Air wasn't working in one room, and it took most of the night to switch rooms. There was an event during which a physical domestic dispute took place. My kids, 18 to 23, witnessed the bloody mess. We booked 4 rooms for my husband and me and my 4 adult children; hotel seemed frustrated that my children had their own rooms. They're grown. The hotel was getting paid for 4 rooms, plus they had my card for incidentals. I don't see the problem. But... the location was walkable to the sights. It was a decent hotel. The price was great for the quality.

Prompt and courteous service, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Room was clean and the pool was nice as well as the sauna. Breakfast buffet was good and their was a variety of foods to choose from.

(조절기능 없음) 5. 전자레인지를 작동하면 차단기가 내려감. 6. 방의 모든 전등을 끄려면 스위치 6개를 내려야 함.(한번에 모두 켜고 끌수 있는 기능없음) 7. 비둘기 둥지가 벽쪽에 있어서 푸드득 거리는 소리, 새 소리 등 소음이 종종 들림. 8. 에어컨 소리가 커서 전화통화를 할 땐 꺼야함.

Our original booking with Trip.com got cancelled because of over-booking and they suggested we book here. They also told us they would refund us the difference of the new booking. However, they would not issue a refund to the credit card we used, they wanted my personal banking information which we refused to give. So, we paid an additional $134 because this hotel would not allow us to cancel. The Hyatt Place's customer service was good, but the room was no better than any other hotel for the higher price. Unfortunately, because we could not recover our loss for Trip.com's overbooking, we will definitely NOT use Trip.com again.

Clean, big and nicely furnished rooms. The breakfast is good. Bonus points for the shuttle service taking you to Printer's Alley. Only downside is lackluster soundproofed windows and construction next door.
