The hotel was clean an wonderfull. We had a great experience.

The host is very responsive and attentive to our needs. The place is so clea, organized and complete, perfect for the staycation needs.

We had a great stay. My parents especially enjoyed the free activities provided, it added a nice touch to their experience. The staff were quick to respond and consistently helpful, which made our stay smoother and more comfortable. Although there are quite a lot of stairs, it’s worth noting that there’s an escalator available for seniors and persons with disabilities, which is a thoughtful addition. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, though most of the plates and mugs were made of hard plastic. If you’re mindful about using plastics in the microwave, I’d recommend bringing your own glassware. Cleanliness could use some improvement. I had to message them about it since my parents are quite particular and while they responded, there were still concerns..two of the beds had oil stains and I wasn’t sure if the linens had been replaced. It would’ve also been better if the glass near the pool and the sliding doors had been vacuumed and cleaned more thoroughly. Despite these minor issues, I truly appreciated the overall experience and would definitely recommend   to my friends. I just hope they continue to maintain and enhance their cleanliness standards moving forward.

The biggest plus of this hotel is definitely its proximity to Enchanted Kingdom — it’s just a few minutes away, which made it very convenient for our itinerary. The location is easy to find and accessible by both private car and public transport. There are also nearby restaurants, convenience stores, and even malls if you need anything during your stay. The room I stayed in was clean, neatly arranged, and had a modern minimalist design that was both functional and easy on the eyes. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked well, and I appreciated that the linens and towels were fresh. The space isn't overly large, but it’s well laid out — perfect for short stays. The bathroom was clean, with hot and cold shower options, and basic toiletries were provided. A small desk area made it easy to use my laptop when I needed to catch up on work. The staff was friendly, professional, and quick to assist with check-in and check-out. They were also helpful in giving directions and answering questions about nearby attractions. The front desk was efficient, and the overall service felt smooth and hassle-free. I felt safe and comfortable during my entire stay. The hotel maintained good cleaning standards, and common areas were well-kept. The building felt secure, with proper access controls, and I noticed that health and safety protocols were being observed. If you're looking for a budget-friendly, clean, and convenient place to stay near Enchanted Kingdom, Sans Hotel is a great choice. It's ideal for short stays, quick business trips, or family outings to the amusement park. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who wants comfort and convenience without breaking the bank. 에어비앤비는 훌륭하고 직원들은 수용적이고 친절하지만 장소 자체에서 멀리 떨어져 있기 때문에 해변을 시험해 볼 수 없습니다. tge 해변에서 집까지 5~6분의 이동 시간이 차가 있는 경우에만 적용된다는 사실을 알지 못하지만 우리 경우에는 그렇지 않으므로 우리에게는 일종의 번거로움입니다. 또한 해변에 가장 저렴한 1k 비용이 드는 코티지를 사용하지 않으면 수영을 할 수 없다는 새로운 정책이 있지만 코티지는 그렇게 잘 보이지 않습니다. 그러나 관리인 / 직원이 매우 친절하고 훌륭하기 때문에 우리 그룹은 여전히 재미를 누릴 수 있습니다.

위치가 매우 편리하고 맥도날드와도 가깝습니다.👍 방이 깨끗하고 객실 에어컨이 좋습니다!👍🥶 저는 사전 예약을 했는데도 방이 준비될 때까지 기다리게 했기 때문에 서비스에 4/5점을 주었습니다.😐그래서 다음에 사전 예약/온라인 예약을 한 사람을 우선시하기를 바랍니다. 🥺🙃 그리고 아침 6시 30분에 복도 밖에서 직원들의 소리가 들립니다. 아직 자고 있는 손님을 더 배려해 주었으면 좋겠습니다.🤐🤫😴 하지만 전반적으로 저는 여기 Sogo Gen Tri에서 좋은 시간을 보냈습니다.🫡👍👌

Location is great! The room is very spacious but not clean. There was actually a cold coffee left in the fridge. The flooring in the toilet is likewise not clean. We just took it as it is because we wanted peace for the duration of our stay, Holy Thursday til Black Saturday. It's very upsetting to hear guests running, dragging stuff above our room. There we found out when we complained that the flooring up is wood only. We will definitely not come back again.
