우리는 거기에서 좋은 시간을 보냈습니다. 깨끗하고 서비스는 괜찮았고 Sainsbury's는 호텔 맞은편에 있습니다.

호텔은 Air China가 위치한 터미널에 있으며 도보로 이동할 수 있는 거리에 있습니다. 터미널의 엘리베이터 표지판에도 호텔 이름이 표시되어 있어 매우 편리합니다!
시내로 가는 열차는 다른 터미널에 정차하며, 두 터미널 사이를 직행하는 내부 셔틀열차가 있어 대중교통이 특히 편리합니다.
호텔 방은 런던 시내 호텔보다 훨씬 크고, 아침 식사도 보통 수준입니다. (영국 아시죠?)

나는 밤에 숙박을 위해 들어왔다. 나는 £4.5의 비용이 드는 호텔 버스를 타기 위해 프리미엄 여관으로 걸어갔습니다. 체크인 과정은 원활하고 쉬웠으며, 프론트 데스크에는 항상 누군가가 있었습니다. 객실 자체는 TV, 주전자, 차, 히터를 갖춘 꽤 넓습니다. 3in1 샴푸 바디워시와 샤워용 핸드워시가 준비되어 있습니다.
수건은 괜찮았지만 얼룩이 있었습니다.
아침 식사는 빵과 시리얼 등 다양한 선택이 가능한 전형적인 영국식 조식 뷔페 스타일입니다. 카페 바는 편안하고 좌석이 많습니다. 음식은 표준이지만 상당수의 접시가 제대로 청소되지 않았습니다.
전반적으로 숙박해도 괜찮다고 말하고 싶습니다.

The perfect airport hotel. About three minutes drive from Gatwick. Clean, convenient, comfy bed. Was fine about my very late check in. Friendly service on check out and there’s a bus stop directly across the road for the Gatwick or Horley bus. All this for a great price. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

나는 처음으로 비행 수업을 듣고 있던 공항과 가까웠기 때문에 Egham의 Travelodge에 머물렀습니다. 호텔은 이상적인 위치에 매우 편안했습니다. 리셉션의 Ayshe는 매우 환영하고 친절했습니다. 이 호텔을 적극 추천합니다.

The property is very conveniently located near Gatwick Airport, making it an excellent choice for red-eye arrivals or early morning departures. The room itself is spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment to rest before or after a flight.
On the downside, the room was quite cold, and there didn’t seem to be an obvious way to adjust the temperature, which affected overall comfort.

Very well located close to shops, restaraunts, grocery stores etc, Lovely area at back to overlook the river and enjoy some food and drink. Rooms are a good size and very clean. Parking does cost but is very good and very central to everything

Booked 4 rooms over two night so business directors, told I could only have best western pounds for the room I stayed in regardless of booking and paying for them all, staff can only so no or I can’t, this filters down from the manager so be prepared for terrible service and frankly tired and grubby interiors

BBrad mannI stayed in room 3 on the ground floor and I thought the experience as a whole was alright, gets the job done if that’s all you need.
There were some things I thought were a bit strange however.
The shower was the main thing, it was stuck on full power which was crazy fast. It also didn’t stay in place because it was so powerful and kept turning into the wall. When I had pointed it facing out, it would point to the window (which was in the shower) and begin to fill up the window sill. Additionally, the sliding door had broken and it was replaced with a flimsy shower curtain which Barry managed to cover the gap.
The room was a little dark but other than that was fine. The bed was fine too.
Dinner is room service or you can have it in the bar area if you’d like. There isn’t a restaurant however and the bar area isn’t incredibly suitable for a meal with a family, fine on my own though. The menu consisted of pub food and each item was between £11-15 for the majority. There is a pizza and alcohol deal for £15 which is what I had, which was fine.
Breakfast was £11.75 I think and was a buffet in one of the service rooms and was pretty good.
Overall I think my experience was pretty poor but the room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and polite

PPenguinLady호텔이 조금 낡고 낡아서 처음 도착했을 때 조금 떨렸습니다. 그러나 내 방은 매우 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 모든 일반적인 편의 시설. 아침 식사가 가능했지만 먹지 않았습니다. 내가 말할 유일한 것은 방이 매우 가깝고 문이 꽤 시끄럽다는 것입니다. 시끄러운 이웃이 없어서 운이 좋았지 만 사람들이 많이 오가는 경우 매우 짜증날 것이라고 상상할 것입니다.

리리뷰어This location was perfect for us for a nearby visit. The pub was very popular (almost full) and had a great atmosphere. The car park was very busy with patrons cars. Fortunately we could find a spot but it would be useful if, somehow, Hotel stayers were reserved a space. This could be requested by the hotel upon booking confirmation. Sadly, we did not have time to enjoy the food or drink in the bar before meeting friends. When shown to our room and while carrying over night bags up the stairs, it would have been extra helpful if our door had been opened for us by the staff member to walk straight in before setting those bags down. Small detail to go from 9.5 to a 10/10! After check in we left our room quite soon after to meet friends and only returned after midnight to sleep before next day check out. As a result, we could not really enjoy any service or facilities but the room was fine with an ensuite bathroom. Adequate for our needs. We have stayed before and would stay again should we need to be in the area. Thank you Star Inn

PPenguinLady모든 일반적인 시설을 갖춘 깨끗하고 편안한 객실입니다. 사랑스러운 스파와 수영장 - 내가 사용하지 않은 체육관도 있습니다. 체크인할 때 누군가를 잠시만 보았기 때문에 서비스에 대해 실제로 언급할 수는 없지만 그녀는 매우 즐거웠습니다. 식당이지만 거기에서 먹지 않았습니다. 다음날 런던으로 여행하기에 좋은 위치.
사소한 문제: 목욕 수건이 약간 작고 얇습니다(그리고 나는 큰 여성이 아닙니다!)

AAshok DilipWe stayed at Orchid Epsom for 10 days and had a truly comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel is very well located with good accessibility to both local transport and nearby attractions, making it easy for us to get around during our trip.
The property is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained — perfect for families looking for a calm place to return to after a busy day in London.
What really stood out was the wonderful staff who made our stay memorable. A big thank you to Akhil, Nikhil, Abhishek, Hava, Safa, Ali, Darshini, and Laura — each of them went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and taken care of. Their friendly attitude, helpful suggestions, and warm hospitality made us feel at home.
Overall, Orchid Epsom is a great choice for anyone visiting the area — a peaceful stay with exceptional staff and great service. Highly recommended, and we’d happily stay here again.
