포르투갈 마데이라 소재 5성급 호텔

A beautiful beachfront hotel that is perfect for romantic getaways and a cheaper alternative, yet still luxury, to standard 5 star hotels. Location wise the hotel isn’t great as it’s very remote from the strip/city centre and taxi prices are not particularly cheap in Madeira. The rooms are spacious and stunning, well worth it with a great selection for the breakfast buffet and plenty of restaurants/options for dinner. A lovely love band/musician plays every night which is also great. Overall a wonderful stay with much friendly staff, however if you are looking to do much sightseeing in Madeira, this hotel is not the best option unless a significant amount is left for travel.

모든 면에서 꽤 좋습니다. 시설도 아주 좋습니다. 위치도 매우 좋고 서비스도 매우 좋고 아침 식사도 풍부하고 경치도 매우 좋고 장식이 매우 복고풍입니다.

Everything was fantastic, hotel location, services and design of the hotel. I enjoyed the 2 nights there. Unfortunately the welcoming was not good for me as I waited for 3 hours and 20 minutes. Yes I came early before the check in time which is 2 Pm and I came at 11:50 and the front deck staff ( Eduard ) confirm to me that my room will be ready at 2 pm but till 3:10 pm only I got to my room after I esclate my issue to the front deck manager ( Peter ), the problem was not about the time I lost, but the attitude of front deck staff as he is looking to my face multiple times and he didn’t come to say sorry that your room not yet ready just to apologizing…

Hôtel magnifique avec un rooftop des plus incroyable, ainsi que le personnel qui est à l’image de cet hôtel : charmant. Vous ne trouverez pas meilleur l’ovalisation à Funchal. Foncez ! Vous ne vous trompez pas.

모든 것을 포함하는 식사와 음료를 제공하는 훌륭한 호텔 리조트. 훌륭한 서비스와 좋은 품질의 편의 시설. 저녁 엔터테인먼트는 주로 가족에게 적합하며 어린 자녀가 있습니다.

Wir waren leider nicht wirklich zufrieden. Die Lage war wunderschön! Jedoch war das Hotel viel zu groß, um sich wohlzufühlen…beim Frühstück war es extrem laut, die Mitarbeiter überfordert und das Buffet total verstreut. Innerhalb der hoteleigenen Restaurants wurde man ziemlich über den Tisch gezogen, indem sie einem immer wieder Brot und Wasser anboten, was schlussendlich auf der Rechnung stand! Des Weiteren zahlt man eine Service-Gebühr von 10% für einen Service, der nicht anders war als in einem normalen Restaurant, wo man diese nicht zahlen muss. Dafür, dass es ein 5-Sterne-Hotel ist, bietet es ziemlich wenig und ist leider nur auf Profit und nicht auf das Wohl der Gäste aus. Für den Preis nicht zu empfehlen! Schade….

몇 밤이 지나면, 여러분은 어떤 맹코가 하나 혹은 다른 맹코라는 것을 알게 될 것입니다. 그러나 우리에게는, 일반적으로 모든 것이 스타일에 적합한 수준에 있습니다. 매우 세련된 전반적으로 그리고 성공적인 수준에서 손님과 함께 대부분의 직원을 다루는 전문성 또는 처리. 실제로 P / L을 무시해서는 안됩니다. 모든 사람들에게 올바른 것은 아니지만 상황조차도 우리에게는 매우 타협적입니다.

마데이라에서의 체류를위한 탁월한 선택. 호텔은 자연 식물원에 위치하고 있습니다. 일부는 이것을 마이너스로 계산하지만 동의하지 않습니다. 우리가 도착했을 때, 2AM - 볼트 비용은 25USD (31kms)이었습니다. 훌륭한 서비스, 매우 깨끗하고 많은 활동과 친절한 직원. 완전 추천합니다.

위치는 시내까지 도보로 10 분 거리에 좋았습니다. 자주 여행하는 사람으로서, 나는 호텔 5-star 등급 호텔을 고려하지 않습니다. 4-star은 괜찮지 만 5는 아닙니다. 여러 가지에서 5-star 표준을 충족하지 않습니다. 예를 들어, 운전하는 경우 한 건물에서 다른 건물로 변경해야하기 때문에 주차가 약간 번거 롭습니다. 아침 식사는 좋았지 만 5-star 아침 식사는 아닙니다. 따뜻한 아침 식사 요리와 패스트리가 부족합니다. 방의 창문은 방음이 아닙니다. 쓰레기 트럭에서 소음이 들릴 수 있었기 때문에 밤 시간에 여러 번 일어났습니다. 샤워를 할 때 손 싱크대 지역으로 물이 새어 나옵니다. 베개는 5-star 표준과 일치하지 않습니다. 괜찮 았지만 훌륭하지는 않았습니다!
