Best hotel stay in Trichy👌 Staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially chefs Ajith and Alagu, Rangasri and housekeeping staff, Ramu! The location is out of busy and noisy city, which is perfect. They even wished us in a nicer way uwith this cake💕

Their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. The room itself was immaculate. It was evident that great care was taken to ensure everything was spotless, from the crisp linens to the gleaming surfaces. The bathroom was equally impressive – modern, well-maintained, and sparkling clean. Hygiene standards throughout the hotel were clearly a top priority. I felt completely comfortable and reassured by the level of cleanliness in all areas, which is so important. Overall, my experience was exceptional. Good hotel for families. Breakfast buffet was good

No welcome during check in. No one was available to take out bags from cab. Person in reception was not aware about city. Wrong billing by restaurant and serving is not as per menu.

Overall the experience was ok we had booked a standard double room for three people but upon reaching the hotel instead of bed a folding was provided we requested for a 3 bedded room change but excuse was made the request was denied water is not free very big problem here no terrace or no balcony for drying your clothes. Also the laundry service is also very costly no chair and table in standard double room breakfast was ok but with same repetitive items north indian dinner was very bad except for few dishes like china masala, butter naan and steam rice, spring roll bathroom was clean and tidy

Hotel Ashoka hospitality is very Good and also facilities were very Good but food cost is more than expected cost and also timing of food need to be extended

Excellent location with a room that have direct view of Vivekanand Rocks add Thiruvalluvar statue. Good service. They provided toiletry. Hot kettle with tea, coffee was provided. One litre water bottle was provided. Though they don't have an in-house restaurant, a very good restaurant is just opposite the hotel owned by a group company. Overall happy. The only negative is a lot of waste of space inside the room due to the pillar and partition.

During my family. visit to Palani murugan temple. I have stayed Ganapat grand. good hotel, room, bathroom, etc. are very clean. location excellent.
