미국 미시간 소재 3성급 호텔

주차장은 넓고 주차 요금은 없습니다. 아침 식사는 정식 서양식이며 다양한 종류가 있으며 매우 풍부합니다. 주변 지역은 매우 활기차고 쇼핑은 매우 편리합니다. 그리고 호텔은 편리한 교통 수단을 갖추고 있습니다. 다음에 Lanxin에 가면 여전히 여기에 살아야합니다.

The room and hotel was great. I don’t like that you do have to pay.$20 per day for parking or you will need to use the city parking but you can’t park over night as city parking expires at midnight. The location has no pool but has a nice roof top. Drinks were pretty reasonable. Over all it was nice.

Room was not clean upon arrival. TV didn't work.Had to change rooms. TV in 2nd room had to be reset before it worked. There was a hole in the wall unrepaired. The shower control fell off when adjusting the water temperature.

This hotel is nice. It was clean. It is farther away from downtown Rochester Hills than the website indicates. We were disappointed that there wasn't a hot tub, just a very small indoor pool. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Two floors of the hotel were filled with kids' hockey teams that were running wild on the other floors, including our floor. The breakfast room the following morning was much the same, the kids were yelling, running around, making a mess of everything while the parents were conversing with the other parents. Total disrespect to the rest of guests. The kids were mixing all the different juices together and then throwing it out because it didn't taste good, throwing away bananas they didn't peel, just wasting food. I know this was not the hotels fault. It's just a shame the parents or the kids had no regard for all the other patrons. We had to wait for the sole person manning the breakfast room to refill most of the breakfast items. There was a nice selection of hot and cold food once it was replenished. I would still stay at this hotel again

위치는 훌륭합니다! 바로 물 위. 우리는 킹 룸을 예약했는데 너무 작아서 짐을 넣을 곳도 없었고 담배 연기 잔류물과 그것을 덮는 데 사용 된 화학 물질이 압도적이었습니다! 프론트 데스크는 친절하게 추가 비용없이 펜트 하우스 스위트로 업그레이드했습니다. 스위트는 잘 작동했습니다. 호텔은 오래되고 빈티지하며 객실은 그것을 반영하지만 성형 수술이 절실히 필요합니다.,,, 이 분리된 벽지, 거무스름한 모서리, 값싼 카펫 및 90년대 건축업자 등급 오크에 가까운 매우 세련된 캐비닛, 구식 체리 드레서와 긁히고 어울리지 않습니다. 스위트룸에는 아파트 크기의 냉장고, 전자레인지, 간이 주방 싱크대, 모두 어울리지 않는 흰색 냉장고, 검은색 전자레인지, 스테인리스 싱크대가 있습니다. 약간의 주방 장비가 제공되지 않습니다. 스펀지, 수건, 종이 타월조차 제공되지 않습니다. TV도 작았습니다! 그러나 바는 사랑스럽고 훌륭한 칵테일과 니블이었습니다. 부지와 항구 전망은 웅장하고 쉽고 넓은 주차 공간과 세심한 직원이었습니다. 그 좋은 호텔,,, 정말 낡았습니다 !!

우버로도 5분/13불정도의 거리라서 셔틀은 이용하지 않았고 여성 스태프들이 매우 친절했습니다. 건물은 오래됐지만 관리가 잘 되어 청결했고 벌레도 전혀 없었으며 방에 냉장고, 전자레인지가 있었어요. 에어컨, 환풍 시설 잘 작동하고 복도에 자판기에서 음료와 물을 1.5달러에 판매하는데 굉장히 저렴했습니다. 프론트에서도 시원한 물 판매합니다. 거의 필요한 모든 것이 있었어요. 샤워기 수압은 약하지 않은데 변기 수압이 약해서 물을 두번씩 내려야 했던 점 빼면 다 괜찮았습니다. 건물 주변이 가로등이 밤 내내 환하고 주변에 맥도날드 등 24시 시설이 있어 치안도 괜찮았습니다. 만족합니다.

I've stayed here 3 times (3-5 days each) in the last decade. Each time has been excellent. Attractions: indoor pool/hot tub, free cold (cereal, bagels, juice) and hot breakfast (sausage, scrambled eggs; waffles if you wanted to make them), free parking, and only 5-minute walk from everything on Main Street in Frankenmuth. Room was clean, furniture was in good condition, plenty of hot water. I appreciated the shoe/hat/gloves cubbyholes next to the coat rack (which had plenty of hangers). I didn't need them this time, but an ironing board/iron and hair dryer were available. I didn't use the TV or microwave, but the fridge was very useful, and kept things cold. Standard wireless internet access worked fine (both for laptop and a phone). I booked about 2 weeks in advance, non-refundable rate to save some money. All staff and managers were friendly and helpful. Twice there were fresh-baked cookies put out at the front desk. I am very pleased and will stay there again. Highly recommend!

three main issues with my stay. 1) the shower was ridiculous - it literally took fifteen minutes to get anything like warm water coming out of the shower. I was lucky because I had time - if i was there for business and pressed to get out to a meeting, I would have been very upset. On the day I left, I was able to do my packing and tidy the room in the time it took for the water to run hot. Total waste of water 2) the closet had broken hinges on the door - not a huge issue, but generally made the room feel unloved and not cared for. Very simple maintenance could fix it, but no one cared enough to fix. Shows a lack of quality control for the customer experience 3) the walls were very thin - i could hear my neighbor come back at 2:45 am, play music on their phone, run the shower and then partake in some amorous night time activities through the wall. in general the location is good, service from the front desk and the housekeeping was good, parking is convenient

We were able to check in early.   The rooms were clean and the staff were. very helpful and pleasant!    Definitely recommend this hotel!
