미국 콜로라도 소재 3성급 호텔

호텔에서 정말 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다. 환영 인사도 매우 전문적이었습니다. 4인 가족에게 딱 맞는 객실이었습니다. 커피 머신, 책상, 에어컨, 욕실용품, 제빙기 등 모든 편의시설이 갖춰져 있어 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었고, 22층에서 바라보는 아름다운 전망도 좋았습니다. 라리머 스트리트와 유니언 스트리트까지 이어지는 보행자 전용 쇼핑가인 16번가와 가깝습니다. 넓고 밝은 객실에서 맛있는 유럽식 아침 식사, 아이들이 즐길 수 있는 팬케이크 머신, 요구르트, 과일, 빵, 베이글, 머핀을 즐기실 수 있습니다.

Great hotel, great breakfast, great location... But parking is a joke... Unless you want to pay $60+ each night! That is a total RIP-OFF 😡

Excellent location. Easy access to highway, and also to attractions. We could take an early morning trip to Garden of Gods, and the hotel location was very convenient for this. People at the front desk were very friendly and cooperative. Breakfast spread was very nice. Room was clean and conveneint.

아침 식사는 아주 간단했어요. 베이글, 주스, 요구르트뿐이었어요. 다른 따뜻한 음식은 없었고, 계란도 없었어요. 피하세요. 체크인할 때 주차비를 내라고 했고, 체크아웃할 때 가맹점에서 열어준다고 했어요. 그런데 체크아웃하고 보니 프런트 데스크가 바뀌어서 Ctrip이라는 플랫폼을 찾아서 보상해 달라고 했어요. 호텔 서비스가 형편없었어요.

Personnel très sympathique. Chambre très propre. Lobby super beau et vintage. J'ai demandé une chambre calme et j'ai très bien dormi. Espaces communs au top.

Overall wasn't the greatest. The free breakfast was the best part of the stay. I was disappointed to find out after booking and checking in that there was no swimming pool when it said there was. It's been under maintenance for over a year. Then there was a problem with the TV in the room. It didn't work and the front desk said they would fix the issue but it took till the next day to get a new one. Very disappointed

16th street mallから近くて食事もエンターテイメントも楽しめました！デンバーで上演されていたミュージカルを見に行ったのですが、シアターエリアにも近くてとても便利でした。なんと、それに出演していたキャストが全員ここのホテルに泊まっていたので、ロビーで一緒に写真を撮ってもらいました！

A little out of the way, but still a solid pick! The room was spotless, but man, breakfast items vanished super fast and they were slow to restock! I literally waited over 10 minutes just for a coffee.

The Assistant manager Monica was extremely helpful and an expert in the position she holds. She was friendly and our stay on the Hyatt was a very good one. The location of the hotel makes it a very good choice for the customers ıs near the hıghway, restaurants and shopping centers. Overall our stay was a pleasant one and ı recommend this hotel highly to others.
