미국 메릴랜드 소재 3성급 호텔

저희가 도착했을 때는 네비**션이 없었는데 길에서 큰 간판이 보여서 좋았어요. 체크인도 24시간 가능해서 늦게 도착했는데 정말 도움이 되었습니다. 방에는 우리에게 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었고 테이블 램프 아래에 3개의 전원 포인트가 포함되어 있었습니다. 좀 어두웠기 때문에 조명을 더 밝게 했으면 좋았을 텐데, 램프가 조명을 집중시키는 데 도움이 됐어요. 직원과 하우스키핑 모두 친절했지만, 해외여행객을 위한 프론트 데스크의 지식이 좀 더 많았으면 좋았을 것 같습니다. 쇼핑 지역 근처에도 편리하게 위치해 있습니다. 근처 AT&T 매장에서 여행자 eSIM 카드를 받았습니다. 편의시설을 이용하지 못했어요.

I always love staying at Best Western Plus, well one down fall is every time someone closes their room door you hear it in your room so you'll be up early , well it's annoying so that means you are up by 7am unless you're a hard sleeper. Good thing I get up early. The decor is updated ✅ The front staff is great ✅ House keeping is great ✅ mm The breakfast is pretty good the only thing with that is they barely make enough where they may have to go back and make a few items and the gentleman and the woman that works that area act like they paid for the food they will sometimes stand there and watch what you're doing... Like geez let me breathe

수건이 더러웠고, 다른 사람의 머리카락이 들어 있었고, 샤워 헤드가 파이프에 연결된 쪽에서 튀고, 침실의 TV가 작동하지 않음/켜지 않음, 거실의 에어컨/난방 장치가 작동하지 않음, 미니 냉장고 문 끝까지 열리지 않았고 이 방에 부정적인 점이 너무 많았지만 하룻밤 동안만 필요했기 때문에 상황을 최대한 활용했습니다.

We had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis. The place was clean and well-kept, and service was quick—especially when we requested extra towels. Check-out was smooth and fast, which we really appreciated. It’s about a 15-minute drive to downtown Annapolis and the historic district, so it's a convenient and quiet spot just outside the city. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel wouldn't honor the breakfast that was paid for during booking, even though it was clearly on the receipt. Also, the thermostat in the room wasn't working, stayed on 80 degrees the whole time.

Heat in the room had been off for 24 or more hours. I arrived before 8pm and immediately turned the heat on. I laid on bed til 1am and that heated a lil of the sheets, I was still cold and was still cold in the room in the morning. I did ask the front desk if there was a warmer room shortly after arrival. I was told it was their slow season and all would have been cold. Poor lighting outside and hard to get in parking lot I won’t be back a 1/2 a star

The hotel is an average 3 star one. Front desk gentleman was helpful and easy to work with giving that we check in at mid night hour. The hotel room is ok but lack of newer accommodations like USB chargers. Bathroom venting fan is not working so it’s very damp when taking a shower. The worst problem is the bathtub drainage. We had to take a shower in inches of standing water.

시설이 조금 낙후되긴 했지만 위생적으로 관리되어서 좋았어요. 화장실도 깔끔해요. 위치도 좋고 직원분들도 친절하셔서 너무 편하게 지내다가요. 무료 생수, 칫솔, 치약은 1층 데스크에서 받을 수 있어요.
