Fantastic apartment all amenities working, perfect location close to city center and I had a rental car so no probs, the reception staff were very helpful highly recommend

Great hotel, perfectly situated near Paphos Harbour, the staff were helpful and the rooms were immaculate. The rooftop bar was nice and a good spot for a quick drink and nibbles. I would definitely come back.

호텔과 아침 식사는 완벽했고 엔터테인먼트 활동도 있었지만 수영장은 매우 추웠으며 아무도 사용하지 않았습니다.

호텔 디자인과 시설은 훌륭하지만 서비스는 아쉬웠습니다. 객실은 넓고 위치도 좋았으며, 아름다운 부지와 디자인이 돋보였습니다(다만, 건물 뒤편이나 주차장을 마주 보는 객실은 피하는 것이 좋습니다). 조식도 다양한 메뉴가 제공되었습니다. 주차장이 조금 멀리 떨어져 있고, 매번 정문에 적힌 번호로 전화를 걸어야만 문을 열어주는 방식은 좀 불편했습니다. 무료라고는 했지만 국제전화는 무료가 아닐 것 같았습니다. 요즘 대부분의 사람들이 e심(전자심)을 사용하는데 누가 국제전화 요금을 내고 전화를 하겠습니까? 직원이 ”그냥 전화해 보세요”라며 무료라고 주장하는 모습에 실망했습니다. 객실 내 커피 스테이션도 무료 리필이 아니었습니다(유료). 스위트룸/서비스 아파트라고 해서 그런가 봅니다. 그 외에도 몇 가지 아쉬운 서비스가 있었습니다. 크게 문제될 정도는 아니었지만, 개선될 여지가 있었습니다. 전반적으로 넓고 아름다운 객실을 고려하면 가격 대비 만족도가 높다고 생각합니다. 다만 서비스에 너무 큰 기대를 두지 않는다면 괜찮을 거예요.

Отель отлично расположен, и номинально в нем все есть. Но отель крайне обветшалый. Номера просторные и хорошо оборудованы для отдыха семьей - есть полноценная кухня, два санузла. Телевизоры есть, но без доступа к ютубу. Кондиционер работает в целом но консоль вся разбита и не сразу понятно как это работает. Все зеркала в ванных по краям уже отслаиваются. Лампа в одной из ванных постоянно моргала, на потолке потеки, раковины и краны подтекают. И душевой кабины вода переливается на пол как будто дверки вовсе нету. Ручка двери на лоджию так расшатана что страшно дотрагиваться. Но по факту всем этим скрепя зубами можно пользоваться. Убирают каждый день и достаточно аккуратно. Спа бассейн слегка пованивал хлоркой, бегал одинокий таракан, но купаться можно, есть джакузи, сауна и паровая. Гораздо приятнее купаться в открытых бассейнах, коих три, включая лягушатник. Кухня в ресторане и баре дешевая и безвкусная. В общем остаться можно но кайфануть от пребывания сложно. Понравился минимаркет при отеле со множеством полезных вещей. Рядом лидл. Лужайка при отеле красивая, закаты смотреть классно.

The hotel was very good, in a central location within walking distance of the harbour. The rooms were adequate, and were very clean. A few maintenance issues here and there but they were dealt with promptly which was good to see. The facilities were excellent, with the pools both indoor and outdoor being a useable temperature during the winter months. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wat een geweldig hotel! Heel vriendelijk personeel, schone en ruime kamers, een heel fijn bed en het eten is echt fantastisch! Wij hebben vaker in all inclusive hotels gezeten, maar nergens zo goed eten gehad! Er is een fijn zwembad, een bar met veel keuze voor drankjes, en de locatie is ook heel fijn. Genoeg parkeergelegenheid voor de deur en de mall op loopafstand. Dit hotel heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Als we ooit teruggaan naar Cyprus, gaan we zeker weer naar dit hotel! :)

Overall a lovely stay. A very clean hotel with some good facilites. The desserts were amazing and the food was well cooked. A few things would have improved the stay further: Pads on the bottom of the wooden chairs in the dining room- the scraping noise was awful as they were pulled out from, or pushed into the table. There was too much single use plastic used,eg at the bars etc The food could have been more varied. These are simple things that would add quality to the hotel

Ottimo soggiorno. Albergo di qualità. Doppia piscina, una bella vista mare dalla stanza. La sera intrattenimento fino alle ore 23:00. Abbiamo consumato quasi tutte le cene in albergo apprezzando le serate tematiche che hanno spaziato dalla cucina greca alla messicana, all'asiatica....purtroppo per noi abbiamo saltato la serata italiana. Una nota di merito allo staff sempre efficiente e cortese. Nomino con ringraziamento la signora Maegee ed il signor Antonio della ristorazione professionali e cordiali ma estendo il giudizio alla reception e a tutti i collaboratori.
