This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel, although it is the first time that we used Trip to make the booking. This is a very nice hotel with friendly staff and a good range of food and drink available. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and a good night sleep was had. If I had to make a negative point it would be that we were required to pay an additional fee for parking and that hasn’t been the case before. I didn’t notice anything about parking charges when I made the booking although it may have been there. As a hotel guest that I would expect overnight parking to be complementary however this will not impact whether or not we stay at the hotel again. Thank you to the friendly staff and compliments to the Cleaning staff for presenting us with a nice room.

사랑스러운 호텔 ... 경내가 내려다 보이는 멋진 객실 ... 매우 친절하고 도움이됩니다. 멋진 음식과 함께 멋진 ****** 미스터리 주말을 보냈습니다.유일한 단점은 아침 식사를 위해 내려 왔을 때였습니다 ... 3 더러운 테이블 .. 아무도 ... 테이블이 청소되고 닦을 때까지 기다려야했습니다! ! ! 빨리 놓을 수있는 다른 테이블이 많았음에도 불구하고.. 뜨거운 물 주전자가 비어 있습니다. 우유가 비어 있습니다 !! 크지 않다.

Love the hotel and its location, perfect for my trip. Amenities need a little tlc

This location was perfect for us for a nearby visit. The pub was very popular (almost full) and had a great atmosphere. The car park was very busy with patrons cars. Fortunately we could find a spot but it would be useful if, somehow, Hotel stayers were reserved a space. This could be requested by the hotel upon booking confirmation. Sadly, we did not have time to enjoy the food or drink in the bar before meeting friends. When shown to our room and while carrying over night bags up the stairs, it would have been extra helpful if our door had been opened for us by the staff member to walk straight in before setting those bags down. Small detail to go from 9.5 to a 10/10! After check in we left our room quite soon after to meet friends and only returned after midnight to sleep before next day check out. As a result, we could not really enjoy any service or facilities but the room was fine with an ensuite bathroom. Adequate for our needs. We have stayed before and would stay again should we need to be in the area. Thank you Star Inn

또 다른 사랑스러운 숙박. 저녁 식사는 매우 좋았습니다. 아침 식사는 평균이었습니다. 스파 시설이 좋습니다. 두 온수 욕조 모두 가능한 한 깨끗하지 않았지만 좋은 추가 기능인 추가 온수 욕조를 추가했습니다. 우리는 매우 일찍 스파에 갔고 온수 욕조의 쓰레기 자국의 양에 약간 실망했습니다. 우리는 그것이 첫 번째 사람들이 그것을 사용하기 전에 닦았어야한다고 느꼈습니다. 그 외에는 우리는 멋진 숙박을했습니다.

We stayed at Orchid Epsom for 10 days and had a truly comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel is very well located with good accessibility to both local transport and nearby attractions, making it easy for us to get around during our trip. The property is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained — perfect for families looking for a calm place to return to after a busy day in London. What really stood out was the wonderful staff who made our stay memorable. A big thank you to Akhil, Nikhil, Abhishek, Hava, Safa, Ali, Darshini, and Laura — each of them went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and taken care of. Their friendly attitude, helpful suggestions, and warm hospitality made us feel at home. Overall, Orchid Epsom is a great choice for anyone visiting the area — a peaceful stay with exceptional staff and great service. Highly recommended, and we’d happily stay here again.

I was really delighted to be staying at this hotel as I was able to take my little doggies with me. There was a fan in the room and we were on the ground floor which was great. The grounds round the hotel are good for taking the dogs out first thing and last thing at night. I took them out with me in the daytime, as I have air conditioning in the car. We could then have car picnics. I was happy that I could have had breakfast if I had chosen to. I had my own snacks with me though, so I could stay with my dogs. The hotel staff were really nice as I ran out of tea at once stage. I was staying for a number of days and extended my stay by one day so I could do some coursework. It allowed me to explore the local area and look for a flat, as I am moving to Surrey in a month. Thank you.

숙박은 매우 편안했지만, 시설은 홀리데이 인만큼 좋지는 않았습니다. 객실은 매우 깔끔하고 깨끗했습니다. 직원들의 친절함은 매우 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 매우 만족스러운 숙박이었고, 특히 엡섬 경마장 주변이 매우 아름다웠습니다. 다만, 번화한 시설들이 호텔과 그리 가깝지 않다는 점이 아쉬웠습니다.

나는 밤에 숙박을 위해 들어왔다. 나는 £4.5의 비용이 드는 호텔 버스를 타기 위해 프리미엄 여관으로 걸어갔습니다. 체크인 과정은 원활하고 쉬웠으며, 프론트 데스크에는 항상 누군가가 있었습니다. 객실 자체는 TV, 주전자, 차, 히터를 갖춘 꽤 넓습니다. 3in1 샴푸 바디워시와 샤워용 핸드워시가 준비되어 있습니다. 수건은 괜찮았지만 얼룩이 있었습니다. 아침 식사는 빵과 시리얼 등 다양한 선택이 가능한 전형적인 영국식 조식 뷔페 스타일입니다. 카페 바는 편안하고 좌석이 많습니다. 음식은 표준이지만 상당수의 접시가 제대로 청소되지 않았습니다. 전반적으로 숙박해도 괜찮다고 말하고 싶습니다.
