리셉셔니스트는 매우 친절하고 세심했습니다!! 그녀는 제 장애를 알아차리고 장애인 객실을 제공하고 10달러의 주차장 요금을 면제해 주었는데, 저는 전혀 몰랐습니다.
그들의 객실은 항상 깨끗하고, 멋지고, 여행객에게 필요한 것 이상도 이하도 아닙니다!!
바는 라이브 음악이 있는 멋진 곳이었지만, 거의 비어 있는 바에서 약 15분을 기다린 후 바텐더의 주의를 끌었습니다. 마가리타는 괜찮았습니다. 그들은 한 종류만 제공했습니다.

16th street mallから近くて食事もエンターテイメントも楽しめました！デンバーで上演されていたミュージカルを見に行ったのですが、シアターエリアにも近くてとても便利でした。なんと、それに出演していたキャストが全員ここのホテルに泊まっていたので、ロビーで一緒に写真を撮ってもらいました！

처음 여기에 머물렀고 나는 확실히 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다. 체크인은 산들 바람이었고 위치는 편의상 타의 추종을 불허합니다. 그리고 부수적인 비용은 50달러에 불과합니다.

최악이에요. 호텔 체크인할 때 낸 50달러 보증금을 돌려주지 않는 순간이 바로 지금이에요. 현금으로 결제하려고 했는데 카드로 해야 한다고 하더라고요. 그런데 두 달이 지났는데도 환불을 안 해줬어요. 정말 최악이에요. 호텔에 왓츠앱도 없고, 이메일 주소도 제대로 안 돼요. 이렇게 유명한 체인 호텔이 어떻게 이런 일을 하는지 정말 안타깝네요.

A little luxury on my travels & in such a beautiful spot. The staff were lovely, the food, delicious, & the bed, comfy. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay & would highly recommend.

호텔 위치는 매우 좋으며 전시 센터와 매우 가까우며 슬리퍼와 물이 없다는 것을 제외하고는 매우 좋으며 천장부터 바닥까지 내려 오는 창문은 아름답습니다 (창문을 열 수 없음), 화장실과 객실 유형이 좋으며 서비스도 매우 좋습니다.

Pour info j'avais une suite au dernier étage, et dès mon arrivée j'ai pris la peinne de leurs dire que parler en anglais n'étais pas facile pour moi et que ce n'était pas ma langue d'origine. Et jusye WOW j'ai adoré mon séjour avec eux.
Je n'ais aucun point négatif, très confortable, le lit comme le divan, beaucoup d'espace, l'internet fonctionne super bien, pour la douche pour moi la pression d'eau est importante et je n'ais pas été déçu, car la pressiondu jet d'eau étais parfaite (pas trop fort, ni trop faible), très bonne insonorisation, j'ai rien entendu j'ai même réussi à dormir comme un bébé, le personnel à été super gentil, aimablement, et ils m'ont aider à trouver l'itinéraire le moins cher pour retourner à l'aéroport et même me montrer on était l'arrêt de but le plus proche. Ils étaient tous très serviable.
Côté déjeuner, WOW!!! 1er chose que j'ai remarqué c'est qu'à d'autres place ils ne font pas ce genre de service, une personne super gentille vien chercher ton assiette quand elle es vide, à chaque matin il y avais un petit quelque chose qui changeait donc tu ne mange pas toujours la même chose, il y a bien sûr certaines choses qui sont rester ce qui es normal et en plus c'était les plus populaires, j'ai adoré pouvoir me faire des gaufres chaque matin, il y avais beaucoup mais vrais beaucoup de choix.
N'hésitez pas a choisir cette hotel pour ma part si je dois revenir a Denver je reprendrais cette hotel.
Ps.: sorry pour les photos un peux flou, j'avais pris une vidéo mais je n'ais pas trouver comment envoyer ma vidéo alors j'ai pris des screenshoot de ma video pour que vous puissiez voir ma suite.

RRamkrishna KaranthThis is a beautiful historic property, with a fantastic team providing impeccable service to guests!
The property is located very conveniently, close to the hot springs and walking distance to downtown. The lobby and the Courtyard ares beautiful.
We had a bit of an issue getting the hang of operating the ceiling fan and the room heating system, and the team's response to get us updated was super quick.
Overall, a great experience.

