호텔은 매우 깨끗했습니다. 객실은 넓고 밝았습니다. 뷔페는 국제식 메뉴가 다양하게 준비되어 있어 단 음식을 좋아하는 사람이나 짭짤한 간식을 좋아하는 사람 모두의 입맛을 만족시킬 수 있었습니다. 호텔 위치는 시내에서 다소 외진 곳에 있지만, 덕분에 매우 조용하고 편안하게 잠을 잘 수 있었습니다.

Nice comfortable place for a short stay. I like their coffee and croissants in the morning, though breakfast spread not amazing but quality is there. Ample parking space and quiet surroundings. The room walls may not have sufficient sound proofing though as I keep hearing noises from outside and the neighbors.

직원들은 친절하고 프랑스어를 아주 잘하지만, 두 가지 큰 단점이 있습니다. 장애인 편의 시설이 갖춰진 객실이 엘리베이터로 바로 연결되는 복도에 위치해 있고, 더 중요한 것은 아이들을 동반한 다른 투숙객들이 그 객실에 드나들 수 있다는 점입니다. 게다가 아이들은 다른 투숙객들을 전혀 배려하지 않습니다. 아래층(개방된 공간)에서 근무하는 야간 근무 직원들은 아이들이 뛰어다니고 소리치는 소리를 다 듣고도 밤 11시 30분까지 아무 말도 하지 않습니다. 식당이라고 광고하는 곳은 제대로 된 레스토랑이라기보다는 스낵바에 가깝습니다. 가격은 너무 비싸지만, 편리한 선택지라는 점을 감안하면 어쩔 수 없겠죠. 객실은 넓고 깨끗하며, 프런트와 식당 직원들은 매우 친절해서 정말 다행입니다.

저는 6월에 비토리아-가스테이스에 있는 B&B 호텔에 묵었는데, 짧은 숙박으로는 전반적으로 괜찮았습니다. 호텔 위치도 좋고 깨끗했으며 조식도 만족스러웠습니다. 하지만 숙박에 큰 영향을 준 것은 에어컨이었습니다. 객실과 복도 모두 작동하지 않았고(로비와 리셉션에서는 작동했습니다), 객실은 매우 더웠습니다. 프런트에서는 일시적인 기술적 문제라고 했지만, 다른 투숙객들의 후기를 보니 겨울철 난방 문제로 비슷한 불편을 겪은 사람들이 많았습니다. 이는 저만의 문제가 아니라 고질적인 문제인 것 같습니다. 특히 따뜻한 계절에 에어컨이 숙박 요금에 포함되어 있다면 쾌적한 실내 온도는 매우 중요한 요소인데, 이 문제 때문에 기대했던 것보다 훨씬 불편했습니다. 이 문제가 해결된다면 짧은 출장 여행지로 추천할 만한 호텔이 될 것입니다.

A True Gem That Feels Like a 4-Star Hotel! My stay at the Sercotel Arenal Bilbao was flawless. The hotel is absolutely spotless, with lovely decor and beautiful views from the room. The entire hotel, from the elegant lobby to my room, was spotless. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes immense pride in their work, ensuring a pristine and hygienic environment that immediately made me feel at ease. The reception staff provided excellent, warm service. The breakfast was perfect—not too big, not too small, but just the right selection for an amazing start to the day. The management is clearly doing a fantastic job. With this level of quality and attention to detail, this hotel truly operates like a four-star property. I can't wait to return.

Ubicación en el casco histórico, si vas un fin de semana estará lleno de jóvenes por qué es la calle de los bares

The location is great and the room is clean. But there are two big problems: 1. You can hear everything from the other room all the time 2. The wifi is really slow, when I asked for help they told me “it may be because of the weather and we have the same issue with our computer” If you want to work don't book this place...

獨立、封閉的庭院，停車方便，安全。出門左轉200米就是超市，方便自駕補給。酒店餐廳性價比不錯，烤小羊排可以試試。雖然位於巴斯克地區（當地甚至不説西班牙語），但前台服務員仍用有限的英語為我們第二天的行程提供導覽和各種幫助，大大的贊一個。
