훌륭한 호텔입니다. 호텔의 위치가 특히 좋고 환경이 아름답습니다. 발코니에서 일출과 일몰을 볼 수 있습니다. 호텔에는 자체 전용 해변이 있으며 매우 조용합니다. 호텔은 구시 가지와 매우 가까우며 마디나까지 도보로 20 분 거리입니다. 서비스는 따뜻하고 사려 깊습니다. 가장 좋은 점은 레스토랑입니다. 호텔 더블룸은 2인용으로 무료 아침과 저녁 식사를 제공합니다. 요컨대 모든 것이 기대 이상이며 특히 권장됩니다.

酒店位置不錯，門口有幾家餐廳，早餐還行。設施舊了一點，沒有牙膏牙刷之類的，需要自己準備，服務不錯。泳池環境很好

The hotel personnel is outstanding. I loved their professionalism and dedication. Special note for the desk personnel who welcomed us with professionalism and kindness, and listened to our claims with a smile and reactively acted in consequence. The customer service manager (Haifa) is also great. The rooms are very clean but the furniture are quite old for a 5 stars hotel(some broken wooden stuff...) Biggest weakness: 1- The lunch/dinner menu was exactly the same and we had to rise a claim for that. The next day was satisfying tho. 2- We had to pass by an open door area to go to the indoor swimming pool during a cold time which was very uncomfortable (got a cold after that) 3- Booked an all inclusive and still need to pay for the gym? why?

Good room, food, comfortable swim pool and beautiful beach, professional hotel team. Especially warmly lady Hadil helped a lot for my trip 👍👍

Отдыхали с женой в целом сам отель хороший, Питание очень хорошее и разнообразное морепродукты каждый день, мясо много видов, сыры колбасы все на отлично. 3 бассейна самый большой глубина 2.20 метра, анимационная программа очень разнообразна. Что не понравилось у нас в номере 605 незапиралась дверь на улицу на что я попросил исправить так как в нашу виллу мог зайти любой желающий, да и спать в незапертом доме не по себе, так же у нас в комнате не было тюли на окне ! А там как проходной двор! пришлось окно закрывать шторой всё время было темно. На наши просьбу сказали что всё устранят но к сожалению так никто и не устранил!!!!

I have really enjoyed my nights in this 5 stars Hotel, it was very clean and staffs were kind and in disposition. The Breakfast and the Dinner were good and variants ( different types of Fish, All kind of beef, traditionnal recipies, and much more...). The outside swimming pool is big and has a beautiful waterfall. The indoor pool was warm with a relaxing parfum coming from SPA Rooms. I diffently recommand The Russelior Hotel :)
