It's an excellent location for those landing late at the Reggio di Calabria airport . Check in was very self-explanatory , two codes is what gets you in - one for the front door and one for the room key box. The location is on the main street so very easy to find. Giovanni was very kind in absorbing our tourist tax as we had no change to pay same. The bus stop for the line that gets you into the city centre and the train station is a stone throw from the front door. Nothing was lacking or amiss , the only slight drawback is that for people with reduced mobility, if using a crutch or the like , it's very steep flights of stairs.

Personale gentile, accogliente, molto disponibile. La notte riesci a riposare bene. Solo il letto un po' scomodo, ma molto ampio e spazioso. Sono stato molto bene e ci ritornerei.

호텔은 Lamezia Terme 공항에서 차로 단 5분 거리에 있습니다. 리셉션의 신사 숙녀 여러분은 정말 친절했습니다. 객실은 하룻밤 동안 절대적으로 괜찮습니다.

GGabiGWe were nervous to book here based on the mix reviews. Especially this being the only 3 star hotel we booked throughout our trip however, it had the most comfiest bed out of all our stays in Italy. The only downfall to the excellent location is the parking as it is difficult to find at busy times. However, the payable option is almost always available on the blue line side. Breakfast was okay not a whole ton of options. Everything was clean to standard except for the shower… we wore sandals due to the black mold in the corners of the shower. Not to make excuses, but I find this common in a lot of Italy’s hotels as you need to take into consideration of how old most of these places are. Overall, it was a pretty good stay since most of the time you are out and about exploring.

EEY2022#Great location. Surprisingly close to the train station, literally walk across the street when you arrived. Very clear instruction to get to the room.
# Bus to the airport is in 3 minutes walk from the hotel and cost 2.5 euro per person.
#Quick check in after called. Host is living downstairs so it is quite convenient. Check out time is quite early at 10:00, which is quite early and it is very strictly monitored. Should be considered if you are booking and have a flight in the evening.
#Good breakfast, especially the blue berry cake, but need to get it earlier though. Milk is not perfect but good enough.
#Wifi is good, password is written on the door of the room.

LLatin AustralianThe luxury suite where I stayed exceeded all my expectations.
The views from the big terrace overlooking the Messina Strait and Sicily were Spectaculars!!!
The attention to detail from our host, Francesca, was excellent.
After travelling all around the world and staying in many amazing accommodations, I could resume by saying that my whole experience staying at the luxury suite at Villa Princi was one of a kind and that I will be coming back to experience it again in not time.

리리뷰어The room I rented was very spacious with an ocean view. They offered free espresso every morning and evening. The owners are Italian twins, and they were incredibly considerate and I really appreciated it. I'm very satisfied.
La stanza che ho affittato era molto spaziosa con vista sull'oceano. Offrivano caffè espresso gratuito ogni mattina e sera. I proprietari sono due gemelli italiani e sono stati incredibilmente premurosi, cosa che ho apprezzato molto. Sono molto soddisfatto.

SSSparrowzThe room and entire hotel was super clean and well taken care of. The service from staff was phenomenal, especially from who I believe to be the manager. Breakfast selection was pretty good with a bunch of different baked goodies and cereal. Lastly, the hotel was nicely placed not far from the train station, neither the beach, although to be fair it’s a small town along the coast.

SSansonFabio was very responsive and checked us in quickly around midnight. He kindly placed a birthday cake in the minibar as I requested and was nice to let me in an hour after check out after I forget my Dutch cheese in the room lol! The room is immaculately clean with a mini bar, spacious bathroom, shared kitchen and a lovely terrace! Highly recommend
