The hotel is brand new, with beautifully finished, spacious rooms. The lobby is also tastefully designed, with comfortable sofas that create a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service and management do not yet match the quality of the physical facilities. The health club is unmanned, with the spa and sauna seemingly left to their own devices. Guests have to ask the receptionist to call a staff member to provide towels and turn on the facilities. There is also no bench or seating area where guests can relax after using the sauna. The rooftop restaurant is ideally located and nicely maintained, offering a setting that could be excellent for both breakfast and dining. Sadly, however, the quality of the food was disappointing. There was also an issue at checkout. Although I had already paid for my entire stay through Trip.com, the receptionist asked me to pay again. Fortunately, the matter was resolved satisfactorily after a phone call with a more senior member of staff. Overall, this could be an excellent hotel. The building, rooms, lobby and facilities have considerable potential, but the hotel needs much more professional and attentive management to bring the overall experience up to the standard its impressive physical facilities deserve.

다이아몬드 호텔에서의 숙박은 정말 환상적이었습니다! 호텔 위치가 훌륭해서 비즈니스 여행객에게 매우 편리했습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 깔끔했으며 따뜻한 분위기로 꾸며져 있었고, 침대도 편안해서 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 따뜻하며 전문적이었고, 우리의 모든 요구를 충족시켜 주었습니다. 특히 매주 금요일에 제공되는 훠궈를 포함한 호텔의 중국 및 이라크 현지 뷔페가 마음에 들었습니다. 직원분이 근처에 중국 슈퍼마켓이 있다고 알려주셔서 더욱 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 가격도 합리적이었고, 가성비가 최고였습니다. 정말 즐거운 숙박이었습니다! 다음에 꼭 다시 방문할 것이고, 친구들에게도 적극 추천할 것입니다!

服務一般，房間沒有水壼，我向服務人員借，他不同意，衹能在大堂裏燒開水，然後再端到二樓房間，很不方便，建議每個房間配備一個水壼，也不是很貴，應該以方便客人為中心

The palm residence is respectfull, honest and get what you expect. Comfortable,clean, good size apartment.
