The hotel was fine with many amenities but the rooms were poorly cleaned specially in the bathroom with still hairs on the floor. Hotel staff was also not very helpful as we always had to wait a long time for something to be done.

這雖然是一家1765年建成的酒店，但由於2024年經過翻新，酒店新舊交替形成獨特的風格，整體感覺很棒！餐食不錯，服務也很好！

love the location .. walking distance to victoria market and eastgate shopping mall.. short walk to the riverside.. parking place is about 2 mins away.. so many restaurants availabke around

位處NC500的北部路線上 若是以順時鐘方向走的話可以不用進去Thurso就能夠休息 晚餐最好事先預訂 因為他們只有固定時間的晚餐選擇

이 Nairn 호텔에서 좋은 숙박. 우리가 예상했던 것보다 인버네스에서 더 멀었지만 Nairn이 탐험하기에 좋은 작은 마을이기 때문에 큰 문제는 아니었기 때문에 호텔은 완벽했습니다. 깨끗하고 좋은 서비스와 훌륭한 리셉션 데스크의 환영하는 미소. 조금 삐걱 거리는 소리가 나지만 모두가 자리를 잡으면 나는 괜찮은 잠을 잤고 아침 식사는 훌륭했습니다. 고맙습니다.

We had a great stay. Our room was on the ground d floor and had a great space. Decor was a bit dated but very comfortable, and the bathroom has definitely been upgraded and a great size. Breakfast is buffet style and was nice and fresh - prompt service - good quality produce also - so good I cleared my plate! Car park was completely full so had to wait a while until a space became available

호텔은 확실히 4 성급이 아닙니다. 최고 범위는 기껏해야 3 성급입니다. 방은 깨끗했습니다. 킹 사이즈 침대로 광고되었지만 싱글 침대 2개를 함께 넣는 것은 매우 오해의 소지가 있습니다. 이탈리안 레스토랑, 직원은 훌륭하지만 서비스는 매우 느립니다. 음식을 얻는 데 한 시간이 걸렸습니다. 위치가 이상적입니다. 스포츠 센터는 좋고 넓습니다. 수영장은 재미 있습니다. 체육관은 완전한 현대화 프로그램이 필요합니다. 장비가 충분하지 않고 매우 작은 방에 있습니다. 스포츠 센터는 공간을 더 효과적으로 활용할 수 있으며 다른 더 큰 방에는 최첨단 체육관이 있습니다. 잘 사용될 것이지만 슬프게도 그렇지 않습니다. 나는 앞으로이 호텔을 돌아와서 사용할 것입니다. 가격은 저렴하지 않으며 힐튼 품질을 기대한다면 이것은 당신을 위한 호텔이 아닙니다.

A very well situated hotel right in the centre of Inverness and just a few minutes walk from the central train station. Surrounding the hotel are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops which is great and you’re also very close to the bus station for taking trips out of town. The room was basic and a little bit tired (some dents and scratches, frayed carpet) but otherwise was clean and tastefully decorated with basic amenities like a kettle, hair dryer, tea bags, a large TV, so on. We were facing the main road so on Saturday evening it was quite loud but the reception desk provided us with ear plugs upon request which were more than adequate. We would come back to this hotel again next time we’re in Inverness.
