말레이시아 페낭 소재 3성급 호텔

확실히 한층 업그레이드된 고급 청년 호스텔이었어요. 객실 시설도 상당히 스마트했고요. 프런트 데스크는 G층에, 바는 L층에 위치해 있습니다. 프런트 데스크에서는 20위안짜리 상품권을 제공해 줍니다. 전반적으로 젊은 분들에게 아주 적합한 곳이었고, 특히 프런트 데스크에 키가 아담하신 여자 직원분이 계셨는데, 서비스 태도가 정말 최고였습니다. 개인적인 건의사항으로는, 샤워기 온수 스위치에 작은 안내 라벨을 붙여두면 더 좋을 것 같아요.

정말 깜짝 놀랐어요. 이 호텔에서 12일간 휴가를 보내는 동안 청소 직원들이 제 방에 한 번도 들어오지 않았어요... 정말 한 번도요. 둘째 날에는 생수와 호텔 커피(차는 없었어요)만 마셨고, 나머지 휴가 동안 물이나 다른 건 전혀 없었어요. 수건과 침대 시트도 한 번도 교체되지 않았어요. 비누요? 비누가 왜 필요하죠? 아예 없잖아요. 음, 저는 습관적으로 다 가져가거든요. 물론 쓰레기도 아무도 버리지 않았어요. 왜 리셉션에 불평하지 않았냐고 하시겠죠? 왜냐고요? 저는 휴식을 취하러 온 거고, 직원들에게 일일이 가서 일과를 하라고 상기시키려고 온 게 아니에요. 게다가 저는 제 원칙을 지켰어요. 청소/서비스를 기다리거나, 좋은 리뷰를 쓰거나 둘 중 하나였거든요. 하지만 전반적으로 객실은 좋았고, 벽면 전체에 파노라마 창문이 있었고, LCD TV(채널은 하나도 없어서 설정할 수 없었지만, 휴대폰에서 스마트뷰로 영화를 볼 수 있었습니다), 모든 것이 비교적 새것이고, 침대는 아름답고, 매트리스도 훌륭했습니다. 호텔 위치가 매우 좋고, 밤에는 조용하고, 아무도 방해하지 않고, 지역 랜드마크인 페낭 산이 보이고, 저렴하게 음식을 먹거나 과일을 살 수 있는 미니 마켓이 바로 옆에 있습니다.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was satisfactory. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The cleanliness of the towels could be better, as the bath towels appeared greyish rather than properly white, which gave an impression that they were not thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, the bed tended to make noise whenever I turnover, which affected comfort and sleep quality. Addressing these issues would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. Breakfast is good which you can choose from the menu.

위치가 좋고, 방은 좀 작지만 가격이 저렴해요. 아래층에 편의점이 있어서 배달 음식을 시켜 먹을 수 있고, 시설도 잘 갖춰져 있어요. 역사문화지구와도 멀지 않아 다음에 페낭에 가면 또 묵을 만합니다.

방은 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 시설은 비교적 새것이나 시트가 좀 낡았습니다. 전체적인 장식 스타일은 비교적 새롭지만 호텔의 향기는 여전히 방향제처럼 너무 강해서 사람들이 현기증을 느낍니다. 위치는 조지 타운 중심부에 있습니다. 도보로 200m 이내에 식사할 수 있는 곳이 많습니다. 프론트 데스크는 매우 열정적이었고 거스름돈을 바꾸고 짐을 보관하는 데 도움을주었습니다. 프론트 데스크에서는 20RM 정도의 세금을 현금으로 지불해야했습니다 (그러나 Ctrip에서 주문할 때 가격에는 세금이 포함되었습니다). , 프론트 데스크 직원의 도움으로 환불을 위해 플랫폼에 연락했습니다. 현금은 현장에서 제공되었으며 프론트 데스크 직원은 영어를 구사하는 중국인이 아닌 것 같았습니다. 전반적으로 호텔은 매우 비용 효율적이며 의료 서비스 환경도 괜찮습니다.

