서비스는 훌륭했고, 자전거 여행객에게는 최적의 위치였습니다. 호텔에는 자전거 보관소도 마련되어 있습니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗했고 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다.

The location was very close to my sibling's house and that was why we used it in the first place. We were not expecting to have to take our shoes off as soon as we get into the ”House”. The place is clean, the beddings were very comfortable. Public transportation was not easily available at the location, but for us visiting family nearby, that's a big plus for convennience.

호텔 위치가 정말 좋았어요. 근처에 식당도 많고 슈퍼마켓도 가까워서 쇼핑하기 편리했습니다. 방은 넓고 시설도 완벽했어요. 특히 욕실은 세면대가 두 개라서 정말 편리하고 쾌적했습니다. 변기와 샤워실이 분리되어 있었는데, 둘 다 넓어서 좋았어요. 프런트 직원분들은 친절하고 전문적이었고, 룸 서비스 직원분들도 책임감 있게 잘 해주셨습니다. 정말 만족스러운 숙박 경험이었어요. 다음에 또 이 호텔을 선택할 거예요.

호텔이 공항 안에 있어서 늦은 밤 도착하거나 아침 일찍 비행기를 타는 여행객들에게 정말 편리해요. 호텔은 깨끗하고 깔끔했고, 객실은 넓고 밝았으며, 건식과 습식 공간이 분리되어 있었고, 침구도 편안했어요. 추천합니다.

우선, 리셉션 직원이 매우 친절했고 체크인과 체크아웃 모두 환한 미소로 응대해 주었습니다 (같은 분이셨어요). 로비 분위기도 따뜻하고 좋았습니다. 둘째, 방은 예상보다 작았고 웹사이트에 나온 사진보다도 작았지만 깨끗했습니다. 셋째, 도착했을 때 주차 공간을 찾기가 정말 어려웠습니다 (사진 4 참조). 주변에 호텔이 너무 많아서 주차하고 체크인할 수 있을 때까지 20분 정도 차 안에서 기다려야 했습니다. 넷째, 호텔 주차 요금이 꽤 비쌌습니다. 셀프 주차는 1박에 34달러, 발렛 주차는 39달러였습니다. 지하 주차장은 쓰레기 처리장 바로 옆에 있었는데 (사진 5 참조), 그곳은 정말 더럽고 끔찍했습니다. 주차장에서 일하는 남자 직원 두 명도 봤는데, 불친절해 보였습니다. 만약 컨저링 시리즈를 다시 촬영한다면 이곳은 완벽한 장소가 될 수 있을 것 같습니다. 솔직히 말해서, 휘슬러에 있는 다른 4성급 호텔들도 주차장이 어둡고 낡고 지저분한 비슷한 상황이라는 걸 알게 됐습니다. 다섯째, 밤에 좀 추웠는데 방 온도 조절을 해보려고 했지만 작동하지 않았습니다. 체크아웃할 때 직원분께 말씀드렸습니다. 다시 묵을 의향이 있냐고 물으신다면, 아마 없을 것 같습니다. 객실 가격은 괜찮고 위치는 아주 편리합니다. 호텔 안에 올드 스파게티 팩토리가 있고, 여러 바, 레스토랑, 상점들이 걸어서 5~10분 거리에 있습니다.

밴쿠버 공항 근처에 위치해 교통이 편리합니다. 바로 아래에 스카이트레인 역이 있어서 공항과 시내 모두 쉽게 갈 수 있습니다. 방은 넓고 깨끗했으며 매우 좋았습니다. 보증금은 100달러였고, 체크아웃 시 리조트 요금이 공제됩니다. 방에 있는 생수와 캡슐 커피 머신은 모두 리조트 요금에 포함되어 있었습니다. 예약 시 9시 이후 체크인은 미리 알려달라는 메일이 왔는데, 제가 보낸 메일에는 답장이 없었지만 밤 12시가 넘어서도 프런트 데스크에 직원이 있었습니다. 아주 만족스러운 숙박이었고, 다음 번 밴쿠버 방문 시에도 여기에 묵을 예정입니다. 추천합니다.

My husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs. The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting. For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

We had king room for a long weekend vacation and got upgraded to the tent. Muyzz was super helpful and friendly in assisting us with checking in and everything. Tubird restaurant was surprisingly good. I highly recommend the bacon and egg croissant.

우리가 도착했을 때 우리는 직원들에게 인사를 받았습니다. 체크인하는 데 몇 분 밖에 걸리지 않았습니다. 방은 훌륭했습니다. 크고 넓은 방. 우리는 킹과 퀸 룸을 가지고 있었고 둘 다 화장실과 욕조가 있습니다. 화재 장소와 산과 호수가 내려다 보이는 발코니가있는 넓은 거실. 주방에는 필요한 모든 것이 있습니다. 더 이상 요청할 수 없었습니다. 호텔은 환상적입니다.

My husband, son, daughter-in-law and I stayed in the Deluxe Family Home while visiting Vancouver. The grounds were beautiful with many flowers in bloom. The home was located on the first floor, making it easy to access from the parking area. The unit was very clean with modern appliances. There was a Keurig coffee machine with K-cup pods provided. This was one of the few rentals in the Vancouver area that had two king beds, a requirement for my family. There were two bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The location was a short drive from the airport, a Walmart and several restaurants and take-out pizza. The only issue we had was during our second night. A family was staying upstairs and we could hear a child running back and forth until well after 10:00pm. I then heard the child crying and finally the noise stopped. Not really a problem, just a little annoying.
