바다가 보이는 아름다운 곳. 넓은 발코니가 딸린 객실입니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했습니다. 그리고 고객의 희망과 취향에 따라 신선한 계란을 즉석에서 조리해 드립니다. 숙박을 하루 더 연장했습니다. 곧 이 호텔로 다시 돌아올 것입니다.

훌륭하고 깨끗한 저예산 호텔, 슈페리어룸은 작지만 2명이 머물기에는 충분합니다. 위치적으로는 음식점과 마트가 찾기 쉽고 환전소가 가까이 있습니다. 어디를 가든 그냥 잡으면 됩니다. 모든 직원이 친절하게 서비스하고 매우 도움이 됩니다. - 욕실의 물이 잘 나옵니다(307) 그런데 흡연실은 추워요(그게 장점이에요) - 카드 액세스 키를 하나만 주었기 때문에 돌아올 때까지 방을 차갑게 유지할 수 없어요 🫢 - 단점은 - 호텔이 도로변에 가까워서 아침까지 시끄러운 차 소리가 들릴 것으로 예상하세요. 솔직히 말해서 잠이 얕은 사람에게는 적합하지 않습니다.

Stayed at Batam City Hotel recently and the experience was average overall. The room had several maintenance issues — the flooring had visible cracks and we had to wear slippers to avoid getting splinters on our feet. The bathroom shower head was spoiled upon check-in, though the staff did help to replace it after feedback, which I appreciated. Another issue was the aircon. It was quite noisy and the room never really felt cool enough. I requested for a room change but was informed the hotel was fully booked and no alternative room was available, despite checking in on a Thursday during a non-peak period. Service from staff was still polite and responsive, but the room condition and comfort level definitely need improvement.

Excellent place. Simple but sufficient for myself (as a solo traveller)

Good Hotel service provider. Happily celebrate my anniversary. Excellent Reception staff and Service staff. Only missing no fridge in the room. Overall 5star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don’t suggest this place for someone who want cleanliness as their top priority. I don’t like the wall. The comforters are patchy even though it’s newly changed. Even the towel is patchy. The plug doesn’t work, so we asked for a change of room, the second room still doesn’t have working plug. There’s no elevator but the staff is nice enough to help us with the luggages. The staff are nice even though some of them couldn’t speak English. There’s one soap for all. Luckily, we brought our own amenities. Overall, service by the staff is ok, but the hotel itself needs improvement. New sheet, new plug, new towel.he

Our family had a wonderful stay at this resort. We truly enjoyed the wide range of amenities available, which made our time together even more memorable. One of my favorite moments was playing table tennis and billiards with my father, a simple yet meaningful bonding experience. The resort also offers a karaoke area that the whole family can enjoy, adding lots of fun and laughter to our stay. The pool was well maintained and relaxing, and the beach area was equally pleasant, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the view. Having several restaurants within the resort was very convenient, giving us plenty of dining options without needing to go elsewhere. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway, and we would definitely love to come back again.
