Lovely hotel with nice big clean rooms. A few issues though - you really need a car to get here as it's a bit far out from the city centre. In my room there was a room service menu and a number to dial for room service, but no phone. The food and drink was ok. During my stay there was only 1 person on the bar and service was a little slow. I ordered a soft drink and it was a bit flat, definitely not worth the £4 they charged for it. Because of staff shortages the dining room was filled with tables that needed to be cleaned. Breakfast was also a bit of a disaster. They charge £15 for it but definitely not worth it. There's a self serve hot buffet which was fine, nothing exceptional. There was no coffee available, just tea bags and hot water. Also there were no plates available at the continental station - really missing attention to detail when there were quite a few staff members present.

from reception to restaurant staff were excellent, very polite and very helpful. We had a meal in the restaurant which was excellent 3x course set meal. for location right next to train station, and a stroll to Centre of Chester, well worth a visit .

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and our choice was primarily due to its convenient location and excellent breakfast. It is very close to the airport and very quiet at night, surrounded by farms and grassland. We love the breakfast because it is not a typical buffet. Instead, you can choose from a menu with a great variety of options, all of which taste wonderful. The restaurant's decoration is also lovely, and you will be more than satisfied with the portions. The restaurant staff are passionate, friendly, and helpful. One point to note is that the reception area often has guests around, which is just an observation and neither positive nor negative. The receptionists always do their best and are very nice and professional. However, the room design is a bit outdated.

메인 Oddfellows 호텔에서 체크인하는 것은 순조로웠지만 아파트의 정확한 주소를 미리 알 수 있었을 것이므로 더 쉽게 주차할 수 있었습니다. 아파트에 주차 공간이 하나 있지만 빡빡한 입구입니다! 아파트 5는 위층에 있었고 매우 넓습니다. 라운지/주방/식사는 잘 꾸며져 있었고 제공되는 차와 커피는 매우 환영받았습니다. 침실과 욕실은 크고 편안하며 깨끗했습니다(그러나 수건이나 코트를 위한 몇 개의 후크로 할 수 있음). 세탁실도 있습니다. Decof는 기발하고 위치는 훌륭합니다. 주요 거리에서 약간 떨어져 있습니다. 머물기 좋은 곳.

Put into a disabled room ,  Television not working properly dropping signal every 5 minutes , they did say they would come back but was getting late and we was getting settled  Shower , drain making a horrendous noise AC not working properly wouldn’t drop below 16 took a long time for the room to drop temperature

밤새 머물면서 손자를 체스터에 데려가는 것은 처음입니다. 위치를 포함한 호텔의 첫인상은 훌륭했고 체크 아웃시 리셉션에보고 된 숙박에서 단 하나의 부정적인 점이 있습니다. 누군가가 방에 들어가거나 나갈 때마다 침실 문이 시끄럽게 닫히는 큰 문제가 있습니다. 호텔의 나머지 부분은 좋은 수영장과 레스토랑으로 훌륭했습니다. 아침 식사는 손자가 그것을 완전히 즐기는 것으로만 훌륭하다고 설명 할 수 있습니다. 주차장을 포함한 위치는 주요 거리와 레벨까지 도보로 100야드 거리에 있는 체스터 시티 센터를 산책하기에 이상적이었습니다. 전반적으로 City Break에 호텔을 추천하고 침실 문에 축축 장치 / 닫힌 스프링을 넣을 수 있다면 쉽게 별 5개를 받을 수 있습니다.

편안한 침대와 훌륭한 샤워 시설 - Great British Rain에서 하루 종일 흠뻑 젖은 후 필요한 모든 것. 아침 식사는 훌륭했고 하루를 채웠습니다. 우리는 하룻밤만 머물렀지만 정말 마음에 들었습니다.

최근 5일 동안 이곳에 머물렀습니다. 정말 환상적인 경험이었어요. 직원분들이 믿을 수 없을 정도로 친절하셨습니다. 모든 직원분들의 이름을 기억하지는 못하지만, 특히 데이브는 정말 친절했고 주차 문제 몇 가지를 즉시 해결해 주기 위해 최선을 다해 주셨습니다. 호텔 주차장이 작고 선착순으로 배정된다는 점이 유일한 단점이긴 하지만, 이 때문에 다시 방문하는 것을 망설일 이유는 전혀 없습니다. 객실은 훌륭하고 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗했습니다. 시내까지 걸어서 10분이면 갈 수 있고, 호텔 옆으로 흐르는 운하를 따라 산책로도 있습니다. 만약 아래층 헬스장에서 나오는 음악 소리 때문에 새벽 6시 30분쯤 깨고 싶지 않다면 1층 객실은 피하시는 게 좋습니다. 하지만 저희는 일찍 일어나는 게 좋아서 전혀 불편하지 않았습니다.

I took my wife here for her 60th, amazing staff receptionist charlotte was warm and knowledgable, very kind giving us a token due to birthday. The infinity pool is amazing warm clean, Shrigley would make much more money if they served drinks while in the pool, but we would still be there now. The rooms are adiquate they are clean, the shower's are amazing, Dinning for evenning meal again was excellent, the service is 11/10 and I have been in a number of Spa the meal cost were really well priced with excellent food. Breakfast in the morning self service again pleanty to choose from and again tasty with great choice. It is a amazing spa with the ability toplay gold or have a number of treatments, and well priced, I will return there
