On the positive side, this small hotel is centrally located, conveniently situated to explore lovely Braşov. The building is also beautifully renovated, well maintained and clean. On the other hand, I found the staff unwelcoming and not helpful. The QR code for requesting help on WhatsApp doesn’t work either. Although I loved the bathroom, the room itself was dim, and could have been fitted with a mirror - the only mirror was the one above the sink in the bathroom. It would also be great to have the option of filling water bottles somewhere; this is a very basic way of minimizing plastic waste. My biggest issue, and the reason I will not recommend this establishment, is the poor mattress quality - mine was thin and lumpy, and even after putting a duvet over it, it was still very uncomfortable. Falling asleep was very challenging. I asked via WhatsApp and also the receptionist to try and resolve the issue for the second night, but nothing further was done but making up the bed with the second duvet that I had already taken from the other bed. Another issue that could have been a potential problem at check-in was that I had not received the entry code for the gate. The receptionist insisted that they had emailed it, which was not true. You need a SIM card that allows phone calls to resolve such issues; I was lucky that a random stranger let me in. Lastly, be aware that breakfast does not cater for dietary requirements.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Here is why it stands out: Twin Room Availability: This was a huge plus for me! It is surprisingly hard to find hotels that offer proper twin rooms (two separate beds), but this place has them in their offer, which is a rare and great advantage. Breakfast Included: Having a delicious breakfast included in the price was very convenient and added great value to the stay. Spotless Rooms: The room was impeccably clean, which made the stay very comfortable and relaxing. Wonderful Staff: The service was excellent. The staff members were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit.

This place was honestly really good value for money. Clean, comfortable and classically decorated, it was all you could want in a hotel. The rooms (we stayed in 3 different ones) were all different and absolutely huge. It felt like being in a manor house - so if you want that classic european experience I would definitely reccomend. The only downside was the hot water in the shower wasnt that consistent, but it was enough for a quick rinse.

Location could not be better. Right at the city center. The staff was nice and the place very cute in a medieval style building, very clean and nicely decorated. Our room however had some issues. Being at the top floor the water was never hot, only warm at best. Additionally the window blinder was broken and you could not close the window at night which makes it difficult to fall asleep.

Comfortable hotel. The male staff at night was friendly and helpful. The lady in the morning offered yogurt and hot chocolate as new breakfast items the next day after my special request. Much appreciated! The downside is the location of this hotel is a bit far from the old town and we have to call bolt every time we go in and out. We also expect a better cleaning of the toilet, but overall it is a nice hotel to stay.

프론트 데스크 직원은 매우 따뜻하고 정중했습니다. 체크인 당일 선물도 주셨어요. 매우 즐겁게 놀랐습니다. 감사합니다. 호텔 위치도 매우 좋습니다. 슈퍼마켓과 매우 가깝습니다. 중앙 광장까지 도보로 몇 분 거리에 있습니다. 방은 난방이 잘되고 매우 따뜻합니다. 깨끗하고 모든 것이 매우 좋습니다. 머물 가치가 있습니다.

도시 광장, 검은 교회, 캐서린 게이트 등과 매우 가깝습니다. 도보 거리. 방은 우리가 루마니아 국가에 기대했던 것처럼 크고 근처에 음식도 있고 음료 또는 커피 벤도 기계는 우리에게 매우 도움이됩니다. 직원들은 매우 도움이 되며 우리를 무인으로 두지 않습니다. 그들은 우리가 관광객이기 때문에 직접 메시지를 보내거나 도시에 관한 질문을 요청하는 것이 좋습니다.

Level 1 room 2 facing toilet with benches outside. Could hear the conversation of people sitting on bench. Very noisy. Door cannot lock properly. No repair done through we stayed for 3 nights. At 6am, the rubbish truck will come n it is very noisy. Counter staff not at desk when we left at 710am. No tissue or bottled water provided in the room.

Nice Hotel - Room layout is good, Lobby is nice ,but be prepared to lug your luggage up 2 short flights of stairs , first to the Lobby and then to the lift for room Also be very careful when parking at the front of hotel - the back of car is very close to the road I don't mind the walk to Old city - 800m?
