The hotel was unable to find in Waze and Google Map until we asked someone. The front desk staff aren't well verse in English and struggling to understand our English and broken bahasa Indonesia. Booked a room via trip.com and promised King bed but the hotel staff said all economy room comes with queen bed. We found booking information was misleading and felt cheated. There wasn't a toilet paper in the bathroom and I asked for twice. Promised to deliver but did not. The pillows of the room are not for normal human being and my partner has to remove more than half of the ” artificial form” of the pillows to reduce height.( I m more than 5 feet and he is more than 6 feet height).... otherwise it is IMPOSSIBLE to sleep with this kind of pillow.

위치는 정말 좋습니다(셀랏판장, 잘란 스마랑, 맛집 거리 근처). 다만 객실과 헬스장 관리가 제대로 안 된 게 아쉬웠습니다. 객실은 깨끗했지만, 창문 하나에서 빗물이 새어 나왔습니다(방수 기능이 더 이상 좋지 않습니다).

그들이 실제 이불에 얼룩을 청구하려고 할 때까지 모든 것이 좋았습니다. 나는 그것이 이불 커버에 있지 않았기 때문에 우리를 가질 수 없다고 지적했습니다.이 .... 그들은 내 보증금을 돌려주었습니다. 그러나 좋은 시도! 그 외에는 호텔이 좋습니다. 매우 새롭고 여전히 몇 가지 사항이 있습니다. 다음 주에 보게 될 것이라고 확신합니다.

Amazing resort hotel in the island. delicious meal & friendly staff, the standard service is so high. I love the pool and secluded garden, location is right on the beach. Strong WiFi connection and all facilities. The individual bungalow has beautiful Balinese art attached. I can't thank you enough for well management hotel. I will deffo come back again Regards, Simon

Fantastic views, good breakfast. Some of the staff were disinterested in answering our questions about the island, tours, and bike rentals. But Lisa was very helpful and kind.

Kamer was uitstekend van grootte. Bed was comfortabel. Het ontbijt was voldoende. Eromheen zaten een paar restaurants. Dichtbij de luchthaven. Wel vervelend dat je niet elk uur gratis naar de luchthaven kon waardoor we alsnog zelf een grab hebben genomen.

장점: 프런트 데스크, 하우스키핑, 조식 담당 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 객실은 3성급 호텔치고는 꽤 넓습니다. 단점: 조식이 밋밋하고 거의 모든 요리가 맛이 없습니다. 아마도 새로운 셰프가 필요할 것 같습니다.

The room was clean, but the sink was leaking and there was no soap provided. The breakfast area was overcrowded, and it was difficult to find a place to sit. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable, with the setup seeming focused primarily on accommodating large groups of Asian guests. Not a very pleasant stay.

For the business trip was normal, nothing special. One of our colleagues got rooms with a broken AC. But it was nice cause this hotel together with A&W
