Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and had no toilet roll or towels in. Tv didn’t work on the wifi or normal tv channels. There looks like there has been a leak and chunks of concrete were loose under the window-ledge. The positives were the Sea view and tower view from the room and the power in the shower was great. The room did also have a fan, an Iron and board, safe and hair dryer. Staff were friendly and helpful. Car park was fine for £7 and you could park until midnight on the day of check-out. The room in general was dated and in need of an uplift, but it was ok for a base for 1 night.

호텔과 입구는 훌륭하고 불만은 없습니다. 나는 시설이 깨끗하고 객실이 항상 세심하게 깨끗한 5마일 이내의 다른 호텔에서 단골이었습니다. 그래서 기대가 컸습니다. 내 방(250)에 들어서자 얼어붙었다. 나는 즉시 전기 라디에이터를 켜고 새벽 2시에 온도 조절기가 반복적으로 켜지고 꺼지는 것에 잠에서 깼다. 디지털 화면이 계속 켜지고 꺼져 내 방에 열광이있는 것처럼 느껴졌습니다. 매우 성가시고 숙면에 도움이되지 않습니다. 침대에 가기 전에 나는 샤워를 하러 갔고 당신처럼 거품이 나는 젖을 튀었습니다. 끝내고 나서 샤워 부스 내부를 씻고 문 손잡이 근처에 남은 비누 젖을 발견했습니다. 제가 닦으러 갔더니 이제는 비누가 아니라고 말씀드리죠. 절대적으로 역겹다. 이전 거주자는 분명히 기본적인 위생이 부족했으며 예상해서는 안 되지만 청소부는 세부 사항에 대해 더 예리한 눈을 가져야 합니다. 이런 종류의 것을 절대 놓쳐서는 안 됩니다. 참고용 사진 첨부.

홀리데이 인을 처음 이용했습니다. 장점은 다음과 같습니다. 넓은 객실과 훌륭한 시설 편안하고 깨끗한 침대와 베개, 수건(1인용 큰 사이즈와 작은 사이즈) 주전자, 차/커피, 간식(비스킷)이 있습니다. 옷장 안에 헤어드라이어와 다리미판이 있습니다. 원형 테이블과 소파 의자, 조리대와 의자가 있습니다. 작은 헬스장, 수영장, 자쿠지가 있습니다. 조식과 석식을 포함(레스토랑 있음)할 수 있으며, 룸서비스로 객실로 주문할 수 있습니다. 저는 B&B만 이용했는데, 조식이 훌륭하고 양이 많았습니다. 글루텐 프리 옵션도 있었습니다! 장점 호텔 엘리베이터가 고장 나서 3층에 있었는데, 직원에게 1층(마지막 방이라고 하셨는데 다른 선택지가 없었습니다) 트윈룸으로 바꿔달라고 요청했습니다. 엘리베이터가 고장 났을 때를 대비해 1층이나 아래층으로 바꿔달라고 요청서를 작성하는 것이 좋습니다. 주전자에 체가 없습니다(제가 사용하기 전에 깨졌을 수도 있습니다.) 소파 의자에 제가 사용하기 전에 얼룩이 있습니다. 전반적으로 서비스가 매우 좋았고 객실도 넓고 시설도 좋았습니다.

분명히 크지만 매우 맨손인 장애인 액세스 룸이 있었습니다. 방 151; TV 리모컨 - 배터리가 노출되는 것과는 달리 뒷덮개가 있는 리모컨을 제공합니다. 나는 우리가이 호텔에 지불 한 가격 후에 우리 차를 주차하는 데 12 파운드가 청구된다는 것이 매우 빡빡하다고 느꼈습니다. 특히 저렴하지 않은 하룻밤 멈추는 비용 후에는 그런 것을 기대하지 않았기 때문에 우리에게는 좋은 시작이 아닙니다. 아침 식사는 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 숙박 요금을 정당화하지 않았기 때문에 돌아 오지 않을 것입니다.

We had two rooms booked. 1 room was with elederly parents! The room given was a fair walk and was quite far from the reception area with no assistance only verbal directions. It would've been nice to have had some assistance from staff. When we got to the room the sink plughole was blocked so I rang reception to get it fixed, didn't happen! Questioned reception duty staff and he lied and he said he had it fixed by maintenance when no one even came to look at it! This isn't the service we expected from ‘Mercure’ standard. Leaning over the bath to brush our teeth and everytime we needed to wash our hands after using the toilet we had to use the bathtub. Not sure I read anywhere but to use the swimming facilities the adults have to pay £10 fee. Other than that the hotel is near local shops/motorway as well.

작은 목조 주택과 빌라들로 둘러싸인 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 침실 두 개와 욕실 두 개, 킹사이즈 침대 하나와 싱글 침대 두 개가 있습니다. 거실은 소파베드가 있어서 저희 셋이서 사용하지 않아도 될 만큼 충분히 넓었습니다. 식기류도 충분했고, 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있었습니다. 저는 냄비에 30분 정도 요리했고, 아침은 제가 가져온 기장죽과 라면으로 해결했습니다! 가족 여행에 딱 맞는 곳이에요!

We had a wonderful 4 nights at Thurnham Hall. The person who checked us in on the Sunday was very pleasant and welcoming. We walked the grounds and they were lovely and very well looked after.The Spa and pool were excellent. Thank you for providing such a lovely hotel for us to stay at and spend time visiting with our Lancashire relatives.

Easy to find. Parking a short distance from entrance. If you are in anyway disabled you can drop off my main entrance but cannot park. There is no lift in the hotel so if disabled you are going to need to ask for a ground floor room. I didn't know there was no lift so they had to quickly change my top floor room to ground floor room. They did this effortlessly despite being fully booked. The room smelt unpleasant so I kept window open and used air freshener. There was no remote for the TV and when they found a spare remote, the TV didn't work. They brought in a second TV and the manager was a hilarious man who made me roar with laughter as he tried to resolve the issues. The food was good. I stayed two days. I would come back.

Booked for one night & due to circumstances ended up checking in on 3 consecutive nights. As a lady solo traveller I felt so safe and completely at ease here. Unfortunately as it wasn’t a planned trip I didn’t have swimming costume with me to make use of their facilities. Parking is lovely & close to hotel. Whole hotel spotless & beds comfiest I’ve ever slept in while travelling. Breakfast, loads of choice & although buffet style all very fresh. Staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Super the bar served fresh food until late as I was later checking in on all nights. If I’m in the area I would gladly stay here again & happily recommend to other travellers 😊