방이 넓고 매우 깨끗해요. 시내 중심가와 가까워서 어디든 가기 편리합니다. 콤타까지는 걸어서 5분 정도밖에 안 걸려요. 프런트 직원분들도 정말 친절하셨어요 👍

호텔은 평균 수준입니다. 체크인 카운터의 서비스와 보증금이 일반 호텔에 비해 너무 높은 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 보증금 영수증은 요청해야만 받을 수 있었습니다. 비데 수압도 너무 약했습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 넓었지만 베개가 너무 얇아서 아침에 두통이 생겼습니다. 주차 요금도 너무 비싸서 투숙객에게는 부당하며, 면제되어야 합니다.

The picture in online is quite nice, but the actual staying is quite shocking 😅 When we first enter the lobby, we are impressed, cos for an old shop lot, the lobby is giving a good impression with it's bright lighting and cleanliness. Then we faced several difficulties that we need to highlight for all visitors who wish to book this hotel (for the owner also, I hope you see my review and make some improvement that will definitely increase your customers and rebooking) 1. We changed room for three times. The [first room No. 29] is with a big hole/maintenance door in bathroom ceiling that exposed all the electrical wire which may caused danger to life. Some more got a line of ants all around the room ceiling and floor. The [second room No. 32] is quite nice, bright and comfortable but the water heater is not working with no hot water and the water pressure is so small. Then finally we changed to a good one. 2. The price we paid is for room with window, but I rather don't want cos it doesn't play any purpose except as a decoration, at the same time without curtain! (All the rooms we changed are without curtains) So anyone can look into our room when we have the lights on 😅 3. Super helpful front desk. The owner should reward the Sabahan lady who helps us to change room. She walks up and down to get us a comfortable room. We really appreciate it a lot 🙏🏻🥰 If not, I'll leave a really really bad review here cos we are really tire with all the hassles 😒 4. For those who like to stay upstairs (first/second floor), there's no lift, so you will need to climb stairs. Bringing elderly or OKU, can only stay at ground floor. 5. All the rooms we been to has a common issue -- it's not basic clean 😅 The toilet has urine stain, the bedsheet has 2-3 hairs on it, and the table and teacup are definitely not for use one (I don't dare to use 🤣) 6. The last room we stay has flies and we smashed them onto wall cos we're too tire to wait and change a new room aldy. At least we finally get a room with hot bath water. 7. Soundproof is not good. In the room, we can hear the sound of people talking and passing the hall, and the car honking. For us is ok, cos we are deep sleeper, but for those who are sensitive, I don't think you will get a good sleep here 🤣 Overall, the good things of this hotel: 1. It's budget, so ok lah 2. The front desk is helpful and responsive 3. The overall amenities still ok (available: free filter water, TV with wifi, mirror in bathroom, water heater; NOT available: no toilet tissue, no hangers but it has hanging rack) So conclusion is, if you're just need a place to bath and sleep, then may consider here. In my opinion, it will not be a good place for 'enjoy hotel time'. So it makes sense for the price paid. Thank you for attending to us.

superior double room으로 1층 배정받았어요. 방 안에 물 두병, 다리미, 티비, 에어컨 있어요. 수건 하루에 두장씩 제공됩니다 ! 콘센트가 하나밖에 없어서 약간 불편했어요. 그리고 따뜻한 물이 나오지 않습니다 .. 약간의 소음도 잘 들려요 (다른 방 핸드폰 알람소리) 침대도 그렇게 깨끗한건 아니에요 .. ㅎㅎ 그래도 카운터에 계신 남자 직원분 진짜 친절하셔요 👍🏻👍🏻

어린이 스플래시 놀이터가 있는 새로 개장한 수영장이 훌륭합니다. 가격 대비 가치. 가든 존에도 새로운 포토부스 위치가 생겼습니다. 전반적으로 이 3성급 호텔의 가격 대비 매우 가치가 있습니다. 방 크기가 매우 큽니다. 그만한 가치가 있습니다. 꼭 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다.
