미국 테네시 소재 3성급 호텔

Air wasn't working in one room, and it took most of the night to switch rooms. There was an event during which a physical domestic dispute took place. My kids, 18 to 23, witnessed the bloody mess. We booked 4 rooms for my husband and me and my 4 adult children; hotel seemed frustrated that my children had their own rooms. They're grown. The hotel was getting paid for 4 rooms, plus they had my card for incidentals. I don't see the problem. But... the location was walkable to the sights. It was a decent hotel. The price was great for the quality.

Nice hotel, great breakfast. Lots of options. Room was clean. Elevator was extremely slow. Everybody was constantly waiting on it and their pool is down for maintenance with no compensation whatsoever given.

The bed covers were for a queen bed however the room had a king bed. Surely housekeeping would have noticed the covers didn't cover the bed! There were 5 tissues in the dispenser. The window shade would not open. The bed frame hit the back of our legs when getting in or out of bed. The mattress needs to be replaced as there is a hump in the middle.  This is the 5th Tru hotel we have stayed in & this location doesn't measure up to what we have come to expect from a Hilton property

Renovations were pleasant. Updated rooms with working air conditioning. Coffee, microwave, and refrigerator in the room. Darkening draperies are a plus. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, pancakes, potatoes, and sausages. Without labeling, not sure if the sausage was pork or turkey, though. Also cereals, yogurts, packaged baked assortments, and several juices. Other amenities included a Coca-Cola machine with a selection of grab-and-go items for purchase.

Everyone was so nice. The employees treated you very nicely. I checked in and went to my room. I found out my door did not close all the way. I would close it, but it would not latch. I went downstairs, and the mantainence man was right there, and he went up with me to fix it. Everything was clean, even the bedding. The bathroom was clean, but when I was getting ready for bed, I saw an ant on the counter in the bathroom. I did not think anything of it and killed it and went to sleep. The next morning, I was getting ready in the bathroom, and I found 2-3 ants on the counter. I killed them, but I was gone all day. I stayed a total of 2 nights. When I came back for the night, I went to bed. The next morning, I took a shower. The water pressure was not good. The hot water and the shower were awesome but could use more pressure. Once again, getting ready for the day and this time, there were ants all over. They were going up the walls on the ceiling. I am not sure if something was spilled on the walls, but it looked like they all were going towards one spot. That's what led me to believe that. So I moved all my things and got ready in the foyer where there was a mirror. I was leaving that morning anyway, so I figured I would tell the staff. So I checked out and told the front desk, she just said ok.” I thought she would take it seriously, but she did not. I stayed in room 411. Very nice room. Just check for ants. The breakfast was free for both days. I was told the owner was giving free vouchers for breakfast. I thought that was awesome. Overall, good stay.

Good for family. Room size was good. Although hotel is at roadside, rooms are away from road, hence quiet. Hotel is also by the river and room balconies face river which is nice. One swimming pool is with slide and waterfal. Second pool at other end of the hotel is also nice. Breakfast is basic. It worked well for our family. In front of hotel, there is a stop for free public nostalgic bus (Blue line trolley) that takes you down to Gatlinburg center in a few minutes(Aquarium is last stop), comes at every 15 min. Otherwise it’s 15 min.walk to the city center.

TV, 다리미 및 다리미판, 커피 메이커 및 냉장고가 있습니다. 무료 세면 도구가 있었고 수건이 잘 보관되었습니다. 전혀 소음이 없었습니다. 나는 잘 잤고 안전하다고 느꼈다. 문에는 이중 잠금 장치가있었습니다. 에어컨이 잘 작동했습니다. 체크인도 빠르고 쉽고 일하시는 신사분들도 매우 친절했습니다. 실내 수영장도 크고 매우 깨끗했습니다. 또한 시설이 잘 갖추어진 것 같은 피트니스 룸도 있었습니다. 무료 조식은 와플, 시리얼, 토스트, 패스트리, 삶은 계란으로 구성되어 있었습니다. 엄청 다양하진 않지만 배부르게 돼서 무료였습니다. 자판기는 종류가 다양해서 잘 비축되어 있었습니다. 방에 헤어드라이어가 없어서 놀랐어요. 가게에 달려가서 하나 사야했어요. 나는 워크 트레일에서 여기에 머물렀다. 나는 다시 여기에 머무를 것이다. 전반적으로 나는 매우 만족했다. 방은 나이가 들었을 때 느낌이 들지 않지만 방에 머물지 않았습니다. 매우 깨끗하고 안전한 수면 장소를 제공받았고, 잘 대우받았고, 깨끗하고 따뜻한 실내수영장과 조식 무료 와플을 조금 망쳐놨습니다. 소음이나 산만함이 없는 편안한 침대에서 잘 쉬다 왔습니다. 행복한 고객입니다!

그날은 날씨가 나빴고 셔틀버스 운전사는 근무하지 않았습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원인 피터는 우리가 공항에서 기다리고 있다는 것을 알고 차를 몰고 우리를 태우러 왔습니다. 매우 감사합니다!

모든 것이 완벽합니다 !!! 위치는 도보 거리의 모든 것에 가깝습니다. 방은 크고 넓었습니다. 나는 3 명을 위해 예약했고 더 많은 수건 세트가있었습니다. 깨끗하고 침대는 매우 편안했습니다. 아침 식사는 많은 신선한 옵션으로 포함되어있었습니다. 주차는 추가이지만 좋은 가격입니다. 그것을 추천 할 것입니다

이 호텔은 또한 일반 모델입니다. 당신은 방 문 앞에 차를 주차할 수 있습니다. 이 가격은 아주 좋은 선택입니다. 밤에 잠을 잘 때도 어색할 수 있습니다. 위치가 아주 좋고, 많은 레스토랑이 있습니다. 근처 쇼핑
