The facility was clean and quite large. It was too cold for the pool. Do make sure you walk around the grounds and go to the water. We did not find it til the last night. Staff was super nice and attentive. They even set up reservations for us at a local restaurant. There are 3 restaurants but it seems they alternate which one is open. It was October so it may be due to the slower season.

아름다운 섬의 완벽한 위치. 바다가 보이는 방을 구하고 보트가 들어오는 것을 지켜보는 것이 좋습니다. 좋은 아침 식사 선택의 폭이 넓고 멋진 신선한 과일. 직원들은 모두 매우 유쾌하고 행복을 퍼뜨립니다.
훌륭한 수영장은 세심하게 깨끗하게 유지되었습니다. 비가 오면 온수 욕조와 뜨거운 사우나. R3 길 건너편에있는 레스토랑. 정면을 따라 마을과 정박지로 천천히 산책하십시오.

We stayed for one night in an apartment. We were allowed to check in early which was great. The apartment was very spacious and had everything that you would need. The balcony was huge and had a great view. The only downside was that the bedroom and bathroom were really hot. There was air con in the living room but that did nothing for the rest of the apartment. We slept with the bedroom door open but then got bit to pieces by mozzies! Not sure we would stay in an apartment again but if the rooms have air con then we would try that.

Мы довольны сервисом и расположением отеля.
На завтрак был большой выбор, интересная система заказа дополнительного завтрака.
Очень хороший спортзал, были там каждый вечер.
Наличие сауны тоже отличное решение, чтобы расслабиться после ежедневных походов в горы.
Порадовало наличие парковочных мест рядом с отелем.
При выселении была какая-то системная ошибка, надеюсь, что персонал её решил. Так как мы спешили в аэропорт и не смогли ждать обновление их информации, а просто отдали ключи от номера.

Foi uma estadia ótima, mesmo tendo sido apenas por uma noite. O quarto estava limpo, arejado e muito confortável. Quero dar um destaque especial para o atendimento da receção no dia em que chegámos: o senhor que nos recebeu foi extremamente simpático, fez questão de nos apresentar o hotel com todos os detalhes e deixou-nos logo à vontade. Esse cuidado no atendimento fez toda a diferença e tornou a experiência ainda mais agradável. Recomendo!

The hotel is very new, clean, stylish and convenient. Breakfast is very good and healthy. Restaurant offered high quality food. We will stay again. Only one thing was my room was right above the restaurant kitchen I think. I could smell cooking smell from the washroom. The music was loud as well. I guess upper floor should have no issues. Reception was very helpful as well.

Buen desayuno variado, y buen servicio reponen continuamente y personal amable.
El primer día la ducha del baño estaba perdiendo agua, avisamos. El segundo día el arreglo de la habitación cama fue deficiente ( no limpiaron y la cama mal hecha) Avisamos en recepción y luego lo hicieron mejor.
En la habitación hay nevera, cafetera nespreso, agua rellenada del grifo.
Lo mejor la cama , muy cómoda y las sábanas.

KKB100Charming Hotel은 따뜻하고 매력적인 분위기의 아름답게 보존된 유서 깊은 건물입니다. 객실은 편안하고 매일 리필되는 유리병을 포함하여 기대할 수 있는 대부분의 편의 시설을 잘 갖추고 있습니다. 1층에서는 하루 종일 무료 커피를 제공합니다. 직원들은 매우 수용 적이었습니다. 수하물 보관소를 사용하여 체크 아웃 후 돌아와서 커피를 즐기고 출발하기 전에 파티오에서 휴식을 취할 수있었습니다. 아침 식사는 잘 준비되었고 하루를 멋지게 시작했습니다. 한 가지 주의할 점은 객실로의 접근은 계단으로만 가능하므로 무거운 짐을 싣는 투숙객은 이를 염두에 두어야 한다는 것입니다. 전반적으로 이 호텔은 환상적인 위치에서 멋진 경험을 제공합니다. 나는 기꺼이 다시 여기에 머물 것이다.

리리뷰어The first room I was given was very old, with a broken floor, damp on the wall by the bed, and paint that was peeling and coming off. The room was located in a separate building from the hotel. I was quite disappointed because this is not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The explanation I was given was that I had booked through a budget platform. Luckily, after changing rooms twice, I was finally able to get a room in the hotel’s main building. The reception staff were very kind and understanding of my family’s needs. Once in the main building, everything was exactly as expected. The pool is beautiful with a stunning view, which is the reason I have returned to this property for the fifth time.

리리뷰어I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND A VERY COMFORTABLE WEEK'S STAY AT HOTEL INATEL. IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. I HOPE TO RETURN TO GRACIOSA TO THE CARAPACHO THERMAL BATHS AND THE HOTEL GRACIOSA INATEL THANK YOU, H.L. USA

Trip.com의 정보에 따라 무료여야하는 주차 요금이 부과되며 ”죄송합니다. 정보가 정확하지 않습니다”라고 말합니다. 그들의 웹 사이트의 가격은 Trip.com보다 두 배 저렴했습니다. 방은 좋았고 많은 편의 시설로 매우 실용적이지만 일부는 고장났습니다. 공간이 많지 않고 어린이에게 좋지 않습니다. 전혀 추천 할 수 없습니다, 죄송합니다

PPBMLocation is bang in centre of city centre. You can walk absolutely to the heart of the city. Parking can be nightmare. The street on which the hotel is, is narrow and cobbled. We had a tape on our car the second day coz there was a construction on the building it was parked in front. Quite weird. But nonetheless, everything else is quite ok. There’s a lovely pizza place next doors which we felt was better place to have a meal than the restaurant on the property.
