酒店前台人員非常熱情有禮貌，入住當天還贈送了禮物，很驚喜很感謝，酒店位置也很好，離超市很近，步行幾分鐘即可到達中心廣場，房間有暖氣很暖和，也很乾凈，一切都很好，值得入住.

Perfect location, very large beautiful room.
The only uncomfortable thing is that there is not a proper shelf to put your stuff in the bathroom. We found a place to put stuff over the toilet but it's not a suitable place, if something falls....

O cazare destul de bună , cameră foarte călduroasă patul confortabil și micul dejun destul de bun . Aceleași chestii în fiecare dimineață dar puteai să alternezi . Destul de central de piață sfatului , cam 20 min de mers pe jos , iar parcarea pt mașina era asigurata . Recomand cu drag această pensiune . M am simțit f bine .

This place was honestly really good value for money. Clean, comfortable and classically decorated, it was all you could want in a hotel. The rooms (we stayed in 3 different ones) were all different and absolutely huge. It felt like being in a manor house - so if you want that classic european experience I would definitely reccomend. The only downside was the hot water in the shower wasnt that consistent, but it was enough for a quick rinse.

JJonathanNice breakfast, convenient location very close to the attractions. But no parking inside the hotel, we need to find ourselves and a public parking Regina Maria needs 10 min walk from the hotel. Our room on the 2nd floor requires us to take the luggage by stairs, no lift. And also air con is not cold enough, quite hot and stuffy in the room.

리리뷰어My recent stay at Casa Moritz in Brasov proved to be a delightful experience. The hotel's warm and friendly atmosphere made us feel instantly welcome, and its location is absolutely perfect – just a short walk from the city centre, making it ideal for exploring Brasov's historic attractions.
The rooms, while furnished with somewhat dated pieces, offered comfortable and cozy beds with warm bedding, which was particularly appreciated during our stay. The cleanliness was commendable, and the overall maintenance of the property was good.
One minor inconvenience was the absence of a kettle in the room, which would have been a welcome addition for making a morning coffee or evening tea.
A small suggestion for improvement concerns the check-in process. The hotel uses a code entry system, which required calling the point of contact to obtain the access code. This could be streamlined by providing the code automatically after online check-in confirmation, saving time and making the arrival process smoother for both guests and staff.
Despite these minor points, Casa Moritz offers excellent value for money. Its combination of friendly service, prime location, and comfortable accommodations makes it a highly recommended choice for anyone visiting Brasov.

리리뷰어Comfortable hotel. The male staff at night was friendly and helpful. The lady in the morning offered yogurt and hot chocolate as new breakfast items the next day after my special request. Much appreciated!
The downside is the location of this hotel is a bit far from the old town and we have to call bolt every time we go in and out.
We also expect a better cleaning of the toilet, but overall it is a nice hotel to stay.

Door cannot lock properly. No repair done through we stayed for 3 nights.
At 6am, the rubbish truck will come n it is very noisy.
Counter staff not at desk when we left at 710am.
No tissue or bottled water provided in the room.

리리뷰어Such a charming and beautiful place to stay. The owners made it feel like a home. We were welcome to have tea or drinks in the kitchen at any time and were accommodated so well. We had the most cozy perfect Christmas. The owner even gave us a shot of home made peach alcohol! I would come again anytime. Was exactly what I wanted in a mountain villa.
