We were very happy with the service. The receptionists were all very helpful, especially Bruno, and the room and beds were very comfortable too. When we requested a mini fridge, they efficiently provided us with one. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that we, as hotel guests, still had to pay €4 to park our car inside. This should have been free for hotel guests.

4 day stay to do walks across St Jorge. Staff were excellent and hotel first class. Great breakfast and excellent pool and garden area. Beautiful afternoons resting by the pool and looking out over the ocean and sunset. Good location to walk through Velos township for cafes and restaurants.

The hotel is right in front of the beach and harbour. It is clean and the staff are friendly. They will give you towels for the beach if you ask A room with a sea and harbour view is worth paying the extra for. Breakfast is nice but the same every day. You can catch the bus to other areas of the island, which is easy and only a few euros. Only 10 minutes from the airport. You can get the bus for a euro or taxi for 10 euros. Restaurants and bars are close by. Managed to find some vegetarian food but not much. The local wine is nice and low priced. Little fridge in the room for cold drinks but no coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

We booked a 6 night stay in the Azores through Travel Zoo and picked Hotel Delgado. We couldn't have been happier. The rooms were nice. We had a renovated room on the fifth floor. There was a small deck overlooking the street. Perfect location. It was a short walk to the port and there were several restaurants in walking distance. The breakfast in the morning was good. There is a small bar on the ground floor. We stopped there every night either on the way out or when we got back. Carlos is the bartender and he was fantastic. He was working his tail off taking care of everybody and was always pleasant. Plus he is very knowledgeable about the island. He left a great impression of Azorean hospitality on us. We'll definitely stay there again next time.

아름다운 수영장과 깨끗한 정원이 잘 갖추어져있는 매우 멋진 호텔. 중심지와 해변에서 불과 몇 걸음 거리에 있기 때문에 택틱한 위치, 자동차를위한 내부 주차 (밤 늦게 돌아 오면 가득 차 있음을 알 수 있지만 거리에는 공간이 너무 많고 자동차가 필요합니다. 직원은 매우 친절하고 고객의 요구를 기꺼이 충족시킵니다. 우리는 정원 전망을 가지고 있었기 때문에 아파트에 운이 좋았습니다. 매우 조용하고 발코니가있는 1 층에 있습니다 : 넓고 깨끗합니다 (원심으로 매일 날씨 변화가 가능합니다). 매우 추천합니다!

We stayed for only one night due to its proximity to the airport, as we were travelling on the next day. The location is superb, being very central and within walking distance of everything you will require. Turn right on exiting, and you are a 2 minute walk to the port area with all its restaurants, bars, and also a lot of street food on offer, there is also a public swimming area in the harbour. Turn left on exiting, and you immediately have a choice of two cheap breakfast locations. Walk the side streets for bars, restaurants, and entertainment. The reception and breakfast staff are really fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating, which is worth a few stars alone. Our room on the 3rd floor was fine, it was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable and the bedding of good quality. The ensuite was again fine, not luxurious but equipped with everything you require. The room generally was a bit soulless, looking over the rear of the hotel and pretty basic, but then we were there on holiday, the plan never was to spend much time in the room. The breakfast is a standard buffet type breakfast that's perfectly adequate but won't blow your socks off, many alternatives exist close by. No onsite parking provided but paid parking available close by. The hotels location and staff make up for any shortcomings that may, or indeed may not exist. Just enjoy the convenience it offers and relax.

Lots of paid parking availability in the neighbourhood. Street parking is free after 7 PM. Everything is walkable. Shopping, food, pier, points of interest. I received a breakfast basket every morning by 8 AM. Water was hot. No signs of any insect infestation as mentioned by other reviewer. Room was cleaned every 2 days. The housekeeper was polite and efficient. This not a 5 star resort. It is located downtown so you get the good (location, culture, access to food and drink, walkability) with the bad (some panhandlers, people partying on the street, no room service or on site concierge). But I felt safe and the staff were only a WhatsApp message away. They responded promptly. This a 3 -4 Star hotel and I knew that going in. My 5 Star review is based on the fact that they provided what was promised. A clean room; great location; daily breakfast; and safety. I have already booked a return trip to their sister property, Casa Ateneu, for January 2025. Shout out to Elisabete, Hugo, and Nuno for their prompt replies concerning my recent booking. ( I had some difficulties with the foreign fund transfer!)

This was my second wonderful stay at Herdade do Ananas. Staff manages to be both friendly and professional, and my strongest sense is that this hotel is extremely well managed and well maintained--it has every right to claim to be a polished boutique rural hotel. The property is spotless, and the outdoor common areas are being further improved through more plantings. Rooms are very comfortable with modern bathrooms and cozy beds. The location is not walkable to anything; you do need to either have a car or take taxis. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful, with eggs cooked to order. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was excellent, particularly the hummus. Two small points for improvement. One, the coffee at breakfast is indeed poor quality, although I appreciate they serve it alongside hot milk and will bring a custom espresso. The in-room coffee is unfortunately instant. Secondly, they allow smoking and while I only saw ash trays, not smokers, on the balconies, this really has a dampening affect considering how the building and grounds are laid out. If one person did decide to smoke, it certainly would affect others in the vicinity.

Une belle ”Maison d'hôtes”(mais nous n avons pas vu les propriétaires)décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très ”cocooning”: on se sent comme à la maison. Très bon petit déjeuner de produits frais et locaux. Nous avons eu à faire à Laura pendant notre séjour qui a été adorable. Ils s occupent de vous réserver les transferts aéroport-Logement si besoin avec leur prestataire, ce qui est bien pratique. Nous avions loué le studio car nous étions un couple avec un ami:très belle déco,climatisation dans la chambre mais dommage qu' il n y en ait pas dans la pièce à vivre car il y fait très chaud.Il y avait quand-même un petit ventilo pour la pièce à vivre.Lit et draps très confortables.La femme de ménage vient tous les jours et est très sympathique aussi(elle s occupe du petit-déjeuner. La dame brune adorable). Quelques détails:tapissserie qui se décolle dans la chambre, porte-papier toilettes un peu rouillé mais franchement c est du détail. à 10-15min du centre à pied.Pas de parking mais nous avons toujours trouvé de la place dans la rue. Nous avons tout adoré Merci pour tout!!!

We were a group of 4 couples. We each had our own private house on stilts. The rooms were beautiful yet simply appointed - with everything you could need. We arrived just after 1pm after 24 hours of travel. Carla and the amazingly friendly and helpful staff prepared a special lunch for us which was a delicious introduction to food on Terceira. Everything about the lodge is thoughtful and beautiful. It is also a great location, within minutes of the beautiful pools of Biscoitos and no more than 25 min to almost everywhere on the island. We couldn't have asked for a better start to our Azores adventure!
