Love this Riad, it is so clean and beautiful inside and the roof top with a nice Panorama view . Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.

The contact person is so nice that helped us arrange city tour and transport to another city. Even though we had to leave at 8, which was not the breakfast timeslot, the house keeper prepared food for us to take away. We had so much fun here.

Service de navette pour et de l’aéroport proposée par l établissement: assez pratique lorsqu’on arrive tard comme nous. Facturé 25€ (250 dirhams)inclus la majoration de 5€ pour service nocturne. Chambre propre et literie confortable Salle de bain très petite, douche sans bac, l eau coule directement sur le sol et l’eau met pas mal de temps à s écouler par le syphon: pas trop pratique si vous êtes pressés et que vous devez prendre votre douche l un après l’autre rapidement . Le support de pommeau de douche cassé, il fallait le tenir à la main Produits d hygiène a ramener, shampooing non fourni ( difficile quand on voyage avec bagage en cabine pour 2-3 jours) Service de petit déjeuner basique, dommage pour certains produits commerciaux ( olives noires et fromage quiri ) Crepe et brioche préparé sur place, elles étaient très bonne Emplacement parfait , juste à côté d un de suq de la vieille médina Pour manger il y a plein de restos sur place mais ils sont relativement chers car on est en zone touristique Ne pas hésiter à aller manger dans la ville nouvelle, on y va avec taxi pour 2€ par trajet (4€ a/r) Attention: l hôtel affirme accepter la carte bancaire mais nous n avons pas pu régler 170dirham(17€) par carte car commission trop importante . Que les montants élevés sont acceptés ( à prendre en compte si vous payez en fin de séjour et que vous avez l’argent compté) Wifi gratuit , terrasse sympa mais dommage ne pas y pouvoir prendre le petit dej Dans l ensemble séjour agréable et rapport qualité prix correcte

Excellent location, right at the medina's doorstep. This allows you to arrive by car and have your luggage dropped at the door, but also to be totally immersed in the medina after a 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Beautiful, comfortable and clean bedrooms and bathrooms (we came back for a second stay, so stayed in two different rooms). Delicious breakfast and the best possible service. Amazing restaurant across the street (Maison Fassi), which quickly became our cantine. Will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Fez!

이비스 호텔에 대해 말하자면, 기차역 근처 지점 두 곳에 묵어본 후 결국 포기했습니다. 부자든 가난하든 다시는 그곳에 묵지 않을 것 같아요. 세수할 물조차 제대로 나오지 않았습니다. 욕실 벽은 엄청나게 어둡고 더러웠어요. 사진은 제가 한밤중에 세수하고 샤워하는 데 쓴 물의 양입니다. 정말 죽을 것 같았어요. 좌우를 둘러봐도 다 이랬습니다. 샤워하는 게 얼마나 힘들었을지 상상이 가시죠? 사막에서는 물조차 귀한 겁니다.

고대 도시에서의 걱정 없는 따뜻한 숙박 경험 이 숙소는 만점을 받을 만합니다! 도착했을 때 고대 도시의 도로가 폐쇄되어 차로 들어갈 수 없었습니다. 주인분께서 먼저 연락을 주셔서 상황을 자세히 설명해 주시고, 교차로에서 기다리시다가 친절하게 걸어서 숙소까지 안내해 주셨습니다. 소통도 신속하고 친절했습니다. 숙소는 기대 이상으로 훌륭했습니다. 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗하고 아름답고 편안한 분위기였습니다. 주인분께서는 저희를 옥상 테라스로 안내해 주셔서 멋진 전망을 보여주시고 사진도 찍어 주시는 등 세심한 배려가 느껴졌습니다. 둘째 날 아침 식사는 정말 최고였습니다. 소박하지만 맛있었고, 특히 주인분께서 직접 구워주신 계란 프라이는 일품이었습니다. 체크아웃 후 있었던 작은 일도 큰 감동을 주었습니다. 실수로 방에 신용카드와 세면도구를 두고 나와서 나중에 다시 찾아가야 했는데, 주인분께서 친절하게 도와주셨습니다. 주인분께서 모든 물건을 미리 깔끔하게 정리하고 안전하게 보관해 주셔서, 저희는 아무 문제 없이 가져갈 수 있었습니다. 이러한 책임감 있는 모습 덕분에 안심하고 묵을 수 있었습니다. 전반적으로 소통도 원활하고 편안하며 안심되는 경험이었습니다. 주인분은 친절하고 도움을 아끼지 않으셨고, 게스트하우스는 모든 면에서 세심한 배려가 느껴지는 깨끗하고 정돈된 공간이었습니다. 강력 추천합니다!

Excellent experience! This place is beautiful, well located, and each room is unique. The staff and owner were incredibly helpful to my friend and I dealing with some bank troubles, they helped organize rides and tours, and both dinners we ate there were amazing. Strongly recommended.

A very beautiful riad in the middle of medina, we are so happy to have stayed here. Mesmerising inner court, authentic-looking room, and a wonderful host Youssef, who is very welcoming and always ready to help. We stayed in the end of December, so it wasn’t exactly warm in the room, and if there was a heater of some sort, that would be just perfect. But then again, it was the 4th riad in a row we stayed at, and it was the warmest of them all even without aircon or heater. With that being said, I’m sure the temperature would feel just perfect during spring, summer or autumn. Thank you again to Youssef and the team, you left us a wonderful memory of Fes❤️

К сожалению, нам не очень понравилось проживание в этом отеле. Мы не первый раз в Фесе, и этот отель однозначно не стоит своих денег. Отель невероятно красивый внутри, но комнаты крошечные, окна выходят не на улицу, а в общий холл, где постоянно находятся гости и хозяева отеля (с раннего утра в холле завтракают и звенят тарелками, а вечером до позднего вечера ужинают). В целом отель выглядит не очень чисто и опрятно, и мы даже спасались от огромного таракана одной ночью. В середине нашего отдыха мы отравились и совсем перестали ходить на завтрак (это был единственный раз за 3 месяца проведенные в Марокко) Также жаль, что в номерах нет чайников и холодильников.

Visually the place is okay, with a roof terrace with a good view of hills and the medina for sunset. The bed was comfortable and the shower was decent, but the room was cold. The owner is a bit of clown, and the breakfast is very poor, with no eggs. My booking was for 2 people, including breakfast for 2 people, but since I am just one person, the least they could do is throw in a couple of fried eggs and some pleasant Moroccan hospitality — but there was none. No English is spoken, so make sure your French is good enough to complain about the poor, glucose-spiking, protein-less peasant’s breakfast.
