⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional hotel, exceptional people A heartfelt thank you to Hotel Azura and its entire team. I’m not going to talk only about how comfortable the hotel was, how welcoming the atmosphere felt, or how incredibly helpful and attentive the staff were — especially with all the little things that make traveling with a baby so much easier. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care made our stay feel truly special. But what I really want to highlight is something that goes far beyond comfort and hospitality: the exceptional professionalism, honesty, and integrity of the people working here. During our stay, I unfortunately left my wallet at a restaurant. It contained all my important belongings, as well as a valuable gold necklace. Naturally, I was extremely worried. The hotel manager immediately took action and contacted the restaurant. And what happened next was simply incredible: within just five minutes, the restaurant owner personally came to our hotel to return everything I had forgotten. Everything was there. Nothing was missing. I have traveled to many places and stayed in many hotels, but I have honestly never experienced this level of honesty, responsibility, and genuine care. It is moments like this that truly reveal the character of a hotel and its people. Hotel Azura is not simply a comfortable place to stay — it is a place where you feel safe, respected, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. A very special thank you to the manager and the entire team for going above and beyond, for making our stay so comfortable with our baby, and for showing such incredible kindness and integrity. This is the kind of hospitality you remember. Iwould wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Azura to anyone looking for a place where exceptional service comes from the heart. 우리가 도착했을 때 AC와 냉장고가 꺼져 있었기 때문에 처음에는 방이 약간 더워서 제대로 작동하는 데 시간이 걸렸습니다. 수영장은 재미있었지만 야외수영장이라 그렇게 깨끗하지 않고 적당한 수준이었습니다. 일부 조명이 켜지지 않았습니다. 화장실은 매우 깨끗하지 않습니다. 냄새가납니다. 샤워에는 때때로 뜨거운 물이 나오지 않고 때로는 더 나빠지고 물이 전혀 없습니다. 그러나 그것의 한 가지 좋은 점은 화장실과 샤워 시설이 분리되어 있다는 것입니다. 동시에 다른 지역을 사용할 수 있기 때문에 5인 그룹으로 여행할 때 특히 유용합니다. 전망이 아름답습니다 - 바다 전망 좋은 위치, 많은 해변과 레스토랑.

The Blue Wave is in a great location, just cross the road and you’re at the beach! Plenty of sun loungers to enjoy your day at the beach. Just a little further up are a couple of beach bars which serve great cocktails and you chill out on the bean bags to watch the sunset and warm yourself at the fire pits. An easy 10-15 minute walk and you are by a great selection of restaurants and shops. The hotel is spotless, thoroughly cleaned everyday. Staff are friendly. Pool is lovely. Room is a good size - the only thing missing is a kettle (I would have loved to be able to make myself a coffee in the morning)

The place was good enough for the money, 15 minutes walk from the Sarandë center / bus stop, which is big disadvantage if you want to take a taxi they would charge you a lot. But it’s calm and not far from a rocky beach. The amenities are clean and good. Balcony was nice specially morning view of the sea. Considering it’s blocked by trees and buildings. The area is quiet and you can sleep nicely. The bed in the bedroom is comfy however not ventilated so you would need to turn the AC a bit earlier to keep the apartment cool. PS no washing machine and the owner would charge you for each wash.

I had a really pleasant stay in this lovely room. It was clean, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming feel that made it easy to relax. They served good breakfast too. The location was great, and the overall atmosphere was exactly what I was hoping for. The only downside was that there was no Wi-Fi in the room, which was a bit disappointing—TV needs wifi or internet to work too. I managed, but it would definitely improve the experience if Wi-Fi were available directly in the room. Overall, a charming place to stay, and I’d happily return once the Wi-Fi issue is sorted!

A very good and fresh hotel with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and a convenient location — just 5-10 minutes walk to the beaches. Cafes and shops are nearby, but there are no noisy streets around. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room cleaning is excellent, and the towels are good quality. There is also a small hygiene set in the bathroom (gel, shampoo, and soap), everything is clean and tidy. If you are lucky with the neighbors and they follow the basic rules of community living, the stay can be just perfect. Another big plus — the hotel has its own parking.

The hotel location was excellent and convenient, and the cleanliness was good overall. However, the service experience was disappointing. There was no drinking water provided in the room, which was inconvenient for guests. Breakfast was included, but there were very limited vegetarian options available, so it may not be the best choice for vegetarian travellers. The amenities were average, but the hospitality and service could definitely be improved.

우리는 Onorato Hotel에서 편안한 숙박을했습니다. 호텔 맞은편에 공공 버스가 정차하여 버스 정류장에서 출퇴근이 용이했습니다. 방은 크고 창밖에 세탁줄이 있었다. 샤워기가 좀 빡빡하고 침대 매트리스에 확실히 담그고 있어서 조금 불편했습니다. 아침 식사는 조금 지루하면 적절했습니다. 호텔은 해변, 바, 레스토랑과 가깝습니다.

Nice location, a few minutes walk to promenade (there is a short cut just past the parking lot on the left, little concrete path. Take it down two streets right to the end ) place was very clean. Nice balcony view of the ocean . Self check-in was flawless. Google maps makes it look farther than it is.
