2 of us booked in but only one set of towels, bottled water was provided. The breakfast was good. Within walking distance from pondy bazaar

The experience felt confining, as there was limited privacy with no option to open the windows. Additionally, the bed linens and towels were visibly stained and appeared worn out, prompting the need to purchase new ones for personal use.

I felt that the rooms are of a 3 star. My stay was ok. Will I Stay at at this hotel again. Probably not. I was not impressed with reception staff Insisting i give them a high rating.

Things that I liked and enjoyed during my stay: 1. Nice compact room with Hot water and Air Conditioner. 2. Room floor was nice with Laminate while bathroom floor also was nice. 3. Internet connectivity was excellent. No drop in the internet connectivity. 4. Security and monitoring of the shared areas was excellent. 5. Breakfast was included in my rent and was excellent. Opportunities to improve: I am from USA living over for 25 years and visited so ***y countries and hotels in multiple continents but my roots are from India. Here are some of my suggestions: 1. Housekeeping - At the reception they asked me to tell them whenever I need room cleaning. I expected this to come from them without asking once a day and more if needed in unusual circumstances. 2. The coffee mugs/cups were not cleaned by the staff every day. Coffee, Creamer, Sugar and Tea powder were not refilled every day. 3. I noticed the towel was torn out at multiple places one day. That was not good. 4. The body language and the behavior of some their staff (outside those serving the reception) looked like they were expecting money as tip when I talk with them. I felt awkward while observing their body language.

The rooms are clean and the hotel is well maintained. The bathroom is a decent size and the hotel ***ager and front staff accomodated our request for an extra bed as required. They also provided key local information as the main reason for our stay was for shopping at T Nagar. The main shopping areas are a very short distance auto-rickshaw ride or a 15 min walk. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of places to eat and shop, which is extremely convenient. One more thing to note is that it's not in the buzzling centre of the shopping road so you will still get some peace and quiet when going to sleep or relaxing. Overall, a great location and great hotel alike.

Toilets corners are very dirty washing should be properly done stains are not removed something are not done as promised can be improved some staffs not approachable everything don’t know may be new we are not sure
