My stay in Fez was truly memorable, thanks to the warmth and professionalism of Hager, the manager. We arrived later than planned, reaching the property at 11 p.m. instead of the expected 9 p.m., yet Hager welcomed us with kindness and patience, making us feel completely at ease despite the late hour. That first impression set the tone for the entire stay. Hager was also incredibly accommodating with breakfast. She kindly arranged breakfast earlier than the usual start time, and it was a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. It was one of the highlights of the stay and a perfect way to start the day. At the time of leaving Fez, I had arranged my transport independently, but the situation did not go as planned and became stressful. When Hager became aware of this, she went out of her way to help, reassured me, and kindly allowed me to stay at the property during the unexpected delay. The property is perfectly located in the heart of the medina, offering an authentic Fez experience while remaining peaceful and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming after long days of exploring. What truly stood out was the genuine care and hospitality throughout the stay. Hager’s calm, thoughtful, and supportive approach made a real difference and reflects the high standards of this place. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fez — not just for the location and comfort, but for the exceptional hospitality you’ll experience here.

The experience we had at another Riad set very, very high expectations, so read this with that in mind :) I've worked and stayed in luxury hotels around the world, and if you're looking for a stunning hotel, with pleasant service this would be a top choice. However overall we were looking for more of an intimate experience. Staff were very nice; they were young, friendly, kind and caring. Travelling with my mother however, it felt very uncomfortable when I was asked 'how my wife was doing?!', this summed up the disconnection between the hotel and the experience. A beautiful hotel but short of a 4/5 star experience. It is one of the most stunning Riads you will stay at. The restaurant serves great food, and the views are amazing - if you can handle the three floors of steep steps. Overall, you won't be disappointed but it felt like when we stayed there was no manager for those extra touches you expect when paying this much.

It’s not a bad hotel, but its rooms are a bit old. I paid 1400D to ask for a normal double room and asked it to be “quite” but it’s not. The room locates right next to a main street so during the whole night you can hear endless cars, motors and police car alarms. The window fully closed yet blocked no noise. AC needs to be replaced to new one as it howling every few minutes like a diesel engine. The room is big and clean though. I had to wait for 25 minutes to check in. I don’t blame the staff as they were just too busy. They only have 3 people at the reception and they need to deal with frequent customer requirements, individual customers and tour groups at the same time! If this were just an ordinary 2–3 star hotel, I wouldn’t have much to complain about. However, for a resort charging 1,400 dirhams per night, this level of management and infrastructure really needs to be updated and improved.

이 리아드는 모든 면에서 훌륭했습니다. 가장 좋았던 점은 단연 호스트였습니다. 진심으로 100점 만점에 100점을 드리고 싶을 만큼 친절하셨습니다. 매우 인내심 있고, 상냥하고, 전문적이셨으며, 언제나 기꺼이 도와주셨습니다. 도시, 맛집, 즐길거리 등에 대한 유용하고 실용적인 정보를 많이 알려주셔서 여행이 훨씬 수월하고 즐거웠습니다. 숙소 자체도 매우 편안하고 깨끗했으며 관리가 잘 되어 있었습니다. 분위기도 평화로웠고, 머무는 내내 세심한 보살핌을 받는다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 이 지역을 방문하는 모든 분들께 강력 추천합니다. 저희도 다음에 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

메디나의 미로 골목에 숨어 있는 Riad Algila는 고요함과 우아함의 세계로 이동합니다. 분수에서 온순한 물 속임수, 흔들리는 푸른 나무, 복잡한 타일 작업으로 세심하게 장식된 리야드의 안뜰은 분주한 도시 외부의 평화로운 성역 역할을 합니다. 우리의 2일 체류는 매혹적이었습니다. 객실은 넓고 편안했으며 현대적인 편의 시설을 갖춘 전통적인 모로코 장식으로 장식되어 탐험의 하루를 보낸 후 호화로운 휴양지를 제공했습니다. 직원들은 항상 통찰력있는 추천으로 세심한주의를 기울였으며 우리의 체류에 모든 차이를 만들었습니다. Riad Algila는 Fes의 활기찬 태피스트리 속에서 고요함과 아름다움의 휴식을 제공하는 모로코 환대의 본질을 진정으로 구현합니다.

