우리 도착에도 불구하고 정상적인 시간이 15h이고 직원이없고 컴퓨터 경계에서 호스팅하고 문제가 시작됩니다 ...
1/ne 인정되지 않은 예약 .... (1er sav 전화)
숙박 세의 2/payement (시설에 대한 인터넷 결제에 직접 포함되어야 함)
3/ 도착하지 않는 액세스4로 확인 메일 보내기(2차 SAV 통화)
4/ 컴퓨터 문제 디지털 아제르티 키보드는 화면 상단까지이며 접근이 쉽지 않습니다.

by late arrival easy to miss the elevator activation procedure (press activate & call- to connect with reception) and you have to climb up to the 6th floor.
Next hussle the payment of 75€ deposit for the room payable by credit card but no amex 🙈🙈🙈 So it wasnt possible as with my german debit card it never worked in france too 🙈🙈
Finally after messaging the boss n waiting his reply it was possible to pay cash for the deposit…..and dont forget you are in france so tourist tax have to be paid as well 🙈😬😬
lets see how the breakfast will be tomorrow morning.
clean room but no fridge, glasses or any nice complimentries/ greenery in the steril room.

Booking Numbers: *********** (PIN 5187/hotel confirmation number: ***************) and *********** (PIN 8304/hotel confirmation number: ***************). We arrived at the hotel just before 8.00 pm on 22/03/2024 - tired after after a long day of travelling. When I presented our ”Check-in vouchers” for the two rooms that we had reserved and pre-paid for online with Trip.com, the lady at the reception said that they were only room guarantees and did not represent that we had already paid for the rooms before arriving at the hotel. Therefore, I gave her our written receipts from Trip.com for our payments for the two rooms and asked her to call Trip.com to confirm that we had already paid for the two rooms. She then gave us incorrect entry codes for our two rooms, for which I had to return to the reception where she then gave me the correct entry codes. Later that evening when we passed the reception to to go out of the hotel to find somewhere to eat and I asked her if she had telephoned Trip.com yet, she acknowledged that the rooms had already been paid for online.

돈을 위해 아주 좋은 가치, 깨끗하고 위생적이며 호텔 직원도 매우 좋습니다. B & B 체인 호텔은 나에게 놀라움을주었습니다. 저렴하고 저렴하며 객실은 작지 않습니다. 요컨대, 나는 매우 만족합니다.

なないさんの呟き화장실과 샤워 룸은 벽을 가로 지르는 같은 공간에 있습니다. 아침 식사는 식사가 강하고 말하면 소시지 또는 베이컨을 원합니다.
실내의 로커는 자물쇠 필수입니다. 한의 의류나 화장품, 세면 용구를 제외하고 1층의 로커에 맡기는 것이 좋을지도 덧붙여 배낭이라면 적당한 사이즈가 방의 로커에 들어갑니다 로커가 없는 경우는 주의해 주세요.
로커 룸의 열쇠를 닫는 방법 등의 사용법은 프런트가 가르쳐줍니다.
프랑스어보다 영어가 더 좋다고 생각했습니다.

DDominiqueÉtablissement disposant d'un parking privé. Situé à proximité de la station de Tramway POTERIE, ligne D et du centre commercial Auchan (prendre à gauche en sortant de l'hôtel, puis, franchir le rond-point et continuer tout droit. Accessible à pied).
Le petit déjeuner est bon. L'hôtel est bien entretenu et calme. Le personnel est sympa.

익익명 사용자방은 넓고 좋고 깨끗했습니다. 유일한 것은 리셉션 시간을 제대로 전달해야 한다는 것입니다. 우리는 명시된 폐장 시간보다 적어도 30분 전에 도착했지만 이미 아무도 없었습니다. 우리가 trip.com을 통해 예약했을 때, 우리는 그들이 « 늦은 손님을위한 모든 열쇠를 떨어 뜨린 금고에 대한 지침을받지 못했습니다. 그러나 분명히 우리는 언급 된대로 늦지 않았습니다. 리셉션 닫기 시간 전에 도착했습니다. 다행히 금고 액세스 코드가 있는 신사를 만났고 방 열쇠를 회수할 수 있었습니다.

리리뷰어I needed a place to sleep overnight to break up my trip from the south of France ti Belgium, and this was perfect. Right off the highway, but with no traffic noise or pollution. The clientele, mostly truckers, were polite and quiet, there was no noise at night or in the hallways. The staff was pleasant and readily available, check-in and out was simple, the buffet dinner was a good quality all-you can-eat.
If you're looking for a clean, simple, friendly place to rest on your trip, I highly recommend this hotel.

BBronsteinGenau wie vor zwei Wochen in Ludres wurde ich von der Concierge mit Geldforderungen überhäuft, die sich teilweise überhaupt nicht erklären ließen. Ich hatte bei Trip vorausgebucht und dabei auch Coins eingesetzt. Das Hotel muss zumindest wissen, dass das Zimmer bezahlt ist. Dumme Ausländer abzocken? Das Hotel kenne ich schon länger. Die Zimmer sind etwas größer als im benachbarten IN Hotel und haben jetzt einen Kühlschrank und eine Senseo-Maschine (Foto). Da ich einer von wenigen war, war es sehr ruhig. Das Hotel hat einen Aufzug und einige Zimmer haben einen Talblick.
Noch vor 3 Jahren gehörte es zu B & B Hoteles.
Die Öffnungszeiten sind begrenzt. Eventuell steht man vor geschlossener Tür. Es gibt einen Automaten zum Erhalt der Zimmerkarte.

4) 객실 가는길 나무? 오래된 나무냄새인가 별로 좋지 않은 냄새가 납니다. 프랑스 라는
느낌으로 그냥저냥 괜찮습니다.
가격대비 위치도 괜찮고 바로 앞 까르푸에서 장봐서 방에서 먹어도 됩니다.
