영국 도싯 소재 3성급 호텔

위치는 훌륭합니다. 해변에서 도보로 10 분, 보스 콤베 또는 본머스 (Bournemouth)까지 10 분 버스를 타기 위해 도보로 5 분 거리입니다 (30 분마다만 가지만 항상 늦고 6.30pm으로 달리는 것을 중단하는 것 같습니다. 신중하게 계획하거나 스트레스를 피하십시오. 대신 택시를 타십시오 - Boscombe까지 £ 6).  호텔은 깨끗하고 깔끔하지만 만난 리셉션 직원은 음침하고 도와주지 않았고 우리가 가진 침대는 끔찍했습니다 (매년 봄 느낌이 들었습니다. 잠을 잘 수 있도록 두 개의 이불로 패딩했습니다. 다행히 너무 더워서 필요하지 않았습니다.) 그리고 불행히도 창문이 깨져서 창문 바로 아래에 있는 호텔에 들어오고 나가는 사람들의 소음을 닫을 수 없었습니다. 그러나 창문을 수리하기 위해 보낸 남자는 매우 정중하고 도움이되었고 잠을 자려고하는 자폐증 아들 주위에 정말 조용하고 부드럽게 말하라는 나의 요청을 존중했습니다. 그리고 그는 창문을 고쳤다.  운 좋게 우리는 하룻밤만 머물렀기 때문에 고통스러운 침대에도 불구하고 나는 또 다른 저렴하고 짧은 체류를 위해 돌아올 것입니다.

Entry from the car park to level -2 with stairs or lift access to Reception at level 0; (Additional access direct to street via a few steps at level 0 too); Check in was very quick with a short form to sign / append car registration if using the hotel's car park; Unfortunately 1 lift was out of order for the duration of our stay but there were very few times we noted the other lift was already in use; From here we had to traverse the complete length of the hotel to our room at the other end with stairs up and down, to find our room with window looking out over the laundry delivery area but some views of the sky still possible; By the admission of the staff, the hotel is (over)due a refurbishment and the whole place looks tired and worn, although noted to be clean; However shower cubicle in the room was plenty big enough, and the light-up mirror over the sink was good. The mixer tap on the hand basin appears to be plumbed L/R opposite to the markings on the tap; Plenty of plug sockets in the room, some with USB sockets. A big plus was the breakfast which was plentiful and efficiently overseen and served; Choices included standard cooked, cereals, fruit, etc with juices and hot beverages; No dinner was served but the hotel is is close proximity to several other venues within a 10-15min walk into the town centre; Also very close by is the BIC and the Pier / Seafront is less than 10 min walk; The Pool / Gym / Sauna is not very large but adequate and while the Hot Tub was warm with very vigorous jets, the Sauna was quite cool at the time of visiting. All in all, a nice enough place for a couple of nights, quiet and relaxing, with attentive staff.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. Very friendly polite staff. Room was clean beds comfortable. Tea and coffee in room. Breakfast was good lots of options. Spa facilities good with a nice pool.

Double sea view room with balcony. Spacious bedroom with nice seating area. Clean and in good decorative order. Comfy bed, quality linen. Wonderful, original metal-framed window and French door opening out onto huge balcony. Unfortunately, the sea view tuned out to be when looking left from the end of the balcony and not from the actual bedroom. Kettle needed descaling. Bathroom well appointed, nice towels and quality Elemis toiletries, but would benefit from a really thorough deep clean and a lick of paint. Absolutely fabulous public rooms, not ‘dated’, as some reviews suggest, but furniture and fixtures appropriately in keeping with the style and period of the building. Wonderful! Beautiful outdoor pool area and indoor spa. Lots of outdoor seating areas. Extensive woodland to the rear of the hotel. Just a few minutes walk to Knoll Beach, through the hotel’s extensive grounds (which includes tennis courts and a golf course) just over the road. Absolutely no information provided about any of these brilliant amenities, or indeed anything at all, in our bedroom. Also, no information about Wi-Fi, no information about breakfast times, no information about how to even contact Reception on the telephone provided in the room … The food at the evening meal was exceptional but was let down by the very slow service as staff focused on setting tables for the following day’s breakfast - which turned out to be so disappointing that it was hard to believe that both meals had originated from the same kitchen.

The location of the hotel is excellent.A short walk away from both Bournemouth beach and Boscombe beach. The staff were also very helpful. However the hotel definitely needs an upgrade. Chipped cupboards, creaky bathroom shower doors. Also the towels provided weren't clean. In the heatwave they gave us fans, which hardly gave any cooling, unless you are seated 20cm from the fan. When we asked for another fan, they asked us to pick it up ourselves from the reception. Food order was only till 8pm, that to none on bank holiday Monday and information wasn't really provided beforehand. Breakfast was ok. The view from our rooms was excellent but that's about it.

나는 이곳에서 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈고 내 방이 더 마음에 들었습니다. 특정 연예인과 함께 방을 꾸미기 위해 함께 노력해주신 운영진에게 정말 감사드리며, 어린 시절 그 연예인들을 지켜보았던 달콤한 추억이 떠오릅니다. 거의 겨울이 다가오고 있어서 방도 매우 따뜻했고, 샤워실도 매우 뜨거워서 목욕할 때마다 즐거웠습니다. 이곳은 앞으로 본머스에서 제가 자주 이용하는 호텔이 될 것입니다. 여기 있는 동안 이미 다시 예약했는데 무엇보다도 침대 옆에 성경이 놓여 있었습니다. 영국 호텔에서 처음 본 것이었습니다. 초대해 주셔서 감사합니다.. 언급하지 않았습니다. 가격도 매우 저렴하고...

Needs some improvement in cleanliness. The hot water jug wasn't clean. I haven't complained as I have not used it. All restaurants, bars and bus stands are within 10-20 mins walking distance. The location is quiet, but enjoyable. Recommend for staying with family.

서비스는 비정상적입니다. 가방 보관을 위해 4파운드를 지불해야 한다는 사실에 놀랐습니다. 가방 보관 비용을 지불해야 했던 것은 내 생애 처음이었습니다. 아침에는 바가 열리지 않았고 이 호텔에서 식사를 해본 경험이 없습니다. 방은 깨끗했고 리셉션은 괜찮았으며 복도는 특별히 잘 관리되지 않았습니다. 방에는 필요한 모든 것이 있습니다. 창밖의 풍경은 쾌적하지 않았지만 하룻밤은 괜찮았고 조용했습니다. 작은 수영장이 있고 모든 것이 깨끗합니다. 도시의 번잡함에서 벗어나 바다 주변과 바다 근처에 소나무가 많아서 위치가 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 이상적이지는 않지만 꽤 수용 가능합니다. 직원들이 모든 문제를 해결하는 데 도움을 주었습니다.

The hotel is really nice and located not far away from the beach and town centre.
