영국 노스요크셔 소재 3성급 호텔

Location is fine but the mattress is bad and the AC gos down during our stay. The front desk are not that much comparative. 

Very pleasant staff on check in. Parking free and could spill into Toby Carvery car park next door with no fear of being stung for parking charges. Room had everything we needed and was accessible - hairdryer attached to mirror. Places to hang towels on walls. Plenty of hanging space. Spacious shower and Dove toiletries. Comfy beds. Excellent breakfast. Staff were brilliant. Dealt with spillages efficiently and with a smile and tables were cleared promptly. Only negative was decor was perhaps a little tired. Perhaps a key card entry to access bedrooms although reception was 24 hour. Would recommend 👍

호텔은 매우 좋은 위치에 있으며 기차역 및 다양한 관광 명소와 매우 가깝습니다. 호텔 내부 레이아웃이 합리적이며 아침 식사도 제공됩니다. 종류는 많지 않지만 맛은 좋습니다. 호텔 직원은 매우 책임감 있고 친절합니다. 신용 카드를 보관해 주었고, 청구할 때 카드를 주기 전에 상황을 자세히 물어봤습니다. 아주 좋았어 👍

훌륭한 위치, 베티스 티 룸(Betty's Tea Rooms) 및 요크 민스터(York Minster)까지 도보 거리. 패밀리룸은 크지 않고, 작은 침대도 준비되어 있지 않아 임시로 이불을 깔고 지내야 합니다. 영국 숙소는 기본적으로 이 정도 수준입니다. 호텔 옷걸이가 흰색 티셔츠로 변색되어 있어서 호텔측에 직접적으로 부인했는데 좀 불편하더군요. 아침식사는 큰 식당에서 했고, 중국인들도 많이 보았는데, 영국식 아침식사도 종류도 많고 맛도 괜찮았습니다. 주차가 상대적으로 번거롭습니다. 호텔에서 추천하는 주차장은 온라인으로 주문하고 할인코드를 입력해야 합니다. 차로 5분 정도, 걸어서 10분 정도 걸리며, 늦게 예약할 경우 할인이 20파운드 정도 됩니다. 주차공간이 없을 위험이 있습니다. 다른 주차장은 직접 찾아야 하며, 일부 주차장은 더 비쌉니다. 호텔을 나와서 오른쪽으로 가면 주차장이 있는데 가격도 저렴하고 나중에 결제도 되지만 위치는 찾기 힘듭니다.

I stayed here for two nights to attend a conference during May, It was a convenient 10 minutes walk to the Harrogate Convention Centre. The room was uncomfortably hot and stuffy during the hot weather but a stand-up fan was provided to enable us to sleep. English breakfast with few pastries and fruits was OK.

Nice reception area, nice lady working on the check in desk. Room was large, airy, good bed and slept well. Yes it's not perfect and brand new but everything clean and tidy and fresh

My family and I visited York during the Easter holidays. We stayed the hotels for 3 nights and so far we were satisfied with the accommodation. The family room is quite spacious for the four of us, clean and tidy. The location is excellent and close to the river. Friendly staff as well. The only thing to be disappointing is that the two single beds are rather small for teenagers ／young adults. Hope you find the information helpful.

객실은 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 면적은 30제곱미터 이상이며 매우 편안하며 주차는 무료이며 아래층 스테이크 레스토랑은 맛있고 비싸지 않으며 호텔 옆에 슈퍼마켓 + 주유소, 우유, 신선한 과일 등이 있습니다. 여름에 가장 더운 날에는 살지 마세요. 에어컨이 없습니다. 겨울에는 문제가 없습니다. 전기 히터가 있습니다.

Room was bigger than the usual and was very clean. Staff were good and helpful when necessary. Had one eveninv meal (burger and chips) which could have been better but breakfast was of a good quality. I would definitely stay here again. Price was good to

The staff were so very nice, nothing was too much trouble, we arrived with two small dogs and they were treated like royalty, Kim and Maria behind reception and also Maria who served us in the buffet were so nice and even though Maria was off duty (from the buffet in the morning)that evening she helped Kim out when I had a problem with the tv, and they sorted a new one out straight away.   We fully intend to use the hotel again next time we are traveling that way. The hotel have exceptional great staff
