The view is so nice, overlooking the taal lake. The breakfast is good too and staff are very accommodating. It's not your regular luxury hotels. But the vibe is definitely good. Rooms are clean and smells good.Parking ia covered. If you'll be in a motorcycle like is, I hope you hvae a skilled driver, the way here is a hill downslope and is a bit challenging to navigate if not an experienced driver. All in all a 10/10 experience. 🥰

The hotel is near Sm, 7/11, and different fast food restaurants so it's easy to buy what you need/want. The staffs are nice and the room is clean. Although I noticed a crack on the wall and the aircon is not properly installed, like there are some gaps. Also, the room is kinda small for the price and the TV is not working or we just can't use it but there's no remote, and we even asked the staff about it but they never came back after.

We stayed at Sulyaps for 3 nights whilst in San Pablo and I have to say we were absolutely stunned at how beautiful it is there. From the moment we arrived (too early for check in) and were greeted and welcomed with the biggest of smiles and enthusiastic and caring staff. They kindly stored our luggage and we went to the restaurant for some breakfast which we paid for and I have to say it was worth every penny. It's a typical Filipino breakfast and it was absolutely delicious and the portions were generous along with water and coffee free flowing. After breakfast we were informed that our rooms were ready and that we could use them now free of charge. We were shown into the gardens with bonsai trees and a beautiful cage of exotic birds down a lovely path full of beautiful plants and tree, sculptures and carved images until we got so our rooms. When we looked at our room we were breathtaken as they were so beautiful with air con and a huge shower, complementary water, just perfect. Throughout our stay we were treated wonderfully with a smile all the time such beautiful people. I was a little gutted that the pool was being repaired as I love to swim but I didn't bother me too much. There was no fridge in the room which I think would have been a bonus as it's sooo hot and we like a cold drink. But when I come back to San Pablo I will not be staying anywhere else as this place has sooo much rustic charm and is very appealing to the eye where ever you look (and we didn't get to see the museum) it's an absolute gem. So if you find yourself in San Pablo this is the place to be I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed 😁🙏😁🙏😁🙏

We had a pleasant stay. The only problem lang is yung shower sa cr hindi gumagana, may pangalawang shower head but it is too small. Friendly and nice people.

It’s rare to find a place that perfectly balances style and comfort, but Ysabella Suite nailed it. The suite was impeccably clean, well-lit, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing and convenient stay. I especially loved the cozy ambiance—it felt like a boutique hotel but with the warmth of home. The bed was super comfy, the WiFi was fast, and even the little touches, like the complimentary coffee and charming decor pieces, made a big difference. The location is also ideal—peaceful, safe, and just a short drive to Cavinti’s scenic spots. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure everything was perfect during my stay. They’ve truly created a space where guests can unwind, recharge, and feel cared for. If you’re looking for a serene escape with boutique vibes and modern comforts, Ysabella Suite at FYLL Homes is the place to be. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending it to friends and family!

Scandi Scandi Square room was cozy, quiet, peaceful, and very secure. The room is complete with everything you need—microwave, ref, utensils, mugs, plates, glasses, table, extra chairs, even toothbrush, toothpaste, and tissue. The staff are super friendly and very approachable. Kinda wished there was a hair blower and iron too lol, but overall it was a super great stay. The location is very convenient with easy access to immediate needs—there’s a pharmacy just outside the compound, sari-sari stores, karinderyas, and O’Save is just around the corner. Transportation is also very accessible since the property is near the highway, with a tricycle terminal at the subdivision entrance. Grab is easy to use as well. Will definitely book again!

최근 루세나에 있는 Urbantel에 묵었는데, 전반적으로 아주 좋은 경험이었습니다. 위치가 완벽했습니다. 시내 중심부에 바로 위치해 있고, 레스토랑, 상점, 주요 랜드마크와 가까워서 출장이나 휴가 여행 모두 매우 편리했습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 편안하며 현대적이었습니다. 미니멀리스트적인 디자인과 효율적인 공간 활용이 마음에 들었습니다. 에어컨도 잘 작동했고, 침대도 아늑했으며, Wi-Fi도 안정적으로 잘 터져서 큰 장점이었습니다. 욕실도 깨끗하고 잘 관리되어 있었고, 수압도 강하고 온수도 잘 나왔습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 세심했으며, 요청 사항에도 신속하게 대응해 주었습니다. 체크인과 체크아웃은 원활하고 번거롭지 않았습니다. 보안 시스템도 잘 갖춰져 있어 숙박하는 동안 안전하다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 한 가지 개선이 필요한 부분은 주차 공간인데, 특히 혼잡 시간대에는 주차 공간이 다소 제한적일 수 있습니다. 하지만 Urbantel에서의 경험은 전반적으로 매우 만족스러웠고, 루세나에 다시 방문한다면 꼭 다시 묵고 싶습니다. 도시에서 깨끗하고 저렴하며 편리한 숙박 시설을 찾는 분들에게 강력 추천합니다!

Just one problem the staff forgot the towels inside the room. They apologized with their mistakes for not providing towels in the room. I hope there will be no more mistake next time.
