호주 퀸즐랜드 소재 4성급 호텔

브리즈번 출장 중 스위스 벨호텔 울룽가바에서 4박을 했습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 넓고 편안했으며, 멋진 도시 전망을 자랑했습니다. 바쁜 하루를 마치고 돌아와 휴식을 취하기에 더할 나위 없이 좋은 곳이었습니다. 호텔 위치는 브리즈번 시내를 돌아다니기에 매우 편리했고, 필요한 모든 편의시설이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 직원들은 전문적이고 친절했으며, 전반적인 서비스가 훌륭했습니다. 체크인과 체크아웃 절차도 원활하고 효율적이었습니다. 전반적으로 매우 편안하고 번거로움 없는 숙박이었습니다. 다음 브리즈번 출장에도 꼭 다시 묵을 생각입니다.

이번 숙박은 정말 만족스러웠습니다! 객실은 넓고 밝아서 탁 트인 느낌이었고, 시설도 완벽하게 갖춰져 있으며 관리가 잘 되어 있어서 사용하기 편리했습니다. 호텔 위치도 핵심 지역에 있어서 완벽했고, 주변에 상점, 슈퍼마켓, 레스토랑이 많았어요. 역과 관광 명소까지 걸어갈 수 있어서 교통이 매우 편리했고, 해변과도 가까웠습니다. 위생 상태도 깨끗하고 깔끔했으며, 직원들의 서비스 태도도 친절해서 전반적으로 편안하고 안심되는 경험이었습니다. 호주 여행 시 이곳에 머무는 것을 강력 추천하며, 가성비도 아주 좋습니다.

Excellent location, lovely apartment, and great facilities. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

객실이 넓고 발코니가 있어서 바다와 호텔 수영장이 보이는 멋진 전망을 자랑합니다. 욕실도 크고 큰 욕조가 있었지만, 해변까지 걸어서 10분 정도 걸린다는 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 호텔 입구에는 모노레일이 있어서 두 정거장만 가면 많은 식당들이 나옵니다. 호텔 근처에 베이글 가게도 있어서 아침 식사를 하기에 좋았습니다.

It was a bit painful from the get go checking in. You have to go to a different hotel a block over. There is nowhere to park to check in. I called the number to be put through to a call centre that isn’t on site. Call 1: yes you can park in the visitor parking just buzz and they’ll let you in. Call 2: while blocking the driveway I’m unable to find a buzzer that reaches reception. Operator sounds confused, I hang up and someone is coming out so I sneak in. Call 3: I’m parked in visitor parks, go up the lift and come out at another building. She again sounds confused. If I go out the door I won’t be able to get back in without a fob, so I’m asking which way I should go. There are no signs to tell me how to get to Ivy and Eve apartments. I eventually find a worker who takes me around to reception. Sorted. Or so I think. I check in with reception. The girl was really lovely and informative. So I think, until I reach the carpark of the next building I’m staying at. The sheet of paper she gave me says “your allocated car space is 131 and is located on 55. I drive in looking for level 55, car space 131. Neither of these exist. Call 4: Where is my carpark? Am I missing something. Keep in mind every time I call I’m asked to give all my details so they can verify my booking so by now I’m pretty tired of it all. She finds my booking and says oh yes you’re in park 55 on level B1. (See photo for why I was confused!) I drive around the carpark looking for a 55. It doesn’t exist. All carparks are labelled with a sign saying Art house and 4 numbers. Ok maybe it’s the last 2? Nope doesn’t exist. After driving around for a bit I realise there are numbers on the ground of the carpark that are completely different to the signs (I didn’t look at the ground because the signs said art house) So finally I work out that this is my park. Another confused guest stops to ask me where his park might be and I explain it’s the floor ones not the art house signs. So I wasn’t the only one. Ok so park the car, go upstairs to room 1106 which of course is on floor 10. Makes sense lol. As soon as I open the door I’m hit with a wet musty kind of smell. Like the place had been flooded and not allowed to dry out properly maybe? I opened all the windows and when that didn’t work I went and bought some air freshener to hide the smell a bit. We left all the doors open all night and next day and the smell improved. The lounge chairs are not comfy if you’re looking for a stay in watch Netflix type staycay, but the beds are really comfy. The place was pretty immaculately clean so that was nice. And washer dryer were great to have. If I had have known I’d need to go through all that checkin at another building I would not have booked. Maybe I missed the part that mentioned this? Ahh well we enjoyed our stay in general, it just didn’t get off to a good start.

이 호텔에서 정말 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 편안했으며, 아름답게 디자인되어 긴 하루를 보낸 후 편안하게 휴식을 취할 수 있었습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 세심했으며, 항상 웃는 얼굴로 기꺼이 도와주었습니다. 위치도 매우 편리하여 주변 명소로 쉽게 이동할 수 있었습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 경험이었고, 다음에 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

Had everything you need for a comfy stay, will be back! Would have love to stay longer

4성급 호텔로서 기본적인 4성급 기준에 부합했습니다. 유동 인구가 많은 호텔이지만 모든 서비스가 신속했고, 맞춤형 서비스도 제공했습니다. The Star 계열 호텔로, 위치도 Star와 함께 있으며 여러 건물이 서로 연결되어 있습니다. 미리 아이 생일 축하 방문이라고 메모했더니 축하 카드와 곰 인형을 준비해 주셔서 아이가 매우 좋아했습니다. 저녁에 아이가 기침하며 아파서 침대에 토했는데, 객실 서비스에서 불평 한마디 없이 새 침대 시트를 빠르게 가져다주었고, 추가 청소 비용도 요구하지 않았으며 아이의 상태를 매우 걱정해 주었습니다. 아쉬웠던 점은 주차였습니다. 주차장이 다소 복잡해서 Star 주차장으로 가야 했고, 지시를 잘 따라야 했습니다. 하지만 호텔에서 체크인 1~2일 전에 주차 안내를 미리 보내줘서 좋았습니다.

아주 편리하고 객실도 넓었어요! 화장실은 보통이었지만, 뷰가 정말 좋았습니다!! 친구 넷이서 지내기에 괜찮았어요! 욕실에 있던 샴푸와 바디워시가 자스민 향이었는지 너무 좋았습니다! 아래층에 상점들이 많아서 편리했고, 해변과도 가까웠습니다.

위치는 정말 최고예요. 쇼핑가 끝에 바로 있어서, 거의 내려오면 바로 길거리예요. 몇몇 관광지는 걸어서 다녔어요. 체크인 카운터가 두 호텔이 같이 쓰는 곳이라 좀 헷갈렸고, 줄 서면서 많이 불안했어요. 호텔이 크고 손님도 많아서 그런지, 어느 건물에 있든 엘리베이터가 항상 고장 나 있었어요. 아마 세 대 중에 한 대는 꼭 수리 중인 것 같았어요.
