필리핀 센트럴 루존 소재 3성급 호텔

환경은 좋았어요. 호텔 안에 수영장이 두 개 있는데, 하나는 1층에 있고 다른 하나는 6층에 있어요. 호텔 바로 앞에 해변이 있어서 가족이나 커플이 오기에도 정말 좋고, 여유롭게 즐길 수 있습니다. 하지만 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 호텔 프런트 직원들의 태도가 불친절했다는 거예요. 수빅 사람들이 원래 다 그런 건지, 질문을 해도 마지못해 대답해주고, 대답도 대충 하는 느낌이었어요. 게다가 지하 주차장은 주차도 엉망이고 질서도 없었어요.

위치는 정말 좋았지만, 시설은 좀 낡았어요. 냉장고 소리가 시끄러웠고, 슬리퍼는 유료니 직접 가져오셔야 합니다. 샤워용품은 비누만 제공되니 바디워시를 사용하시는 분들은 따로 챙기셔야 해요. 보안 서비스는 훌륭했습니다. 조식 양은 좀 적고 뷔페가 아니었어요. 밖에 나가서 먹기 귀찮으신 분들은 예약 시 조식을 포함하는 게 좋아요. 조식은 1인당 250페소인데, 사진에서 보시는 것처럼 양이 많지 않습니다. 주변에 패스트푸드점도 많고 P2P 버스 타기도 편리해서 식사나 이동은 괜찮았어요. 전체적으로 가격 대비 나쁘지 않았습니다.

빠르고 편리하게 체크인할 수 있었습니다. 호텔은 거의 모든 곳과 가까운 전략적 위치에 있습니다. 호텔 객실은 깨끗하고 정돈이 잘 되어 있으며, 정성껏 조리되어 따뜻하게 맞아주었습니다. 조식은 현지 토치노를 포함한 다양한 음식이 준비되어 있어 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다.

Royce Hotel에서의 숙박은 처음부터 끝까지 훌륭했습니다. 직원분들은 모두 친절하고 협조적이었으며, 저희의 요청에 세심하게 귀 기울여 주셨습니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 넓고 관리가 잘 되어 있어 아이와 함께하는 가족 여행에 더할 나위 없었습니다. 특히 아늑한 침대, 따뜻한 온수 샤워, 그리고 끊김 없는 안정적인 와이파이 같은 편의 시설이 마음에 들었습니다. 클락의 관광 명소와 다양한 식사 옵션까지 도보로 이동 가능한 거리에 있어 위치 또한 완벽했습니다. 머무는 내내 안전하고 편안함을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 이 호텔을 가족과 친구들에게 적극 추천하며, 조만간 다시 방문할 예정입니다!

이것은 내가 pero grabe ang ganda rin pala dito에 머물렀던 가장 저렴한 호텔 중 하나입니다. Bago pamga gamit과 방 자체. 나는 편안한 숙박과 잠을 잤다. Gusto ko ung 이중 문 nila 슈퍼 안전. 여기에서 1주일 동안 Napabook na rin yung kawork ko. 확실히 다시 돌아올 것입니다!

The hotel is quite new and has modern look and feel.  They have ample parking for guests and have reserved slots for Accor members. The room is clean and spacious and has modern furnitures and fixtures.  They have the basic amenities like smart tv, ref, separate toilet and bath, hair dryer, slippers, and shampoo and shower gel. I love their brewed coffee which I ordered from their cafeteria near the reception area and is reasonably priced. The hotel is just opposite the Harbor Point mall and nearby restaurants. What I like most are the warm and friendly staff who are always smiling and make you feel at home. However, since this hotel just opened and is not yet fully-operational, there are many rooms for improvement: 1. AC control installed in the room is not working so requested for a remote control.  Not sure if the battery is fully-charged but there is delayed reaction when I change the settings like temperature. 2. I requested for a room with queen sized bed and near the elevator since my wife is a PWD but these were ignored and we got a room with two single beds and quite far from the elevator.  Then requested for a room change but the room being assigned to us was at the ground floor and there was a strong smell of paint so we opted to stay at the room initially given to us.  Requested to just put the two beds together to form a single but bigger bed and waited for the hotel staff to arrive but we waited too long and finished our light dinner without seeing the hotel staff.  So just requested the hotel to cancel the request so we can rest already since we arrived past 8pm and we were already tired. 3. They gave a WhatsApp number to reach in case guests have requests since there are still no phones in the rooms.  Tried sending a message but no quick reply.  So just called the number and got an apology and feedback.  Maybe they should assign someone to monitor the messages so they can respond quickly to guests. 4.  We were having breakfast at our room when there was a brownout.  No back up generator so we were in dark for about 10-20 minutes.  Also no emergency lights in the room so we had to open the curtains to get natural light.  We were supposed to check out before 12noon but since there was no power, we requested for a late checkout which was granted.  Thank you. Hope the hotel can complete all unfinished work and level up soon. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful short stay.

첫번째 룸 세면대에 긴 머리카락 그대로 바닥엔 먼지 뭉치가 객실 이동 요청하고 옮겻는데 또 긴 머리카락리 세번째 름은 매니져와 같이 채크하고. 숙박했습니다. 저녁에 잠들기전 매니져에게서 연락와서 사과하는 마음으로 숙박비를 리턴 해주네요... 슈퍼바이저 하고 하우스 키핑들만 사과하고 카운터는 나몰라라... 청소하고 한번만 더 신경 써준다면 어떨까요? 티브이. 안된다고 볼거내 하길래 인봐도 된다하고 나증에 버니.건전지 없는데 티브이.고장으로 설명했네요...

호텔은 한인타운에 위치해서 식당 찾기가 너무 좋았어요. 시설은 최근에 지은 호텔이라 깨끗하고 청결했어요. 직원들의 서비스도 매우 훌륭했습니다 ^^

Nice and clean hotel with good staff and service. My room had fast internet connection which was very convenient. Parking is okay but sometimes gets full. Breakfast food was nice and enjoyable.
