도착후 배정된 방은 소음과 앞이 마힌 실망스러운 방이어서 여러차례 얘기후 ㆍ층방으로 결정후 ㅣ박하였는데 마치 여인숙 같아서 다음날 추가요금 지불후 수리가 완료된 룸에서 2박을 더하였다. 방은 청결하고 조식을 먹는12층은 뷰가 좋은곳에 있었고 음식의 종류는 많지 않지만 깔끔해서 그런데로 괜찮았다. 직원들은 모두 친절하였습니다. 그러나 호텔 전반적으로 기계 소음이 무척이나 거슬렸습니다. 만약 이 호텔에 묵어야한다면 꼭 디럭스 이상에서 묵길 바랍니다. 근처에 맛집도 많고 음식은 페낭보다 이포가 더 나은듯~

위치는 좋고 식당과 가깝고 접근이 용이합니다. 장소 안에 충분한 음식 주차장도 있습니다. 비접촉식 체크인 및 체크아웃도 가능합니다. 유일한 것은 집에 습한 냄새가 난다는 것입니다. 창문을 열고 신선한 공기를 마신 후에는 좋습니다.

The hotel is clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and polite, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. I booked a room with breakfast included, and it was definitely worth the price , all the food was tasty and perfect for a light meal before exploring Ipoh. The air conditioning worked perfectly, I stayed in Room 221, which is located near the housekeeping storage room, so it was a bit noisy during the day when the staff were doing room service. However, the staff were very considerate and even apologized when they saw us heading out for tea . I really appreciated that gesture! Another bonus there’s a delicious mamak restaurant right next to the hotel, perfect for a late-night meal! 😄

호텔은 간단하고 깨끗한 숙박 시설을 제공하며 오래된 시설이지만 잘 관리되어 있습니다. RM50의 현금 보증금이 필요하므로 일반적으로 현금을 많이 가지고 다니지 않는 손님에게는 불편할 수 있습니다. 외부 포장도로를 따라 수많은 개가 존재하는 것은 위협적일 수 있습니다. 내 방은 도로를 향하고 있어 약간의 교통 소음이 발생했습니다. 이온은 길 건너편에 편리하게 위치해 있으며 자동차로 접근할 수 있으며 호텔과 같은 줄에 여러 레스토랑이 있습니다.

M 부티크 호텔은 매력적이고 독특한 부티크 호텔로, 두 번째 숙박 동안 잊지 못할 추억을 남겼습니다. 이포에서 가장 유명한 카레 국수집 중 하나가 바로 옆에 있어 위치가 정말 환상적이었습니다. 객실은 편안하고 잘 꾸며져 있어 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 도착 당일 밤에 온수 문제가 발생했지만 프런트 데스크에 연락하자 신속하고 효율적으로 해결해 주었습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 경험이었고, 이포를 방문하는 모든 분께 강력 추천합니다!

For the price, I think it is a reasonable option.  However objectively: 1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking.  The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the ”fix” was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about.  To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.  2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews.  However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.  3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the ”make my room” card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both.  They only cleaned 1.  I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.  4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.  5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.  6. The staff were helpful and friendly.  Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).  7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible.  It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.  All in all, it was a decent stay.  Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained. 

당신이 지불하는 가격의 가치! 고속도로 바로 옆에 있는 훌륭한 위치. 모든 것이 깨끗하고 에어컨이 잘 작동했으며 방이 좋습니다. 작은 냉장고가 작동하지 않고 수압이 약간 느립니다. 하지만 나는 정말로 신경 쓰지 않는다. 프론트 데스크도 좋았습니다. 나는 짧은 체류를 위해이 호텔에 다시 머무를 것을 재고 할 것입니다.

환경은 좋지만 워터 파크는 저녁에만 열립니다. 아이들은 수영장 만 즐길 수 있습니다. 주말에 미니 워터 파크가 하루 종일 열려 있으면 좋을 것입니다. 청결은 우리의 기대에 달려 있습니다. 체크인 및 체크 아웃이 쉽습니다.

최근에 Hotel Sfera에 머물렀고 전반적으로 즐거운 경험을했습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 편안하며 편안한 숙박을 위해 충분히 넓습니다. 직원들은 체크인과 방문 내내 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 위치는 특히 Seri Manjung 주변의 음식과 인근 명소에 편리합니다. 아침 식사 선택은 괜찮 았고 호텔 시설은 잘 유지되었습니다. 환경은 조용하고 가족 여행과 단기 비즈니스 체류 모두에 적합하다고 느꼈습니다. 앞으로 다시 머무를 것을 고려할 것입니다.
