싸기 때문에 다소 문제가 있어도 어쩔 수 없다. 객실 시설의 한 부분은 오래되었습니다. 4층에서도 개미나 벌레는 잘 나옵니다. 무시 싫어하는 사람은 그만두는 것이 좋을 것입니다. 직원의 서비스 정신은 좋았습니다. 또한 객실 청소가 빠르거나 시트를 교체하지 않았을 수 있습니다.

4-Star Luxury Hotel for the Backpacker Price of $40/night! The first thing you notice about Sokha Palace Siem Reap Hotel is just how pretty it is! The architect, painters, decorators and maintenance staff did a fabulous job (see my photos). The second thing you notice is how delicious the huge buffet is – including free espresso drinks. Third, you notice that the rooms are not only nice but that everything works well (aircon, hot water showers, refrigerator, wifi, and cable TV with news channels from a half dozen countries like CNN). Fourth, it is in a quiet location less than 15 minutes from Angkor Wat, and only a $2 tuktuk ride to Pub Street or anywhere else in Siem Reap. But then you notice the best part: the outstanding hotel staff. For example, the Front Desk Manager Phyrun personally helped me when I could not make my room keycard work, and even brought me a bucket of ice. Originally I booked five nights during Chinese New Year with Trip.com discounts for $39/night, but he gave me a free upgrade from a garden view double with king bed to a pool view room. I liked it so much I wanted to extend, but the best I could find online was $41/night garden view, $51 for pool view. I asked Phyrun if I could get the upgrade again if I bought the $41 online, and he said no – but he smiled and said he would give it to me for $40/night the Khmer rate instead (normally $50 for barangs like me)! The restaurant had other examples of great staff. Some days the restaurant is overflowing with several hundred guests, other days only a few dozen. Yet they maintain the quality and personal touch from the egg and soup station, to the bountiful buffet, to the waiters and waitresses that clear the tables. The Restaurant Manager Somedy and his Assistant Manager Chhaiya keep it all flowing smoothly. Even on the busiest day, waitress Chanthla took the time to show my Khmer friend’s elderly stepmom the way they fold the napkins. Today the espresso machine was not working for a while, so Chhaiya offered to have a waiter drive over to the sister hotel to bring me lattes. I repeatedly declined, but was very impressed by the excellent customer service attitude. So the real beauty of this French chateau style hotel is its employees, including very efficient housekeeping and grounds staff. I checked out the “5-Star” Sokha Resort on the other side of its convention center, but did not like it half as much (especially for 70% more per night). Normally I would be afraid to write a review of a hotel that I like so much, but with 456 rooms I don’t have to worry about it being full. Do yourself a favor and stay here when in Siem Reap.

친구 여러분, 우리는 아무런 기대 없이 우연히 이 호텔을 예약했는데 정말 기뻤습니다!!! 매우 깨끗하고 편안한 방, 매일 물 제공: 직원들은 모든 질문에 기꺼이 답변합니다. 두 딸이 생선 먹이로 고문을 해서 아무 문제 없이 늘 먹여주더군요. 막내는 가지고 놀 수 있는 칵테일 우산을 계속 달라고 했고, 적어도 10개는 주었습니다. 호텔에는 오후 10시까지 개장하는 수영장이 있습니다. 명소를 방문한 후 수영장에서 시간을 보낼 수 있어서 매우 멋졌습니다! 일광욕 의자 바로 옆에서 저녁 식사를 하실 수 있습니다.) 음식이 정말 맛있습니다. 우리는 유럽식 메뉴와 현지 요리를 모두 맛보았습니다. 피자가 정말 맛있어요! 캄보디아 AIOC - 하나의 사랑! 칵테일도 만족스러웠습니다.) 호텔이 매우 깨끗하고 새것이라 손님이 우리뿐인 것 같은 느낌이 들었습니다. TV에서 볼 것이 없었지만 우리를 화나게하지는 않았습니다) 일반적으로 캄보디아는 멋진 나라입니다! 우리는 꼭 다시 여기로 돌아올 것입니다!

우리는 씨엠립에서 많은 호텔을 시도했지만 이것은 우리가 가장 좋아하는 호텔입니다! 우리는 무료 음료로 따뜻하게 환영 받았고 직원들은 친절하게 우리 방을 보여주었습니다. 방이 넓고 냄새가 너무 좋아요! 위치도 완벽합니다. 번화하고 시끄러운 도심에서 떨어져 있지만 빠른 툭툭으로 중심가까지 갈 수 있을 만큼 가깝습니다. 그들은 또한 빠른 운동을 위한 충분한 장비를 갖춘 체육관을 가지고 있습니다. 아침 식사 중에 매니저는 약간의 시간을 내어 사교를 하고 추가 서비스를 제공했는데 이는 매우 좋았습니다. 호텔은 우리가 일찍 떠나야했고 아침 식사 상자를 준비했기 때문에 오전 4시에 버스 정류장까지 교통편을 제공했습니다! 전반적으로이 호텔은 훌륭한 경험이었고 씨엠립에 다시 갈 때 확실히 다시 예약 할 것입니다!

I highly recommend Memoire Siem Reap Hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap City. It's a luxurious and comfortable hotel with a prime location and exceptional service.

우리는 여기서의 숙박을 정말 즐겼습니다. 직원들은 친절했고 무엇이든 도와주고 싶어했습니다. 호텔 내 투어 및 기타 명소의 가격은 평균보다 높았기 때문에 그곳에서 투어를 주문하는 것은 권장하지 않습니다. 근처 지역에는 앙코르 와트로 가는 투어를 구매하거나 스쿠터를 빌리거나 택시를 부를 수 있는 곳이 많이 있습니다.

첫 캄보디아 여행! 남자 혼자 여행이었기 때문에 도미토리 타입으로 했습니다만 매우 쾌적하게 보낼 수 있었습니다. 일본인 숙박자는 아마 자신뿐이었습니다. 서양인 분들은 수영장이나 당구와 매우 활기차게 보내고 있었습니다. 나는 전혀 신경이 쓰이지 않았지만, 조용히 보내고 싶다면 여기는 적절하지 않을 수 있습니다. 펍 스트리트에 대한 액세스도 나쁘지 않다고 생각합니다! 스탭의 사람들도 인당의 좋은 느낌의 사람들만으로 좋았습니다.

Love the vibe of the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Excellent location as well since it’s a bit close (short walk) to the pub street and night market. There are also many restaurants nearby. Hotel staffs were very accommodating.
