프랑스 그랑테스트 소재 2성급 호텔

유럽으로의 자율 주행 여행에서 깊은 인상을 남겼습니다. 호텔의 장식은 전통적인 프랑스 예술 스타일로 낭만과 열정을 보여줍니다. 프론트 데스크의 잘 생긴 남자는 우리에게 매우 따뜻하고 친절한 리셉션을 제공했습니다. 먼저 방을보고 생활 시설을 소개했습니다. 객실 용품은 매우 깨끗하고 난방은 매우 뜨겁습니다. 이것은 겨울에 자동차로 여행하는 우리에게 매우 중요합니다. 호텔의 위치는 상업 중심지와 매우 가깝고 환경이 조용하고 교통이 편리합니다. 주변에 대형 슈퍼마켓도 있어 쇼핑도 매우 편리합니다. 마당에 넓은 주차장이 있는데 무료입니다. 밤에는 마당 문을 닫아야 하므로 사람들에게 안전감을 줍니다. 우리는이 호텔을 매우 좋아합니다. 원래는 1 일 예약되었고 나중에 1 일 갱신되었습니다. 부주의로 인해 갱신 중에 반복 주문 실수가 발생했으며 잘 생긴 남자가 적시에 수정하여 손실을 피했습니다. 이 호텔을 선택하는 것은 여행 중 운이 좋았습니다. 호텔 사업이 번창하기를 바랍니다! 메리 크리스마스! 중국 베이징에서 온 4명의 여행자가 2024년 크리스마스 전에 썼습니다.

Très bon accueil, personnel agréable et serviable. Chambre confortable, climatisée, très appréciable avec cette chaleur, literie confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux et diversifié, personnel de service souriante et très aimable. Hotel idéalement situé pour visiter la ville.

Franchement j’ai trop aimer et le service a eu un bègue j’ai appelé le service client il sont régler directement le problème même pas 10 minutes je recommande trop.com

Everything was fine as expected from a budget hotel. Receptionists were nice, although they can’t really speak English. The only issue upon check in was that I was asked to pay the hotel fees again even if I already prepaid online. They said that they did not charge the card when i made the prepayment as it was only meant to reserve the rooms. So i paid right then and there at the reception once again. Then this morning, i check that both cards (the one used for prepayment and the one used at the reception) were actually charged. Now, i have duplicate payments which I’m still tryint to resolve with Trip customer service. In addition, we were suddenly awoken the next morning due to all the noise right outside our door. Somebody was shouting/talking so loudly and kept banging things. When i opened the door, it was the housekeeping lady. What is the purpose of putting the “do not disturb” sign on the door if the person who’s not supposed to disturb you is actually disturbing you from directly outside your room. This is the first time i have met such a loud housekeeper and the first time a housekeeper did not greet “good morning” eventhough we met eye-to-eye.

Établissement correct, Accueil impeccable, j’ai eu droit à un surclassement. Ils sont vraiment très sympathique. Quelques points de vieillissement sur l’hôtel à refaire, entre autres, tableaux de fenêtre, lunettes de toilette, complètement branlante… Sinon correct en rapport qualité prix. 

Hotel pas cher pour passer une ou deux nuits. Chambre rénovée mais salle de bain à revoir. Petit dejeuner minimaliste à prendre dans le bâtiment en face. Bon accueil du gérant et lit fait le second jour avec changement des serviettes.

Blijkbaar is de internetbetaling voor mijn kamer, gisteren,gedaan aan een andere compagny via jullie site. Bevestigd door een bedrijf in Singapore....????? Bij aankomst bij het Fasthotel werd al snel duidelijk dat er meerdere gedupeerden waren. Betaald, maar niet aan Fasthotel! maar de Campanile-clan die nu door Chinezen is overgenomen. Hoe slecht van Trip.com. Ga hier niet meer boeken via deze site!!!!!

Parfait pour un séjour d’une ou quelques nuits et à proximité de commerces et de moyens de transport en commun…

Les chambres sont spacieuses et calmes. L'hôtel est facile d'accès, la terrasse pour profiter du beau temps est un vrai plus! Le petit déjeuner est très bon et assez complet. Le plus: des emplacements de parking pour les motos, près de l'entrée! ❤️
