영국 랭커셔 소재 4성급 호텔

욕실이 제대로 청소되지 않았고 화장지나 수건이 없었습니다. TV는 Wi-Fi 또는 일반 TV 채널에서 작동하지 않았습니다. 누수가 발생한 것 같고 창틀 아래 콘크리트 덩어리가 헐거워졌습니다. 긍정적 인 점은 방에서 바다 전망과 타워 전망이었고 샤워의 전원은 훌륭했습니다. 방에는 팬, 철판, 금고 및 헤어 드라이어도있었습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 주차장은 £7에 괜찮았고 체크아웃 당일 자정까지 주차할 수 있었습니다. 방은 일반적으로 오래되었고 업그레이션이 필요했지만 1 박 동안 기지에는 괜찮 았습니다.

Loved our stay at the imperial hotel. The staff was so friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Room was cleaned before returning every night. Fresh towels and toiletries re stocked along with tea and biscuits. We stayed for 3 nights me the misses and our 2 children and loved every minute of it we will be back. If I had to be nit picky the hotel catering more for the older generation with not much for the kids to do. But we was out all day so didn't really matter. When we got back she still bopped aways to the 80s music dancing of the dance floor 🤣 oh and we could see the tower from our window

호텔과 입구는 훌륭하고 불만은 없습니다. 나는 시설이 깨끗하고 객실이 항상 세심하게 깨끗한 5마일 이내의 다른 호텔에서 단골이었습니다. 그래서 기대가 컸습니다. 내 방(250)에 들어서자 얼어붙었다. 나는 즉시 전기 라디에이터를 켜고 새벽 2시에 온도 조절기가 반복적으로 켜지고 꺼지는 것에 잠에서 깼다. 디지털 화면이 계속 켜지고 꺼져 내 방에 열광이있는 것처럼 느껴졌습니다. 매우 성가시고 숙면에 도움이되지 않습니다. 침대에 가기 전에 나는 샤워를 하러 갔고 당신처럼 거품이 나는 젖을 튀었습니다. 끝내고 나서 샤워 부스 내부를 씻고 문 손잡이 근처에 남은 비누 젖을 발견했습니다. 제가 닦으러 갔더니 이제는 비누가 아니라고 말씀드리죠. 절대적으로 역겹다. 이전 거주자는 분명히 기본적인 위생이 부족했으며 예상해서는 안 되지만 청소부는 세부 사항에 대해 더 예리한 눈을 가져야 합니다. 이런 종류의 것을 절대 놓쳐서는 안 됩니다. 참고용 사진 첨부.

정말 좋은 호텔. 우리 방은 예기치 않게 거대했습니다! 2-3times 내가 기대했던 크기. 표준 방이 아닌 스위트 룸! 정말 행복합니다. 편안한. 따뜻한. 훌륭한 욕실. 이상적인. M6에서 3 분, 시내 중심까지 5 분.

호텔 방에는 우리 옷 3개를 보관할 수 있는 충분한 공간이 없었습니다. 수건은 매일 교체되지 않아 매우 가난합니다. 또한 수건 중 하나에 자국이 있었고 엄마는 실제로 그것을 롤업하고 욕실의 보관소로 다시 넣는 것을 발견했습니다. 이것은 매우 가난했습니다. 직원들은 정말 친절하고 좋았습니다. 나는 호텔이 깨끗하다는 것을 알았습니다. 그러나 폭염과 깨끗한 수건 부족으로 인해 나는 이것이 정말 열악한 서비스를 발견했습니다. 아침 식사는 다양하고 좋았습니다. 남부 부두와도 가깝지만 위치가 정말 좋았습니다.

The hotel is in a great location for easy access to the motorway.  The staff were very helpful and friendly.  Our room was very spacious and had recently been refurbished.  In some parts of the hotel it was cold due to a lack of heating but thankfully, our corridor and room were lovely and warm.  Great value and would stay again.

어린이와 성인을 위한 구내와 구내 밖에서 할 일이 많은 사랑스러운 리조트입니다. 날씨가 나빴지만 수영, 아케이드, 놀이 공간을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 상점은 차로 단 6분 거리에 편리하게 위치해 있습니다. 롯지는 깨끗했고 주방은 매우 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 특히 티타월, 스펀지, 설거지 세제가 제공되었고 소금, 후추, 차, 커피, 설탕, 우유가 포션으로 제공되어서 좋았습니다. 즐거운 숙박을 선사해 주셔서 감사합니다!

We had a good time staying here and overall had a positive experience. The place appeared clean and well-maintained at first glance; however, the blanket covers, especially on the side facing the bed, were not properly clean. This slightly affected the overall quality of our stay. I hope this can be addressed in the future.

Self catering studio set in beautiful grounds was perfect for our 2 night stay. We really enjoyed the wine tasting evening with Alberto and the History of the Hall talk with John. Only marked down on amenities because the restaurant and bar were closed , due to the owners being on holiday and we weren't made aware this at time of booking.

Easy to find. Parking a short distance from entrance. If you are in anyway disabled you can drop off my main entrance but cannot park. There is no lift in the hotel so if disabled you are going to need to ask for a ground floor room. I didn't know there was no lift so they had to quickly change my top floor room to ground floor room. They did this effortlessly despite being fully booked. The room smelt unpleasant so I kept window open and used air freshener. There was no remote for the TV and when they found a spare remote, the TV didn't work. They brought in a second TV and the manager was a hilarious man who made me roar with laughter as he tried to resolve the issues. The food was good. I stayed two days. I would come back.
