미국 유타 소재 4성급 호텔

이번 여행에서 묵었던 호텔 중 최고였어요. 시설도 정말 훌륭했고, 시내 중심부까지 차로 이동하기에도 멀지 않았습니다. 특히 저희가 체크인할 때가 크리스마스 이브였는데, 호텔에서 75달러 상당의 식음료권을 제공해 주셔서 두 명의 저녁 식사로 충분할 정도였습니다. 정말 예상치 못한 깜짝 선물 같았어요! 그레이트 솔트 레이크에 갔을 때는 들소도 볼 수 있었답니다.

청결도에 대해서는 불평할 것이 없습니다. 1박만 머물렀고 청소는 보지 못했지만 방은 더럽지 않았고 조금 낡았을 뿐입니다. 환경은 정말 평균적입니다. 호텔 주변을 돌아다니면서 편의점도 보지 못했습니다. 근처에 문을 닫은 상점이 몇 군데 있고, 물 몇 병도 살 수 없습니다. 먹을 수 있는 유일한 방법은 아래층 스펜서(Spencer)인데 이곳의 새우는 특히 맛있고 신선합니다. 서비스는 기본적으로 정상적이며 특별히 좋거나 나쁜 것은 없습니다. 시설은 정말 보통 수준이고, 슬리퍼도 없고, 방에 있는 에어컨이 벽에 똑바로 서 있습니다. 켜면 소리가 최소 50데시벨이므로 밤에만 끌 수 있습니다. 솔직히 힐튼호텔이 이 사실을 미리 알았더라면 다른 브랜드를 예약했을텐데 힐튼호텔마다 물을 무료로 주지 않고 한병에 3달러인데 밖에서는 1달러 3달러 정도 하는 물이다. .

Erg gezellige tent met mooi uitzicht! Tenten hebben geen airco maar gelukkig kon er een ventilator geplaatst worden. Toilet-douche is super netjes, mooi en functioneel. Zeker niet erg om daar even voor te lopen. Het waaide behoorlijk in de nacht waardoor we wel wakker hebben gelegen van al het geklapper van de tent.

호텔 뷰가 너무 예뻤고 깨끗했습니다. 직원들도 친절해서 요청사항에 즉각 대응해줬습니다. 외부에 캠프파이어도 너무 멋지고 운치있었고 주변 산책 분위기도 너무 좋았어요 ㄱ추천합니다.

호텔은 눈길을 끄는 외관을 가지고 있으며 찾기 쉽습니다. 호텔 외부는 매우 아름다운 큰 단일 꽃잎과 이중 꽃잎 튤립으로 가득 차 있습니다. 객실의 하드웨어 시설은 매우 좋습니다. 우리는 정원 전망이 있는 객실 두 개를 예약했지만, 도로를 바라보는 객실 두 개를 받았습니다. 우리는 프런트 데스크에 연락했고, 그들은 객실이 이미 만실이라고 말했습니다. 이 답변은 분명 문제가 있습니다. 방향이 다른 두 객실의 가격은 다르고, 씨트립에서도 가든룸은 아직 예약 가능하다고 나와있습니다. 그 방은 2층에 있었는데, 큰길을 바라보는 발코니는 방음이 매우 형편없었습니다. 밤새도록 차들이 윙윙거리며 지나갔는데, 매우 시끄러웠습니다. 칫솔과 슬리퍼를 달라고 했는데 슬리퍼가 없다고 하네요. 서비스가 형편없었고, 판매에 대한 걱정도 없는 듯했습니다.

호텔 환경이 좋고 침대가 매우 편안하고 깨끗하며 아침 식사는 일반 미국식 패스트 푸드입니다 ～ 웨이터는 매우 따뜻하고 사려 깊습니다 ～ 가격이 상대적으로 높으며 다음에 머물 것입니다.

2박을 묵었습니다. 새로 리모델링을 마쳤는데, 객실이 너무 예뻐서 놀랐습니다. 큰 TV도 있었고, 남동향 객실이라 눈 덮인 산이 보였습니다. 깨끗하고 밝은 흰색 침구도 있었습니다. 수건은 새것만큼 새것 같지는 않았지만 깨끗했습니다. 내부는 모든 것이 새것처럼 보였습니다. 몇 년 된 것 같은 유일한 부분은 문과 욕조였습니다. 객실은 넓었습니다. 음식과 음료는 훌륭했고, 레스토랑과 바도 좋았습니다. 주차는 1박에 25달러였습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 숙박이었고, 꼭 다시 예약하고 싶습니다.

The hotel was okay, it met standards but there were many small things that made our stay feel less perfect. Upon check in the room was very spacious for a double queen bed room, and bathroom spacious as well. The amenities are lacking a bit, in the bathroom it was just minimal 1 makeup remover wipe and a shower cap and hand soap. It comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but our conditioner was out and stayed empty for 2 days (as I thought the cleaners might notice and refill), until I requested front desk to refill it. In terms of cleanliness some of the towels had some minor stains and the bathroom had rust and brown stains in the bathtub so it didn’t feel super clean. The worst part was that when I entered the hotel the sheets were soooooo pilly and rough, they didn’t feel soft and welcoming as a hotel should have. Those sheets should’ve been thrown out years ago, I wouldn’t even keep sheets like that at my own house they were so worn down, bumpy, and uncomfortable, I asked front desk the next morning if I could please have them changed and got a very sassy and rude response that “usually requests like this should come in before 9AM and it’s not guaranteed that they can be changed” (I requested this around 10AM before the cleaners had even appeared on my floor). I found this response extremely off putting and inhospitable, since it’s not like I caused the sheets to be rough and uncomfortable and was simply making a request to make my stay better and more comfortable, and I also requested it very kindly and didn’t rush them to do anything- just by end of day or the next day so I wouldn’t have to sleep on rough uncomfortable sheets the entire 5 days I was there. They ended up changing them but I didn’t appreciate that kind of reply. 2 days after, the cleaners left their dirty rags, some random extra pillowcases on random surfaces by my personal items on the desk and night side table, It was very careless and unprofessional and who knows where the dirty rags have been, and where those random pillowcases came from if they were clean or not, next to my personal items. They also didn’t finish cleaning the bathroom and there were missing towels and didn’t finish taking the dirty towels out. Moving on, the location was okay but one of the farther hotels from the Zion National Park entrance in the town, I did like the pool and the restaurants nearby. Lastly, for the complimentary breakfast it was basic but good and I appreciated having that every morning before we left for our adventures.
