Welcome to your luxurious Yukon getaway. This stunning end unit townhome is the perfect retreat for your group of family or friends. Walking into the main floor you'll find the large open concept kitchen/dining and living area. The kitchen has everything you will need and you can dine on the large kitchen bar or the beautiful live edge wood dining table. Relax and recharge on the oversized sectional couch while watching any of the streaming services on the 65" TV. Also on the main floor is a full bathroom with shower/tub and the 4th bdrm/office. Coming for work and need a designated workspace? Enjoy the office space with desk area and complimentary wifi. Have a larger group and need another bedroom for 2 more guests? The room has a comfortable queen sized futon and can be easily used as a 4th bedroom with closet. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms including the primary bedroom with king sized bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and door to the attached upper deck overlooking the backyard with mountain views to the side. The 2nd bedroom contains another king sized bed, and the 3rd bedroom boasts a queen. All beds have cozy down bedding with comfortable cotton sheets and custom blackout blinds for that never-ending Yukon summer sun. There is also a 3rd full bathroom and a laundry area with washer and dryer on the 2nd floor. Walking outside you'll find the huge backyard with designated fire pit and outdoor dining option.
