로얄 아주르 탈라사(Royal Azur Thalassa)

Absolute perfection. My Mum, Brother and I went to this hotel to celebrate my Mum's Birthday. It was the best place for winter sun, relaxation and luxury. My Mum had a suite (2503), I had a premium double room (room 2504) on the 5th floor. My Mum's suite had two toilets, a lovely living area. Two televisions and a hugs bathroom with large bath and rainfall shower. The beds were so comfortable, the linen was spotless, and the pillows perfect. The room was cleaned to perfection every day. The welcome was exceptional and our luggage was taken to our rooms by the most lovely man who was so polite, and he then showed us around the resort. We had food as we arrived at 8.00pm. The hotel is spotless. The bar staff, waiters and management were so lovely. I have included some pictures. There is an array if food at this hotel. Fish, meat dishes, pizza, salads, specialist breads, rice and the list could go on and on. The sweets were plentiful and absolutely delicious. You are served with water and wine with every meal. Ok, the wine is not great, but uou can to yo the bar and take drinks in to the restaurant. We could not complain about anything. So, please do not pay any attention to the reviews who are nit so complimentary about this hotel. There are so many areas to relax with comfortable seating and tables. The life guard who worked in the morning was an absolute delight and so helpful - thank you from us. The 'Pasta Man' made the most delicious pasta, and slays smiling. Just an absolute pleasure talking to him. The morning waffles and pancakes were delicious, and a favourite of mine whilst we were away. All bar staff brought our drinks to us, and when our glasses were nearly empty, they would bring more to us. Thank you. The whole experience was exceptional, and thank you so much to you all gor making our stay so special.

Firstly thank you hotel Royal Azur for a fabulous stay in March 2024 you excelled yourself in your hospitality and the fabulous room/suite it was perfect in every way. Here is my review of my stay at Royal Azur I feel it’s an honest and clear opinion of my stay in the hotel this year in March I would like to say, I am a regular visitor to Hammamet and to both the Royal Azur & Bel Azur but in no way does this sway my opinion on my review. I was celebrating a special birthday with my daughter. I chose when booking with TUI to upgrade to a suite having previously stayed in various rooms from sea view rooms to bungalows in both hotels. When I have previously stayed in Royal azur the hotel was not fully functional or open back in September 2022. It is now completely refurbished and open and doesn’t disappoint, rooms are fabulous clean well decorated and comfortable sadly as it was March the outdoor pools are too cold to swimming but look outstanding the indoor pool is lovely but I do feel it could do with a little bit more cleaning as I have stated I am a regular visitor to these hotels and did feel that the indoor pool was a little disappointing on this visit and felt dirty around the pool area and could’ve done with some cleaning. There are three outdoor pools and plenty of sunbeds and look forward to returning when the weather will be warm enough to enjoy the outdoor area as it is outstanding. I chose to have a suite as I was visiting with my daughter and it was nice to have that extra room and space. It had a fabulous living area leading onto a balcony which overlooked the pool area. The bedroom had a super king size bed. Plenty of space around and again a second balcony which again looked over the pool area, the bathroom had a huge freestanding bath, a separate toilet and a shower with showerhead and extra handheld shower plenty of space to sink and a huge mirror handy for make up also a separate magnified mirror. In the hallway as you enter there are large wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and cupboard space built-in safe seating area under cupboard, fridge and coffee machine. Also a second separate toilet and sink. My only suggestion would would be that they should possibly provide more within the mini fridge maybe some soft drinks as it is classed as a five star hotel in general hotels of this standard in other countries would provide these daily or at least on arrival there was 2 small water bottles but never replaced the whole week something which in my other visits was always done daily. also although we are not coffee or tea drinkers, I didn’t see any tea facilities or coffee pods to use within the machine maybe an oversight by the maid. I would like to also comment that I found the maid/maids cleaning the room were disappointing made no effort having seen in other rooms when visiting others have done more I’m generally a very tidy person so there is often little to do however I feel she didn’t do what was necessary also i.

First, this property was extensively renovated and just opened in fall 2022. Any reviews from before that aren’t applicable. Second, I would say this hotel is a true 5 star resort in Hammamet, and there aren’t many. La Badira and Orangers (Garden) are the only other two in my opinion. We prefer this hotel, Royal Azure, over the others. And that’s saying a lot! The pool area is the prettiest and most luxe in Hammamet. The suites are beautifully appointed and huge. The “bungalow” rooms right off the beach are spectacularly close to the sea, and also nicely appointed. The food is quite good, service impeccable. This property is walkable to the Medina and corniche area, which is a fun place to see. You won’t find loud animation events here, just well healed people enjoying a truly beautiful resort. We are so glad it opened and we will be back!

Très belle chambre, lit très confortable ,au calme,piscines très bien et accès à la plage qui est très propre et calme avec transat formidable !!!

Incompétent, par rapport au prix ça ne vaux pas du tout le coup ! Je déconseille Beaucoup d’hôtel à proximité sont mieux ! La propreté laisse à désirer Impossible de les joindre Piscine intérieur froide donc le service spa ne recommande pas d’y allez mais il ne préviennent pas avant ! Mal reçu enfin bref après avoir fait beaucoup d’hôtel il reste le pire 5 étoiles à hammamet A fuir

Personnel à l'accueil peu complaisant, chambre triste et peu engageante, déco style hôpital, hôtel énorme sans aucun charme. Les buffets du soir et du petit déjeuner ne sont pas bons du tout.
