualità/prezzo accettabile.

우선 위치가 너무 최고다. 몬산 미셸까지의 무료 셔틀 버스가 눈앞에서 나오고, 모두가 찍고 있는 사진 스포트에 관해서는 걸어서 5분으로 갈 수 있다. 방도 심플하고 깨끗합니다. 컵도 사용회전이 아니고, 종이컵 하나하나 개 포장되어 있어 청결감이 있었다. 화장실과 샤워가 별개인 것도 좋았다. 체크인했을 때 호텔 옆에 있는 기념품 가게의 할인권을 받을 수 있었으므로, 그래서 쇼핑도 할 수 있다. 몬산 미셸에서 가깝기 때문에 아침 낮과 밤과 모든 모습을 보러 갈 수 있습니다. 가끔 양이 호텔의 눈앞을 걷고 있어 귀여웠다. 샤워 수압도 좋았다. 바디 비누 밖에 없기 때문에주의 드라이어는 프랑스에서 자주 보는 비치 코끼리 타입 개인으로 갔기 때문에 역에서 호텔까지의 버스도 눈앞에 정차해 주셔서 감사합니다. 버스는 탈 때 크레딧으로 살 수 있으므로 그것도 편리. 조금 더 비싸지 만 그것만 있기 때문에 사용해야합니다. 타고있는 동안에도 다양한 풍경을 볼 수있어 재미 있습니다. 엘리베이터가 없기 때문에, 짐을 운반하는 것은 조금 힘들지도! ?

Absolute nightmare with self check in Didn't have the correct booking number as I arrived late. Fortunately I was shown the intercom and accessed the self booking machine Very poor instructions and very stressful after a long day's travel. The room was superb spacious and quiet welcome shower when I eventually got in my room and comfy bed and welcome Aircon. Breakfast was delicious lots of options and good value. I am returning in August but reception will be open when I arrive 😄

Отличный отель, чистый и новый. Персонал приветливый, местоположение отличное: прямо напротив автобусной остановки и в 5 минутах пешком до центра.

I arrived at the hotel on July 13th around 7:30 pm, but the hotel said that there was no booking despite that I shown the receptionist your confirmation email hence I could not stay.  I email your support service but it did not help, only said that I am not entitled to a refund, but it was nothing to do with me, it was a mistake between your company and the hotel, I was turned away.  I am a regular user and I am very  unhappy.  Please send this to your customer care.  Check my records you will know how many times I have used you in this year.

Basic hotel. The location is good, close to the center by walk or car. The room is small and the bathroom is like a camper. I don’t like that you have to pay for the amenities. The breakfast is ok, according to the price. You can bring you dog with you and enjoy the breakfast in the terrace. Also there is a check-in machine in the parking to do it if you come late.
