I had a frustrating experience at the hotel. The staff at the reception pretended to speak English, but when I asked a question I got vague answers. For example, when I asked for tea, they said ”Someone will bring it to your room”, but it never came. There was no phone in my room and the air conditioning didn't work. The first room they gave me didn't have a TV and there was a problem with the tap. They gave me a room with a sea view, but it was too far from the entrance and I still had problems with the air conditioning and the phone. All these problems were only resolved the day before I checked out. Also, my charger didn't fit into the socket and when I asked about it, I got the same vague answer with no follow up. I even left my phone at the reception to charge, but it never did, which was incredibly frustrating. As for breakfast, you have to go to a restaurant or balcony area where a lady with an angry expression on her face takes care of you, but you are forced to eat whatever she brings to your table, there is no choice. Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing and not at all what I expected.

Nice hotel with fantastic location and friendly atmosphere

이 호텔은 튀니지 중심부에 위치하고 있으며 오래된 호텔입니다. 호텔에 들어가자마자 프런트에서 업무를 총괄하고 계시는 호텔의 빅사장님이 보이시는데, 사장님께서도 앞뒤로 오시며 호텔 경영을 도와주시는 모습이 참 인상적이었습니다. 사장님이 친절하시고 따뜻하십니다. 이번에 스위트룸을 예약했는데 매우 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 가장 독특한 점은 욕조에 의자가 있다는 점인데, 이는 노약자나 거동이 불편한 여행자를 위해 특별히 마련한 것으로 매우 사려 깊고 칭찬할 만합니다. 밤에 잠을 자는 것은 매우 평화로웠습니다. 스위트룸에는 도시 전망을 감상할 수 있는 발코니가 있습니다. 객실에는 식사가 포함되어 있으며 음식은 현지 특선 요리이며 맛있습니다. 다음에 튀니지에 가면 이 호텔에 묵을 예정입니다.

새벽 3시에 들리는 호텔 공사 소리는 제 자장가나 다름없어요. 게다가 프런트 직원과 함께 공사 인부들을 만나러 가야 해요. 손님이 소음에 대해 불평했다는 걸 직접 확인시켜줘야 하거든요. 이게 바로 6차원이죠 🤦🏽

메디나 입구에 위치하여 위치는 아주 좋음. 서비스도 친절하지만 오래된 건물인만큼 약간 낡았다. 고풍스러운 분위기를 좋아한다면 그것도 매력일듯. 오래된 건물이지만 비교적 관리도 잘되어 불편함이 없었고 서비스가 아주 친절하여 다시 간다면 또 가고 싶은 호텔. 호텔 앞은 항상 길이 붐벼서 택시 잡기가 쉽지 않아 조금 걸어서 택시를 잡거나 내려서 걸오오는 것을 추천

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked smoothly from check-in to check-out. The breakfast is delicious and varied. Overall, a pleasant experience and one I would gladly recommend.

Lovely hotel and excellent slchstoemr service. It’s shame that smoking is allowed inside, other than that, that hotel is very good good and also is in an excellent location.