14세기 집, 건물 자체가 매우 아름답고 놀랍습니다. 아침 식사는 건물 꼭대기에서, 경치는 훌륭하고, 당신은 메디나의 넓은 지역을 볼 수 있습니다. 객실 시설도 좋고 기본적으로 있어야 할 모든 것이 있습니다. 그러나 오래된 집에도 문제가 있습니다. 방음이 너무 안됨. 2층에 엘레베이터로 위아래로 들리는 방이 있는데 복도에서 소음이 심합니다. 도착한 날은 이미 저녁이었고, 집에 들어서자 소독수 냄새에 푹 빠졌다. 가장 큰 고장은 2박에 4개의 파워 점프가 있다는 것입니다. 그런 집에서 이런 일이 일어나는 것은 정말 무섭습니다. 스태프가 이런 일이 한 번도 없었다고 말하자 사람들은 더욱 공포에 휩싸였다. 교통이 매우 편리하고 근처에 주차할 수 있으며 짐을 너무 오래 끌 필요가 없습니다. 그러나 이 위치는 실제로 일반적인 구시가지 활동 지역에서 상당히 멀리 떨어져 있으며 구시가지의 지름길은 밤에 감히 갈 수 없습니다. 우리는 4시나 5시쯤 길가에서 택시를 타고 싶었습니다. 택시를 타기가 어려웠다. 택시 안은 사람들로 가득 차 있는 것 같았다. 아침에 출발하여 CTM 역까지 택시를 타야 했습니다. 낮에는 이 위치에서 쁘띠택시를 부르기 어렵기 때문에 프론트 데스크에 개인 차량 예약을 도와달라고 요청했습니다. 약 10분 100dhr 정도 소요됩니다. 자신이 살해당했다는 사실을 알고 있다면 이 방법만 사용할 수 있습니다. 프론트 데스크의 소녀는 매우 헌신적이며 밤낮으로 거기에 앉아 있는 것처럼 느낍니다. 궁금한거 있으면 물어보세요. 디너와 스파는 좀 무리한 느낌이 들지만 거절하면 아무말도 하지 않습니다. 떠나기 전에 아침에 일어나서 아침 식사를 포장하는 데 도움이되었습니다.

設施：淋浴間特別大，洗澡特別爽，總體來説比較古色古香，絕對不能説得上狠心，唯一的缺點是網絡真的很差很差，基本等同於沒有網……扣的分基本是扣給了網絡很差這件事情 衞生：非常乾淨 環境：在一大堆巷子裏面找路其實有點困難，路上有摩洛哥人幫忙指路，竟然還索要的小費，但是店主把他們關在門外了，我們沒有給小費。環境非常清幽，泳池的庭院也太好看，太好拍照了！ 服務：服務特別好，入住的時候會給你泡綠茶，而且會問你早餐想吃什麼，所有摩洛哥的風味都能吃到！

If I ever return to Fes, I will definitely stay here again. In contrast to its historic and traditional charm, the rooms were incredibly clean and beautiful. Waking up to nothing but the sound of birds chirping in the morning was a dream. Every detail of the interior was stunning, and the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The location is actually much easier to find compared to other accommodations in Fes. However, I did have a bit of trouble finding it at first and unfortunately got scammed by a fake guide—so please be careful! Also, keep in mind that the stairs are quite steep. Aside from those points, my stay was absolutely perfect.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Riad Al Ansari. Wij verbleven in de bovenste kamer en konden gemakkelijk gebruik maken van het dakterras. Houdt wel rekening met flink wat trappen, maar we hebben echt genoten. Het bed ligt heerlijk, de douche is super, en de airco verwarmd de kamer goed (in de winter) en daarnaast was er een kacheltje in de badkamer. Dus we hebben het niet koud gehad. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en heerlijk. Elke dag was er wel iets anders wat we konden proeven. De communicatie met Hicham (manager) was uitstekend. We werden goed ontzorgt. De eerste avond hadden we ook een 2 gangen diner geboekt en die was heerlijk. De locatie is ook super. Je staat binnen 5 minuten in de Medina en je kunt ook vlakbij afgezet worden met een taxi. De riad voelt heel rustig na de drukte van de medina. Niet twijfelen, gewoon boeken! Ps houdt wel rekening met het ramadankanon. Dit was voor ons even schrikken als je niet weet wat het is. Gaat om 3:30 en rond 5:15 uur af. Maar dit zul je in heel Fez horen uiteraard.

Невероятный риад! Прекрасное, удобное расположение, даже если захочешь, не сможешь потеряться по пути к риаду. Уборку производили каждый день, давали очень хорошего качества косметику для душа и тела. В номере был кондиционер, поэтому холодные ночи мы провели в тепле. Удивительно красивые окна, ставни; вид на внутренний двор очень красивый. Завтрак очень большой, сытный и вкусный. Персонал очень-очень приветливый, заботливый! На все 1000% рекомендую этот риад! Спасибо Вам огромное, мы обязательно вернемся еще 🫶🏻