리리뷰어Good things were location, cleanliness, and modern (flipped) updates, big kitchen with all needed cooking appliances. Bad things were: room wasn’t ready upon arrival two hours after checkin (same for several other people waiting); noise - window A/C units kept in during winter created only a thin sheet of plastic separating outdoors. Lots of stomping, carts rolling, yelling at night, and traffic noise right outside bedrooms; poor responsiveness for missing items (no coffee maker - took three calls over several hours), no soap or shampoo in showers (delivered on last day), not enough coffee packets (never delivered despite multiple calls). Shuttle service very iffy. Sometimes only one running during high volume times. Advertisement on trip.com did not reveal that place was under major construction so no pool or hot tub or ski lockers available. Sidewalks and entry extremely icy and dangerous to walk on. Makeshift second floor check in room (due to construction) required walking on icy walkways and staircases to get to. Surprised they could get away with this from an insurance perspective.

리리뷰어Nice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.

SSarah B85The staff were super nice and helpful, rooms were clean and the atmosphere was pretty cool. Our biggest complaint is the giant see-through window in the shower that anyone in the bedroom could pretty much see you naked, that frosted glass was not blocking anything out. Probably fine if you’re in the room alone or with a partner, but if you maybe have friends for acquaintances stop by while you’re still getting ready or if you share a room with your kid… It’s just kind of weird.  There also was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which I think was needed. Also water from the shower door soaked the ground every time, but that’s pretty common in most hotel rooms with a glass door. It also would’ve been nice to have had more than two towels in the room.
I will still stay here again because I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the location was perfect for what I needed.

CCristobal AndresI stayed one night at the Hilton in Fort Collins for a business trip and it was a really good experience. The location made things easy since it’s close to downtown and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Check-in was simple and the staff were friendly and welcoming right from the start.
The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was great and I slept well, which is always important when you’re traveling for work. I also liked that there was a good desk setup and the Wi-Fi worked without any issues, so I was able to catch up on emails without stress.
I didn’t get a chance to try the gym or restaurant, but the hotel itself felt well taken care of and the lobby had a nice vibe for sitting down or taking a call.
Overall, it was exactly what I needed for a quick business trip. Comfortable, efficient, and easy. I’d be happy to stay here again.

GGOAL NGUYENThis is my favorite hotel during my 28-day journey exploring the United States. The location is fantastic — behind the hotel there is a small creek that leads directly to Main Street, and the walkway is beautiful. My family loved it. The hotel is spacious, very professional, and fully equipped. The room has everything we needed: a microwave, refrigerator, dishes, and even a sink. The bathroom even provides natural skincare products, which we really appreciated.
What impressed us the most is that the room has so many power outlets — such thoughtful design!
But the best part of our stay was the front desk staff. She was incredibly sweet, kind, and patient when helping us. My family truly had relaxing and wonderful days here.
If we come back to Breckenridge in the future, we will definitely stay here again

리리뷰어Have been coming to the Mountain Chalet for years. This ”homey” place is in the perfect location for ski in/ski out, as well as walking to restaurants and easy access to the gondola that takes you to the lower Snowmass Village. During winter months, breakfast and lunch are included and they are great to get your day started and take a ski lunch break. Very cozy living room area with real fireplace; free hot chocolate & they even had daily fresh cookies in the afternoon. If fancy high-rise hotel is your choice, this place is not for you. However, it exceeds expectations for a ski chalet resort. Rooms have been renovated over the years and are very comfy and some have great mountain views. They also have hot tub & outside heated pool. Our only choice while in Snowmass!

리리뷰어The stay was excellent. The hotel had a very fast and efficient check in process. The room was a lot larger than expected which was definitely a welcome surprise. The place was very quiet and the staff were a big help.
We accidentally misread the checkout time for our room while we were out for brunch. When we got to the hotel and our key cards stopped working, one of the staff members went out of her way to get us into our room so we could collect our belongings.
I would also like to mention the greeting card that the staff left for us in the room at check in. Those little touches are the things that really elevate the experience. Highly recommend, would love to stay again!
