The reception, the lounge and communal kitchen is lovely and gives a warm and welcoming feeling. The gym is spacious and adequate equipment in good condition. Rooms are nice but like a usual hotel room. The large windows gave a nice view over the street and trees below. Location is next to many Asian restaurants and close to supermarkets. Trams and busses outside and two main railway stations relatively nearby.

It’s so cozy that we wish can stay longer! Location is great, Coles is just 5mins away! Free tram at the door step! Receptionist is friendly and nice, allowed for early check in! Thank u so much!

공항과 매우 가까워서 국내선 터미널인 4번 터미널에서 도보로 5분 거리에 있습니다. 헬스장은 필라테스 기구와 마사지 의자까지 갖춰 있어서 놀라울 정도로 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 정말 놀라웠습니다. 객실에서 식사를 주문할 수 있고, 파스타도 정말 맛있었습니다. 전반적으로 모든 것이 기대 이상이었습니다. 침구는 훌륭하고 매우 깨끗했으며, 세면도구는 아주 좋았고 향이 오래 지속되었습니다.

멜버른에 위치한 이 호텔은 가격 대비 훌륭한 가치를 제공합니다. 중국인 밀집 지역과 가까워 도보로 이동 가능하며, 주변에 다양한 식당을 쉽게 찾을 수 있는 최적의 위치입니다. 호텔 시설은 비교적 새롭고 매우 깨끗하여 만족스러운 숙박 경험을 선사합니다.

This is a very nice resort. The interior is very clean and large. Bed is comfortable and toilet is good with jacuzzi. You will see kangaroos and cockatoos outside the cottage in the morning and evening. My kids enjoy the stay very much. However you need to either cook your own meals or drive out to eat. The drive is about 15 mins.

멜버른 시타딘 온 벅햄 아파트 호텔에 머물렀는데, 전반적으로 정말 좋았습니다. 객실은 아늑하게 꾸며져 있어 아주 편안했고, 집에 있는 것처럼 마음이 편안했어요. 시설도 완벽하게 갖춰져 있었습니다. 위치는 정말 최고였어요! 호텔에서 몇 걸음만 가면 트램 정류장이 있어서 시내 주요 관광지에 가기 너무 편리했고, 지하철역과도 가까워서 교통 걱정은 전혀 없었습니다. 주변 편의시설도 훌륭했고요. 전반적으로 아주 만족스럽고 효율적인 숙박 경험이었으며, 다음 멜버른 방문 시에도 꼭 다시 선택할 거예요. 강력 추천합니다!

1) 체크인 이틀 전, 자정 12시쯤 늦은 비행기로 도착할 예정이라고 알리니 직원분이 30분 전에 전화하면 된다고 했어요. 2) 공항에서 출발하기 40분 전부터 계속 전화했지만 아무도 받지 않았고, 겨우 다른 번호로 연락해서 직원이 기다리고 있다고 전해 들었어요. 3) 호텔 문 앞에는 아무도 없었고, 문 앞에 있는 전화로 연락하니 이미 통보받았다고 했지만, 밖은 바람이 많이 불고 비가 조금씩 내려 추운데도 25분 정도 더 기다려야 했어요. 4) 경영진이 직원 관리를 어떻게 하는지 모르겠어요. 그냥 대충 시간만 보내는 것 같았어요. 5) 프런트 데스크 카운터에는 컴퓨터가 높이 놓여 있어서 직원이 보이지 않았고, 직원들은 계속 뒤에서 핸드폰만 보고 있었어요. 6) 제가 CLLIX 계열 호텔에 묵어본 중 여기가 최악이었어요. 7) 보통 체크인 후에는 호텔에 추가 청소를 요청하지 않지만, 체크인 당일부터 이미 기준 미달이었어요. 할 말이 없네요. (큰 옷장에는 작은 옷걸이 3개뿐이었고, 주방용품은 너무 적어서 한심할 정도였어요) 7) 프런트 데스크 여직원은 무관심하게 시간을 때우고 있었고, 손님이 도움을 요청해도 도와주려 하지 않았어요. 이곳 경영진은 정말 큰 문제예요. 제발 문제를 직시했으면 좋겠어요.

크라운 멜버른 호텔에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 깨끗하고 위치도 아주 좋았습니다. 시내까지 쉽게 이동할 수 있었고, 호텔 바로 맞은편에 무료 트램 정류장이 있어 멜버른 어디든 쉽게 이동할 수 있었습니다.

I’ve stayed at numerous at the Punt Hill apartments over the past decade, though it had been a while since I last stayed in one. Our one bedroom apartment was spacious, however the hotel is quite run down now. Walls in the bathroom weren’t very clean, neither were mugs and cutlery (I always make a habit of cleaning things before I use them!). I ended up staying mostly in the hotel as I was sick with the flu so I noticed the wifi was very glitchy and intermittent too so it made streaming shows quite difficult to watch that I ended up just using my phone. The beds were comfortable though! The location is actually fantastic too, right in the heart of China town and easily walkable to places.

It would have been good except for the large western facing windows left without blinds down and an electrical setup that turns the air conditioning off when no one is in the room. So we arrived to stifling heat, and an air conditioner that doesn't really cool the bedrooms, and no fans or windows in the main bedroom. Most other things were good, but having a comfortable room is fundamental and the apartment just isn't set up for that. We enjoyed the location and the pool. We can't really speak to service levels cos we didn't ask for, expect or get any. It was a bit frustrating that the hotel only had a booking for 4 adults when we made a booking for 2A+3C on trip.com but who knows who was responsible for that.
