방이 정말 세련되고 편안했어요! 방 안에는 커피, 차도 있고, 전기 주전자도 비치되어 있었어요. 어메니티 향도 너무 좋았고, 직원분들도 친절하셨습니다. 유일한 단점은 길가 쪽에 있는 방이라 외부 차량 소음이 들려서 좀 시끄러웠다는 점이에요.

당황스러운 일과 마주하는 앙체에서 첫 번째는 시크인에 있을 때 예약 및 유료 객실 요금 정보를 찾을 수 없다는 것입니다. 프론트와 예약부서에서 10분 이상 전화통화를 하고 예약정보를 확인하니 체크인 절차가 완료되었습니다. 방 카드, 우리는 문을 열러 갔다, 그 사람에게 주어진 방이 체크 아웃하지 않은 것을 발견, 프론트 데스크에서 잘못된 방 카드를 발견, 다른 방 카드를 변경하기 위해 따라 잡기, 문을 계속 열거나 방 체크 아웃하지 않고 방을 변경해도 머물 수 없습니다. 네 번째까지 마침내 머물 수 있습니다.

我們辦入住的時候是中午十二點左右，客人很多，前枱服務人員挺熱情的就先幫我們辦，衹是房間還沒收拾好，等我們吃完午飯回來就可以去房間了，但是給的是一樓，旁邊是停車場，感覺不安全，問前枱可不可以給換個2樓，結果是不行，因為訂的是促銷房，而且回答的臉色很難看，衹有算了，衞生可以，房間小像是在東京的房間，湊合的剛好 夏天旅遊來接的人比較方便，附近吃的與購物也在10分鐘之內的路程，離公園及河邊很近，附近走走逛逛還不錯的

Excellent location at the heart of downtown. However it’s a bit dated. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby all within walking distance. Will stay again if visit anchorage again.

다른 모든 것은 괜찮습니다. 에어컨의 공기 배출구가 매우 시끄럽고 수면에 영향을 미칩니다. 머무는 동안 화재 경보가 발생하여 손님들이 호텔에서 나와 화재가 발생했습니다. 최근에 한 번도 발생하지 않았다고 합니다. 위의 두 가지는 개선되기를 바랍니다.

I was pretty disgusted to see the N word written in dust on the window in our suite. The food was overpriced and was definitely nothing special. Didn't matter after dinner though; there's no microwave to reheat left overs, and with how cold our room was, our food got cold and hard pretty fast. The wallpaper is coming off the wall, the hooks are coming out of the wall, we had the heat on friday-sunday but could never get it up past 68 degrees despite it being on for days. The water got shut off while we were there, parking was crowded/limited. We booked a room for 5, only to be put in a room with only 2 beds and told they couldn't provide us with a cot because of fire hazards; after complaining that I'm not putting my child on the very used/old carpet, they upgraded our room to include a couch for my 3rd child. The pool required a reservation but they didn't check reservations and the pool was over crowded. I was REALLY uncomfortable with how secluded I was from everyone when going to the locker room... it felt like the perfect spot for someone to catch a woman or child off guard. Everything is very old or outdated or broken in one way or another, and everything was VERY overpriced. If they want to claim they're a resort and charge resort prices, they need to start looking like a resort. Next time we need a weekend getaway, we'll be going to Denali instead!
